I wish I could rate this TERRIBLE dealership NO STARS. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL business practices done by the management team and sales staff. I live in Nogales, AZ which is about a three hour to four hour drive to where this horrible dealership is located. I had been in negotiation with them for the past week or so putting a deal together for a 2024 Cadillac Escalade with 2,000+ miles. Which is technically USED. I negotiated with them back and forth and we had a deal already put in writing for my trade in and purchase price of the car with my trade in. I sent them all information pertaining to my trade in which was a 2016 Infiniti QX80 which included mileage, year, model etc. Everything was confirmed as received by the dealership. The deal was made by BARBARA MICKELSON and STEVE PENA over the phone and online so we made a deposit for the car for $5,000 that they had already cashed in after making the deal to us online. The following day, I arrive to the dealership after driving four hours from Nogales to Glendale to finalize the paperwork and pickup my 2024 Cadillac Escalade. Everything is running smoothly throughout the process until I am about finish signing on the last few pages of the purchase agreement. As I am about to finish paperwork the sales rep who was with me throughout this process BARBARA MICKELSON and the sales manager who was working the dealership that night PAUL BROWN said they had committed a mistake in facilitating the deal over the phone and couldn't give me what they had offered me for my trade in. Which was a HUGE difference. Which is incredibly convenient for them because they had already gotten the deposit from me and knew we had driven all the way from Nogales to Glendale just to retrieve this car. At the very last minute, they changed the deal we had agreed upon which was a deal I had made a deposit for a couple days prior. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to continue on and sign the paperwork because I had already driven up a few hours to get this car and a deposit I made based on the deal we agreed upon was at risk because these people went back on their word and the agreement we made. They did not honor the deal we had agreed upon and took advantage of a customer who was forced to agree to their terms. I kindly asked them to be mindful of the situation they put us in but they were not willing to honor the deal we had made. PAUL BROWN was rude, unprofessional and took advantage of our situation with no remorse. I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO READS THIS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. The only reason I did was because I was basically held hostage to complete this deal at whatever terms they decided because they knew I drove a long way out and they had already kept my deposit. I don't even know where to start. I will possibly never buy another Cadillac again after this experience. First, I brought in my 2016 CTS for an oil change. When I check in my car, the advisor tells me that, silly me - I don't have a CTS, I have a Ct4 (I've owned the car for 8 years..) so I ask why he thinks that and he says smartly that there is a 4 next to the CTS. I explained that the 4 is for 4 wheel drive and that the CT4 wasn't even a car in 2016. When I inquired later, the service shop said they don't even have any record of me being there. I went and found my receipt and the receipt doesn't even have my name or address on it - totally different woman's name and info. Second, I buy a XT5. It was the worst car experience of my life. Wonderful, nice people in the moment - all a lie. They added 3 warranties - one for paint, one for maintenance and one for body. All after I made it clear I didn't want any of the warranties during the sale. I noticed, once I got home, that all 3 had been added, totaling almost $5k. It took FOUR months to get them to refund those and it was only after I threatened to go to my loan holder to report fraud that they made the correction. I have since sold the car, after only 5 months because this has been such a nightmare. read more

Wife was looking for an electric vehicle and wanted to look at a Lyriq. We tried to set something up with the "other guys" in Phoenix and couldn't get a call back. Walked in unannounced and Robert D'Onofrio greeted us and asked the normal litany of car salesman questions. He listened to me when I told him she was buying the car and as a former municipal fleet manager was more savvy than wondering where the mirror was and how the glove compartment opens and closes. Most important was he knew his product without having to refer to the brochure, or having to go find out. Having been in sales forty years this is a quality that's no longer valued by most car dealers. He knew his product and was informative. Most impressive was he took us on a tour of the service and shop, which again is not taught by most dealers nowadays. After a little back and forth we signed up for the vehicle and went back Sunday to pick it up. Again, Robert spent another hour with My wife going over the vehicle and did not rush her. This experience was professional and felt personal from Arrowhead. Now, none of this guarantees a perfected experience long term with the vehicle, but it certainly sent us home Sunday with an opinion we had made a great choice with Arrowhead Cadillac and Robert. read more

Brought my cadillac to this dealership because I still had a warranty on it. I figured the best choice is to go to the dealership because they would have the best knowledge of their own product. My concern was that the motor mounts were going out. after a few days I heard back and the answer is yes the mounts are out. They literally replaced one mount. And honestly I don't even think they did that. As far as I know there is not a single Mechanic that would replace just one mount. You do all three the two for the engine and the transmission mount. as soon as I drove off the lot the car was doing the exact same thing as before. Do not trust this place. Nathan Arbuckle is the most likable salesman one could ever ask for. He originally took an inquiring phone call from me and examined the vehicle (2020 plug-in hybrid Prius) I was pursuing. Nate made every visit very cordial and friendly. One of my last stops was with my teen grandson Dasan. Nate made Dasan feel welcome and helped him to feel part of the evaluation process. I drove away with a great deal on a vehicle that (obviously) wasn't one of Nate's front-line offerings. Yet he did all he could to get to know the vehicle well so he could offer insights into what my expectations might look like. My second review here, came to find out this place also tightened my drain plug and broke it causing a leak that went on for almost two months. Thought I was burning oil and this dealer checked it multiple times after they did my oil change to tell me nothing was wrong, even replaced the oil sensor. After I kept getting codes and had a previous issue here, I took my efforts to another dealer which found the broken drain plug and cause for the leak in one visit. read more

I took my Cadillac in for its 30K mile "check up" in January. I was told in January by the service agent that to provide all of the service items listed would cost $850.00 and it would require 4 hours. Since I only had 2 hours it was agreed to simply do 50% of the items and it would cost $450.00. Today, to provide service for the balance of the items I was told it would cost $950.00. When I questioned him about the amount he told he he didn't recall telling me $850.00. Having an impeccable memory I challenged him. He said they couldn't possibly do all of that work today for less than $950.00. I then took the keys back and left the dealership never to return. P.S. During the January visit I was told I needed all new tires. I took the car to 2 different tire shops and both denied the need for new tires. I will also be communicating with the Arrowhead General Manager about this as well as the corporate Cadillac customer service representatives. read more

I'm finally getting the chance to write this review after a 21 hour road trip home to St. Louis. You may be wondering what kind of crazy person makes a 21 hour drive just to buy a car... in my defense, I stumbled across the best sales person west of the Mississippi, Bobby Kennedy. Sorry Bobby, I don't feel comfortable claiming the east side. I've never bought a car from that half of the country. My husband and I were looking for a very specific vehicle, there were maybe ten cars in the US that were the correct year, trim, and color. One of these cars was in Arizona, just north of where my parents happened to live. From the start, Bobby was on his A game. He spent hours with my parents as they thoroughly inspected the car, and was quick to offer me exactly what we wanted for our trade in, as well as an excellent price of the vehicle itself. Within a couple days we put down a deposit and made plans to drive out, the deal virtually done before we arrived. Despite my parents having already spent hours documenting every minuet imperfection of the vehicle, my husband and I found ourselves double checking their work with younger eyes and trust issues. One thing my parents didn't check was the ability of a 6'2" male to lay down comfortably in the back, but we were on it. Bobby was happy to standby and act like this was completely normal. Outside of going through my seventy-two point final checklist for the car, our time spent at the dealership was brief. Everything was done and ready for us outside of finance and final signatures, but even that was a breeze. Normally finance is an annoyance. There's nothing worse than pushy sales pitches insisting you need to warranty your windshield wipers because your car will spontaneously combust within the first month of ownership if you don't. Luckily for us, Esteban was a delight. While he made sure to explain everything to us in plain English, as well as make all of our options known, he didn't get pushy in any way, nor irritable when we turned down warranty options. Easily the best finance experience we've ever had, quick, smooth, and to the point. Thanks Esteban! From talking to my parents and my own brief time at Arrowhead Cadillac, I suspect that there are other Bobby-like employees there, however, I want to be clear - Bobby is the best. He was eager to earn our business, and I'm so glad that he did. It all seemed too good to be true, but despite waiting for something to go wrong, big or small, the other shoe never did drop. There were no unpleasant surprises, hidden fees, or last minute changes. Everything was what we expected and hoped for, nothing could have gone better than it did. Bobby was excellent from start to finish, we genuinely could not be happier with our experience. The bar has been set way too high. I bought a Lyriq from this dealer on Monday. Barbara Mickelson was great to work with throughout the sales process. She negotiated fairly and did a thorough job walking thru the details of the vehicle. If I dealt with her alone, this review would be 5 stars. Where things went downhill was in the finance dept. Esteban Albarran was the biggest Ahole I've met in years. After waiting 45 min for my turn, he presented me with a subprime financing offer despite my super prime credit score. When I presented a prequalified counter offer from BOA at a much lower rate and said I could have the approval code generated in 5 min he told me I needed to leave his office until I got my financing straight so he could focus on other priorities for a more serious buyer. Say what? I'd expect that kind of tactic from Joe's used cars and waffles in Maryvale but not when I'm buying a 70k vehicle from a Cadillac dealer. He then argued he couldn't give me the rate I was quoted and that I should come back with a certified check for the full amount of the vehicle when I'm more serious about buying. Say what? Every dealer I've ever bought a car from in the past has been happy to take my approval code from a large bank and proceed with the deal as is. It took my wife's strong grip from keeping me from walking out of the place. If it wasn't for Barbara this would be a one star review. read more

I took my Escalade in for a battery drain and transmission studder. I bought their Platinum MPP warranty back when the vehicle's manufacturer was up. It was a full month from expiring, so I had two annoying issues to have fixed. Granted it was the second time taking the vehicle in for the battery going dead in 36 hours from a full charge. They said the vehicle was fine after this first time, when only to take it home and go out to a dead battery. I had to keep the vehicle constantly on a battery charger and even had a second backup battery installed. Come to find out, they didn't do the job right the first time, and there was a legitimate issue. They told me the transmission problem could just need a "flush," but my warranty wouldn't pay for the flush, but if that DIDN'T fix the problem and they had to do more work on the transmission that indeed the warranty would pay. The problem was they had already had my Escalade for over a month, and the warranty expired. Once I picked up the vehicle, I now "owned" the problem. They charged me $786.11 to flush the oil. I couldn't take it from the shop and do it myself or have a competent shop do it for a fraction of the price because once I took possession of the vehicle, my warranty was expired. They knew they had me, and I had no choice but to pay whatever they charged. It took over two months to get back my Escalade. I needed that vehicle to tow with, and they gave me a baby Cadillac as a loaner and told me they don't have any Escalades in their fleet, which later I found out was a lie. I just needed to be put on a list, which never happened even though every time I talked to my service advisor (I had to call him, he NEVER called me) I explained my frustration of not being able to get things done in my life due to not have a tow vehicle. The level of unprofessionalism and incompetence was off the charts. I would recommend staying FAR FAR away from Arrowhead Cadillac. In the end, I traded in my Escalade the very day I picked it up to a dealership down the street. Thoroughly disgusted. read more

Then to make it worse they are derogatory when you point out there mistakes and they try to tell you they know more as they work on these cars every day. We purchased a 2022 Cadillac Escalade, brand new, and so far this has been our horrible experience. We have only owned the vehicle for less than six months and so far the following issues have occurred; the door handle has come off, the front bumper clips broke leaving my bumper flailing in the wind chipping the paint, the leather gear shifter ripped, and the splash guard in the passenger front tire was missing screws and every time we got onto the interstate my car made a noise similar to flatulence. And no....I'm not making this up. We purchased the warranty so we weren't too worried about it, except we should've been because the customer service has been awful. We have owned foreign luxury cars most of our lives and are not used to this kind of poor treatment... which is shocking because we paid the most for our Escalade. Our service advisor, Bora, has been absolutely awful. When we went to follow up with her supervisor, (the Director of the service department) Steve, in person he was fantastic however over email or phone calls we have gotten no response in 3 weeks. First off, let me state that during the buying process we were informed that the dealer would either come and pick up our car or we would get a rental. There are never rentals available so almost always you have to rely on them to come pick it up. We have an appointment tomorrow and Bora canceled our pick up so now we have to drive it in. Little does she know we fully intend on talking to the GM while we are there. We bought the Escalade knowing that the gear shifter was broken, and that repair actually went pretty smoothly. We had also driven on the interstate that weekend and noticed a sound coming from the wheel well and when we went to look some of the screws were missing so Bora's team replaced them. When our parents were in town, I went to open the door and the doorhandle literally came out of the door and was hanging there by a thread. We called Bora to get it in and she did and we also requested that she check all of the other doors to make sure that the handles were secure. During the process of them checking the other doors, they felt the need to take out and uninstall my $600 Nuna car seat and toss it in the back of my SUV. Honestly, it looked like they wiped the floor with it it was so filthy dirty. Bora promised that it would be reinstalled but they delivered the car with a dirty car seat in the back and when we called Bora to talk about it she never called us back. Then a few weeks later we noticed that the front bumper looked like it was coming off on both sides of the vehicle. We called Bora and she got us in to look at the vehicle. She stated that the clips for the bumper had broken and that it was going to be a couple weeks before they could get the proper clips in. A couple weeks went by we hadn't heard anything so we called Bora and she said that unfortunately the technician that works on our car is going to be out on vacation and wouldn't be able to fix our vehicle for two additional weeks. So at this point our bumper has been flailing in the wind for a month and in the process some of the paint was chipped off. So I want to say a month or more later we finally get the vehicle in and she fixed bumper clips but didn't address the paint issue. Instead, when the bumper was tucked in (because you couldn't see it anymore) she just chose to ignore it and ignore inquiries regarding the paint chips. At this point we were very upset and decided to pay Cadillac a visit in person. When we arrived at the dealership we were directed to talk to Steve who runs the service department. He was excellent at listening to our concerns and told us that he would deal with our issues from there on out. Well, we noticed the same thing happening to the back bumper and emailed him and called him numerous times and have not received a response in three weeks. I even sent video via email. Tomorrow we have a scheduled service for oil but again, for some reason Bora is still our service provider and she canceled our pick up service so now we have to drop it off in which we are going to take the liberty to talk to the GM in the morning. read more

I went to this dealership to see if they can pull a nail out of a tire that I had insurance on. The nail wasn't big or deep, & it was at an easy access spot to pull out. They said it was on the wall of the rim and too dangerous to pull out, instead they suggested I buy a new tire which would come out to $400+. I had insurance and a warranty I paid for on my tires, they claimed the tread depth was at 3/20ths of a second and that negates the warranty because it was too worn; but my insurance covers my tires until 2/32nds of tread. So they said I would have to pay out of pocket for the fix. Instead I took my car to a local tire shop and they fixed it for free in 10 minutes. read more

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GET SWINDLED by Arrowhead Cadillac. My recent purchase was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle should avoid this place at all cost!! My wife and I started off by checking out a few vehicles on the lot. She found one she really liked and we negotiated and agreed upon an out the door price. From here everything turned into an absolute nightmare! First thing the finance guy, ESTEBAN ALBARAN, does is tell us Cadillac customers don't like actually working on their own vehicles so they have that covered for us and our vehicle is covered under warranty including tire and wheel. He said, "This is your payment just sign here and here." There was no disclosure which is required by law, no explanation of the products he was trying to wrap up in the deal and he became belligerent when we started asking for clarification. Nothing we agreed to was on the paperwork he presented to us. When I pointed out that the selling price was not what we agreed upon ESTEBAN ALBARAN argued with my wife and I, telling us his numbers were right, we were wrong and questioning us on how we got our numbers. He was combative and extremely unprofessional. He stormed out of his office only to find out they had loaded the wrong price in the computer and we were right, it was not the price we agreed to. After fixing the price without any kind of apology it was back to "sign here" with absolutely no explanation of what we were paying for. There was no disclosure, no line by line explanation of fees/charges or what we were or were not getting with our purchase. He kept showing us handwritten/scribbled on papers and nothing official. He was absolutely the shadiest finance person we have ever dealt with. He just loaded up our contract with additional items/charges and tried to get us to sign for the loan. If that wasn't misleading enough there's more. The window sticker says it is a "Cadillac certified pre owned vehicle 'WITH' a 100k mile limited warranty!!! He told us it didn't have a warranty unless we purchased one so my wife brought up again that it says very clearly on the window sticker that it is a certified pre-owned and includes the 100k mile warranty. The sticker gave no indication of expiration or limitations. We were just told repeatedly that we were wrong. At this point both my wife and I were exasperated. We told Mr. Albaran to just take off all of the extras and give us the SUV with what was clearly advertised on the window sticker. After the most unprofessional buying experience of my life I decided to give it a day or two to cool down. My wife was on the verge of simply returning the SUV and walking away from this shady dealership. I had hoped that after speaking with the General Manager we'd get some sort of amicable resolution. After giving it two days I called the General Manager, ERIC ZIMMERMAN to talk about the dreadful experience with his finance department and the advertised 100k mile warranty on the vehicle. First he asked me to send him the window sticker so I did. When he finally called me back the excuses started. There was no apology for the dreadful experience or his employee's childish behavior. The first excuse was that the certification was from when it was originally a NEW Cadillac. I pointed out that a new Cadillac wouldn't be classified as a "certified pre-owned vehicle" on any window sticker. I again brought to his attention that the window sticker clearly states "certified pre-owned" vehicle with a 100k mile warranty. He then back peddled and offered a second excuse it was under warranty when they printed the window sticker but it expired. I said, really? That's what you want to go with? Then came a third and even more insulting excuse... He said that, "They discounted the vehicle because it didn't have a warranty anymore." I told him that made zero sense because we negotiated the selling price prior to going into finance. Nothing about the warranty being expired was brought up while we were negotiating. I negotiated with my salesman to get to an agreed upon price. This had nothing to do with the warranty at all whatsoever! To date no one from Arrowhead Cadillac has even attempted to call us back for follow up or to make right on their false advertisement. . I'm sure an attorney will have more legal terms than Bait and Switch or False Advertising for Mr. Zimmerman and Arrowhead Cadillac. The flat out falsely advertised what was included on this vehicle and instead of simply correcting their errors the GM chose to make excuses for the unprofessional actions of one of his employee. I hate to think how many elderly customers have been swindled by their, "Sign here and here" practices. Took my 2006 Cadillac DTS to get an oil leak repair. (Lower crank case) got the car back my service advisor told me to drive it a few days so the oil can "drip" off the suspension and dry up. So I drive the car a week.. still had oil stains and drip in my garage. Called back got the car scheduled for another appointment a week out.. tech diagnosed it again and turns out I have the top head gasket leak also .. (you would think they see where all the leak is comming from the first diagnostic they ran). So I go ahead and agree with the repair (additional charge Ofcourse) but it was ok I just wanted this oil leak repaired. Get a call a few days later saying my car is done. 5 days after getting it back there is still a light oil drip in my garage. After thousands of dollars spent here my car still leak oil. I am not giving this dealership any more business. Better off taking it else where. read more

Service today was fast and they were very kind. They provided coffee drinks and small snacks. Unfortunately as a mother to small kids who usually go to appts with me the kid area was a total fail! Looked like it hasn't been cleaned or wiped down in months. Toys were very dirty and broken. Lots of coloring books but no crayons. The TV did not work. Going to top of the line dealership I would expect a little more in the kid area. Spend $50 and target and get some new toys, colors and some Lysol wipes. read more

Brought car in for oil change and it took almost 3 hours!! It doesn't make sense at all

WARNING BEWARE !!! This Dealership is a BIG disappointment with a bunch of MOOKS. We purchased a 2222 CT4 V Blackwing ($85,000.00) on August 22, we flew in from Las Vegas to pick it up. They were nice enough to pick us up at the airport and drive us to the dealership. Unfortunately the car was not ready but we were able to take it for a test drive. The car was not cleaned so as we payed for it we had to wait while they did that. In the meantime they tried to upsell us on several other additional services which we declined as we were form out of state. After the purchase upon leaving the dealership there was a bad grinding squeak noise in the steering. We went back to show them they offered to put us up for the night and look at it in the am. As we kept duplicating the issue the noise stopped so we went on our way back to LV. Once at home the noise got worse so we had to bring it to our local dealership. That is where it was it was discovered that Arrowhead Cadillac had left the shipping blocks in the front suspension, thankfully we got home safely. Secondly the manager promised us that they would replace our original window sticker which they lost, replace the damaged window tint, and the damaged door panel that was scuffed. All just a bunch lies as we have not gotten any of those empty promises. A very poor representation for Cadillac. read more

Bill was friendly and efficient, working hard to get me as many rebates as he could. The purchase was fast and efficient, with Bill walking me through the entire process. Bill had the car detailed, fueled up and ready to go. After walking me through the features, he made sure I was happy and everything was right as I drove away, happy with my purchase and how Bill guarded the use of my time. If you need a Cadillac and you are in Arizona, this is the place to buy. If you are out of state, this is still the place to go as they will ship a Cadillac to you in a covered carrier. I recently purchased a gently loved 2016 Escalade from this dealership. I live 2 1/2 hours away so some of it was over the phone. Decided it was what I wanted so I made the drive out. Salesman was nice and helpful. Decided while I was there to look at another vehicle. Well this did not sit well with the sales manager Clint. He kept calling Mike my salesman and asking what are you doing I thought she was buying the Escalade. Hurry up!!!! He was to say the least an asshole! So I end up getting the Escalade. It had a couple little repairs it needed. Made appointment for that for following week. Was told by Esteban in finance if anything else comes up with the vehicle let us know next week. Come back next week with a couple other things on my list. Sit there for 9 hours to be told by Clint we are not fixing anything! You bought a 2016 car what do you except. So I said wait if I bought a new car you would fix it. He said YES. So I guess it depends how much you spend. $1500 so far out of my pocket. Took it to my local Chevy dealership for other things that have come up. For extended warranty. And the stuff my dealership found arrowhead didn't even "find". Broken motor mounts, upper and lower control arms. Warranty called arrowhead and they told them yes we knew we chose not to fix it. So my claim was denied! Then I was told by arrowhead everyone knows you can't use an extended warranty before 45 days of purchase. WTH!?!? Now fighting with them to see how we are fixing my car! So sad how I've been treated. Waiting for a return call from GM. read more

I purchased a hellcat redeye from this dealership, and the engine only had 3000 miles on it. I was told to put in premium fuel when I asked. Unfortunately, the car requires E 85, the dealer had been putting in the incorrect fuel, for who knows how long, and told me that as well. Because of the incorrect fuel was used in the engine I have now had to replace pistons and have a Motor repair bill for anywhere between $6500 and $13,000 Arrowhead Cadillac is denying any responsibility of ruining the motor and If had they down there 128 point inspection on the vehicle they would have realized that this engine had been modified, and then required special fuel. However, they neglected to do their job resulting in me having to purchase a new motor. Because of their negligence, I now have to pay this bill, they are not taking any responsibility for their actions and their negligence. read more

Just bought my first really nice car here! I knew I wanted a Cadillac and they had a great selection of used models, all very recent and low mileage. Bobby Kennedy was my sales person and couldn't have been nicer or made the process any easier. No pressure, no stress. He was patient and followed up with me when I got delayed and couldn't make my first appointment. Easily rescheduled to the following day. The showroom is really nice and lots of amenities like coffee and food and comfortable chairs for waiting while they got the paperwork prepared. These guys are a waist of your time. We worked a deal out over the phone, so we drove over, only to find the XT5 (2017 - preowned certified)had a huge dent in the back and scratches in the front end that scraped the front headlight. We told them we weren't interested in the vehicle, the manager found out what we found and didn't bother himself with us. The worst part, they had all their awards at the reception desk and no one even apologized for trying to sell us this vehicle. Oh yeah, they had the back hatch up, so we wouldn't notice. I wouldn't trust this dealership to sell me a snow cone! Shame on you Arrowhead Cadillac. You have no manners or conscious! read more

I love the service at Arrowhead Cadillac. As a first time Cadillac owner I am so excited to drive quality. But the service is incredible. I needed an oil change and the next day someone from Arrowhead picked up my car and returned it to me. Plus the car was washed and groomed. We have always had a great experience with the customer service at Arrowhead Cadillac from buying our vehicle to vehicle maintenance until today. The Service Consultant, Dan Vega, was highly disrespectful, unprofessional, and degrading. The customer care provided by him was extremely disappointing and I do not recommend him to any customer. read more
