    2026 Cadillac CT5V

Absolutely adore my 2026 Cadillac CT 5V! My husband surprised me for my birthday with this vehicle and I am a hard one to surprise! Kourtney with Arrowhead Cadillac is beyond PHENOMENAL! She stayed in contact with me from the day of purchase through current (...3+ months) making sure I was adapting to the new vehicle and was fully aware of all the features, how to customize, etc. I would purchase another vehicle from Kourtney any day and highly recommend her as her customer service is top-notch!! Thank you Kourtney for ALL YOU DO!

While Honda CORPORATE completely dropped the ball and failed to stand behind a known issue, Arrowhead Honda did everything they could to help make it right. My service advisor, Divac, was outstanding!! He was always responsive, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He understood my frustrations with Honda Corporate, took the time to answer my questions, and never made me feel like I was being brushed off, he took the time to respond to me, even on his day off! Chris, the Service Manager, was great. He listened, advocated for me, and genuinely tried to help, even when the decisions were out of his hands. I can't express my gratitude to Divac for his patients with me and continued effort to advocate for me up the chain of command. Thank you to Ricky, the service technician, for taking pride in your work, taking the time to come and speak with me on your own accord to really understand the whole issue and discuss the mechanic with me. You spent time listening to my concerns, validating them and explaining mechanics I was unfamiliar with. It's reassuring knowing my car was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and took care enough to speak with me directly. Although I can't say the same about Honda CORPORATE , I can honestly say the team at Arrowhead Honda did everything they could to make up for Corporate's shortcomings. That's a reflection of the people working there, and I really appreciate everything they did for me. I will continue to use Arrowhead Honda Service Department as long as these three are there.

Only after the purchase did I discover that this particular model and model year have been associated with multiple reported transmission and electrical issues. At the time of purchase, the dealership did not disclose any known or potential issues with the vehicle. Since then, I have been left trying to resolve these problems on my own. I have taken the vehicle to the Mazda service department several times in an attempt to have the issues diagnosed and repaired, yet they continue to refuse to acknowledge that there is even a problem. I have even offered to pay for a software update out of my own pocket to see whether it might resolve the issue, but they have refused to do that as well. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with both the dealership and Mazda. I expected much better from a manufacturer and dealership selling a certified pre-owned vehicle. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing extensive research before purchasing a CX-90, particularly a 2024 model, and carefully considering whether you want to do business with this dealership.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured. After spending the day looking at cars, we told Alex we wanted to take some time to think about such a big purchase. He completely understood, never pressured us, and simply gave us his contact information so we could reach out when we were ready. A few days later, we came back and purchased our vehicle from Alex. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership, from the sales team to the finance staff, was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. One thing that really stood out is that this is a volume dealership. Instead of focusing on making the highest commission on each sale, they focus on selling more vehicles at competitive prices. That's one of the reasons they're able to offer some of the best deals in the Valley. If you're looking for a great price and an honest, no pressure buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Alex. He truly made what can be a stressful process an enjoyable one. Thanks again Alex Taylor.

In finance, Jeff handled the paperwork. He processed it quickly, but toward the end he lied to us about the factory warranty. He said all the electronics in the car -- the computers and cameras -- were only covered for three years, and used that to push a 10-year/100,000-mile extended warranty for $4,000. I told him the factory warranty is 5 years/60,000 miles. He insisted it wasn't. We didn't buy the extended warranty. I called Hyundai afterward and confirmed the bumper-to-bumper coverage is 5 years/60,000 miles. I also found out you can buy the same Hyundai warranty from any dealer -- I found it for under $2,000. When we took delivery, both driver's-side wheels had curb rash, which was documented in writing on a We Owe form. I had to call five times before Maddison in customer relations got back to me. She told me the wheels would be repaired rather than replaced, and that there would be no warranty on the repair. They filled them and painted the rims to try to match the original finish. It's not a good match, and there are spots where the paint ran. Once Larry H. Miller had our money, we clearly weren't a priority. We love the car, but we'll be avoiding this dealership for future service and purchases.

The last Ford dealership service department used to use the words "recommended service." Peoria Ford uses the words "failed inspection." Do not use the words "failed inspection" with me if it is something that is recommended and the vehicle will still be safe to drive if I cannot get the ridiculously overpriced service performed at that time. One item they failed was the cabin air filter. They wanted $80 to replace it. I ordered one from Amazon. It took 10 minutes to replace. They also wanted $50 to put $5 felt pads on the battery posts even though it was another Ford Dealership that didn't put them back in the first place.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Peoria Ford. Buyers should be extremely cautious (please don't…read moreignore reviews they're the worst for a reason) when dealing with this dealership. The bait-and-switch tactics mentioned in other reviews turned out to be absolutely true, and I regret not taking those warnings more seriously. Had I agreed to pay the higher amount they originally wanted for the vehicle, they likely would have sold it to me without issue. I even offered to wire the money directly into their account and personally travel to pick up the vehicle, which should have eliminated most of the risk on their end. The manager claimed they had issues in the past with bad checks, but I was never offering a check -- only a direct wire transfer. When I asked why my situation was different, especially since they said they occasionally make exceptions, it became clear they simply wanted to make more money on the deal and used the out-of-state policy as an excuse to back out at the negotiated price. The entire experience was frustrating, misleading, and completely ridiculous. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice and avoid the hassle altogether. I dealt with multiple salespeople, the internet manager, customer relations Beverly, and the main manager. Everyone was polite individually, and Beverly in customer relations was very nice on the phone. She passed me through to the right avenues and then spoke to the main manager of the whole place, but the dealership's overall business practices were completely disorganized, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. I originally negotiated a number, walked away from the deal, and then was repeatedly contacted and pulled back in by multiple salespeople afterward. After more discussions, more time invested, arranging logistics, and preparing to move forward, I was suddenly told by management that they "don't do out-of-state deals." Then the explanation changed again to basically: they do out-of-state deals when it financially benefits THEM, but not when they don't like the negotiated price. That should have been disclosed immediately from the beginning -- not after days of conversations and wasted time. To make matters worse, they specifically told me to have a friend physically go into the dealership to inspect the vehicle for me, which I paid for and arranged. So not only did they waste my time, they wasted my money and my friend's time as well. As someone with two small children, I spent time coordinating inspections, logistics, payment arrangements, and seriously preparing to buy this vehicle, only to get completely contradictory explanations at the end. If you don't sell vehicles out of state, say it upfront. Don't repeatedly re-engage a buyer, encourage them to continue forward, send them through multiple departments, have them inspect the vehicle, and then refuse to sell the car afterward. One of the most frustrating and unprofessional car-buying experiences I've had and I have bought a ton of Ford vehicles. Buyers should be extremely cautious dealing with this dealership go somewhere else trust the reviews.

Next day picked up the car & the service order showed the car would now pass emissions testing and that the logo had been removed The car failed emissions testing again and the logo had not been removed so went back to the Dealer. This time they said they would fix the problem, have the car emissions tested, pay for the test, change my oil for free & remove the logo. I picked up the car again and it had passed emissions (they paid for the test), and the logo was removed but they did not change the oil as promised and my windshield had a crack running half way across it. The windshield was perfect with no sign of a crack when I left it with them. I told the service associate about the crack & he said he knew nothing about it. I told him I thought they should pay for it. He thought that was funny & laughed at me and said no way but talk to the service manager. Perhaps, not surprisingly, the manager also knew nothing about the crack. But, he was emphatic that even if the crack was their fault they would not pay for it as there was a sign somewhere (I never saw it) saying they do not pay for cracks. When told him the oil had not been changed as promised he just gave me sort of a growl and reiterated he would not pay for the windshield. I left without the promised oil change and a broken windshield. They probably were not legally liable for the windshield damage but it was so obvious they were almost certainly knew about it. Even if they did not know, they had no interest in finding out what caused the damage or covering it as goodwill the cause of damage being unknown. Such conduct is probably one reason they are one of the lowest rated Nissan Dealerships in the area. . Based on my documented experience they can't be trusted to preform promised services or take responsibility for their actions which is unsettling especially for an 86 year old who really needs folks he can rely for needed services.

I just recently tried to buy another car and I spoke with both sales managers Kevin and Nick about my experience and why I haven't come bought another car from them because I had a negative experience with Alexander Christensen the past time I came in. I still got cold calls from their sales people. So I wanna buy a car and they wanna sell me a car but I don't really think they're making the deal happen and trying to make me put $3000 to $5000 down. That's really ridiculous even with bad credit. Which, since I was at that time a regular customer, I THOUGHT that meant just give it a safety-check out of courtesy to a repeat, publicly complimentary, senior-citizen client that they maybe cared for! How wrong I was. After having it several days, they tell me that they can't fix the original problem because they "Couldn't find the part - and wouldn't install an after-market part off of Ebay" (My car is a 1999 w/ low mileage) Then the real Clinker after 3 days: They call and say, "We couldn't fix your problem, but come and get your truck and pay Christian Bro's nearly $200 bucks for a "diagnostic" that I WAS NOT INFORMED UP FRONT would cost anything at all! But also, this 'Diagnostic' informs me that my truck needs OVER $4300 DOLLARS in servicings and repairs - Including NEW BRAKES that, apparently the "Diagnostic expert" wasn't aware had been replaced by them on that very truck a few months earlier! I felt totally taken advantage of and complained to the manager, John, who gave me some "yada yada" and stated that that particular employee working the front desk was fired - However, and this is the whole point of the story - This manager of this multi-million dollar, allegedly 'Christian', gold-mine on the corner of Thunderbird & 75th Ave would NOT refund all, or any part, of this deceitful charge with a humble apology for their unscrupulous employee (note: Failure to disclose a COST right up front is a LIE ) Not only that, but Upsell #1 opened the door for MEGA-UPSELL #2 of $4,319 dollars! I STILL look back at this lengthy report with shock and awe. According to this diagnostic that I didn't ask for, there's no reason, whatsoever, my truck is still able to roll down the street. According to them, practically EVERYTHING on my vehicle is on it's last couple of miles.; Lastly, and final insult to my patronage, my age, my intelligence, nor would Christian Brothers even offer a discount or a half-off on the next visit to them. You know, a way of saying, "We still want your business". I think they saw a senior-woman and saw a dumb sucker ready to be plucked out of the stream of suckers. In that lone experience, I learned Christian Brothers is all about "Show me the $ MONEY $" They are only after the money, and customer retention is completely moot. They could care LESS if you are a returning customer. I am no longer using Christian Brothers for any auto repair needs. If anyone knows of an HONEST, caring, competent auto mechanic around Peoria/Glendale please be so kind as to DM me. I'm shopping for one. **I tried to scan & copy the actual Invoice from this incident, but for some technological mystery beyond me - I couldn't get this file search in Yelp to access where I am sure I put the two files.**
