My car had the pleasure of having a ton of rocks get kicked up from a street cleaner and destroyed the paint on my front end down to the metal in most spots. I brought my car to Royal to have it fixed before winter and salt caused rust, and they did a fantastic job. I wanted to change out my front grill to a different style, and they had no problem installing it for me while they had the front of the car apart. I was told it would be ready in under a week it's was completed in two days and the work was fantastic. The process was seamless as the estimator was able to provide me with a same day estimate and deal with my insurance directly when more repair was needed. The first time we had our car towed to their lot on a Sunday without giving them a call or heads-up, but they were very understanding and saw us the following Monday to walk us through the process. Everything was handled on their end with insurance, parts, etc., and they kept us up-to-date on all the parts that needed to be ordered, and ETA on when the car would be ready.
