My home brew club just had our annual Christmas dinner at Arrowhead. Co-owner and brewer Mike really rolled out the welcome mat and made sure we were all happy. Manager Debbie and servers Emily, Molly, and Kim were attentive, friendly, and helpful. My husband and I sat down at the bar while waiting to be seated. We sat there for 10 minutes without being helped by any of the bartenders. We understood they were busy so we were patient...until a couple sat down right next to us. Within a few minutes, the bartender was pouring the woman a glass of wine she'd ordered and asked the couple if they'd be eating their dinner at the bar. We were never even helped. It was a disappointing experience and we won't be going back there again. Don't bother going here...the customer service is not good. However, a shout out to the young women at the desk when you enter...she was pleasant and helpful. Maybe the rest of the staff should take a lesson from her. read more

Spacious brewpub tucked away in a strip mall. It's clean and well kept, and the outdoor patio is about the same size as the indoor dining area. If you're there to watch sports on a busy night, maybe check another venue though as it might be hit or miss here with the 6 TVs. Beer selection isn't as extensive as you might like it to be, but have almost always enjoyed whatever is on tap. Food is a tad on the pricier side (flatbread pictured is $14). I've had some amazing chicken tenders here, but flatbread from today was pretty average. So it's a little hit or miss in that regard. I go here somewhat frequently. I usually sit at the bar. The service is good. I like the offerings of beer and whisky. I've tried different menu items and enjoyed everything that I've ordered. Good not great. I took away a star only because the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was a mess. The chicken wasn't crispy and the sauce and coleslaw on it made the sandwich super soupy and fall apart. The flavor and spice level was fine. Truffle fries were fire. Didn't get a beer this time, but service was timely and nice. We have been coming to Arrowheads for quite some time now and we have great things to say but the bad things started to outweigh the good. Today left a bad taste in our mouths. The vibe is great. the food is amazing. the drinks are strong and tasty BUT the service is horrendous. The last time we came, we waited about 20 minutes after we got seated for a server to come over. I'm not sure if it's because we sat outside but today we sat outside as well and had a similar issue. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time, we eventually got our food first before the drinks. We noticed other people receiving drinks but not us. We waited about 30 minutes before getting our drinks. We left very unhappy. We love this place , again the drinks/vibe/food is amazing but the service doesn't match that. read more

I can't believe this is the first time trying this place when we live so close! It is a really nicely kept restaurant with indoor and covered outdoor areas. The waitstaff was really nice and attentive. It looks like they do trivia and movies which sounds like a lot of fun. The food was hot and fresh, really flavorful. Great portions for the price. The bartender helped a few other customers, looked right at us, never said a word and continued wiping the bar down. Two waitresses saw us standing there, 2 adults and 3 children, and ignored us completely. It was 730 and the kitchens open util 9. We ended up leaving without a single employee acknowledging we existed. I've been a repeat customer until now. Their service was always slow but never disrespectful. read more

The craft beers in this place are beyond excellent. The waitstaff are friendly. Tons of TV screens playing sports. The food is good for a sports + microbrew bar. I have eaten there twice, once with a killer BLT and once with a killer burger. It's a noisy place and at night they have local musical acts. Highly recommended even with the noise. read more

Our waitress was in the back the whole time - had to go to the bar to get refills on our drinks. If it was busy and understaffed I would understand. This was not the case. The beer is good but the food is great! We never have had a bad meal over the last 6 years. That "Adult Kids meal" is my favorite. The chicken is high quality, hand batter dipped, with stellar seasoning. The BBQ sauce is homemade and hints with bourbon, sweet and tangy. The beer: always something good on draft. The recent TIPA is one of the best offerings they have put out. The owner and staff- great people. Zero complaints and I love how the are a bold small business. We met some friends at Arrowhead for dinner last weekend and really enjoyed a great evening! With so many options to choose from in nearby communities, we wanted to give this place another try. The restaurant was fairly empty but the bar was packed. We were seated right away and Jackson was our server. He was so kind, helpful when it came to suggestions off the menu and gave us some really good recommendations off their beer menu. My wife loved the Holiday Barricade and I tried the Tequila Barricade. Excellent! Right after they brought our food, Jackson checked on us to see how things were and we needed extra napkins and water - which he brought right away. We were so impressed with him and how well he treated us we plan to come back again soon! read more

I'm in shock. Worse experience at a restaurant EVER. This is unbelievable. We came here for the first time to watch the Alabama Georgia game, and got 3 appetizers and 1 entree (Nashville chicken sandwich) but the sandwich was so sloppy and wet the bread was soaked and it was disgusting. It took 20+ minutes for someone to come check on us and see how our food was and when we said the sandwich wasn't good and we couldn't eat it so asked for it off the bill, the bartender guy with the man bun acted like we were crazy and said he had to go ask his manager. No apology whatsoever. Then he came back and said the best he could do is 50% off.... we took one bite of the sandwich and it was horrible why in the world should we have to pay for that? Let alone for the service? Absolutely ridiculous. Then, we had to ask for the manager to come over and talk to us about why that was the case so we told him our problem with the sandwich and explained it was our first time here, and he looked at us, took both our plates with the uneaten sandwich on it and said "okay" and walked away. The blonde waitress with the glasses also made a comment how some of their sandwiches are "messy". No one wants soggy sloppy sandwich bread that's so embarrassing we basically ordered soup. We were happy to pay for the other 3 appetizers and drink, which btw the nachos were disgusting too and COLD, but we let it go because we were ordering a few things anyways. I wish I took a picture because that was so bad and I wish I had proof. We will never go back here it was absolutely horrible. THEN, after the manager stormed off in a fit, we waited another 10+ minutes because no one was bringing us our check. We had to ask a hostess to bring us our check and she went to grab it and tossed it down in front of us. Thankfully, they took off the sandwich but we were not tipping at that point. I can't believe how horrible the service was having everyone ignore us and treat us so rudely when we are paying customers and spent $50 without the sandwich or tipping. Good food and service! However, my husband and I and another couple ate at Arrowhead during dinner hours (6:30) on a Friday. There were SO many kids in the place. I have never seen so many kids running around (especially at a brewery). It was very loud and hard for us to have a conversation (we ate outside in the patio area). I went on a Wednesday for their wing special. $0.75 wings sauced in multiples of 3. The wings were hot and crispy and the sauces had good flavor.
