I was able to negotiate the price through email, which has proven difficult to do with other dealerships. I scheduled a test drive and was driving my car home the next day. We bought our SRX from them 4 years ago when they were still Lund. For the last 3 years we have had problems with our Cue System. We have talked to their techs at least 3 times a year. Every time we've gone in with a problem they say that there's nothing wrong with it. We have gone in for the screen freezing and the bluetooth acting up. We have requested a new cue system twice and they said there was nothing wrong with it so it's not covered under the warranty. Now the screen is completely unresponsive and we are out of warranty. They want $1500 to replace it. We will no longer do business with this dealership. read more

So I'm throughly frustrated!! Its to the point I'm going to trade in my vehicle. Service treats us like we are crazy and making stuff up. They put us in a loaner that was to small and didn't even care that my husband would have to drive with his head cocked to the side, safety first. When we go there it's like we are being handled!! They took so long paying off my trade in it now shows 2 late's on mine and my husbands credits, this is complete BS. They ran our credit so much my score dropped dramatically!! I was extremely excited to be buying my very first car off the showroom floor. I has a $15000 trade in which was fully paid off. First let me say the salesman was less than honest which can be expected I suppose. I said I would like ATLEAST 15k for my trade in. well during my transaction he left his screen toward me where I saw they actually could have given me 17k. when I asked what that was he avoided my question. He also let me know I would get 3 years of oil changes free with the purchase. When I got to finance I found that it was only 1 free oil change and proceeded to sell me on the extended warranty to cover that service... which I also bought. Not long after I took my car home I realized something wasn't right. My bluetooth on my vehicle forgets my phone constantly so I constantly have to reconnect. So ... since I dont have time to reconnect every time I'm on the go I use the apple car play. Even when using that the navigation screen goes out constantly during my long commutes to and from work. By goes out I mean totally restarts as if I have turned my car off. This disconnects my calls, navigation and music. I also have issues with the sound control where the dial simply does not work... it wont turn the volume down or up when I use it. I have also had the touch screen not work at all. Now ... of course arrowhead Cadillac needs to rule out that it is my phone. Well I have these issues when my phone inst even connected and I'm simply listening to the radio. I have also now been in a loner car 3 times (same make and model) using my same phone to connect with NO issues. I have also provided VIDEO PROOF of these malfunctions! to SHOW them! You would think common sense would tell you after my 3rd visit that it is NOT the phone that is the problem. I have now been in a loner car for over a month now... Why you ask? well because this last visit my car was in an accident while in the dealerships care. so not only to I have a brand new FAULTY vehicle it has now been into an accident and even if I wanted to trade it in it would be work WAY less than I bought it for just 6 months ago. Although the accident was the fault of the other driver it still doesn't sit well with me a "valued customer" that I have spent months upon months trying to just get my car working like the new car it is and it is now been hit while I wasn't even in its possession. I filed a claim with the BBB finally... hoping to get this would be resolved. well basically I am SOL on the loss of value in my car (what I was told in so many words) but a GM engineer spent all day yesterday finally taking a look at my car.. asking me questions still about my phone as if it was the problem. Guess what the answer was .... They cant find they problem so they are sending my car back to me! At this point I am convinced that GM and arrowhead Cadillac are fine selling faulty vehicles to paying customers. They will make the customer jump through hoops until they finally give up on getting what they paid for. Buying a car is supposed to be a happy experience but at this point you would think I was dealing with a " buy here pay here" lot. read more

I was a long term customer getting my vehicle service here, but they have been disappointed me every time now for the past year or so. There service is rude and condescending; the are just worried about covering themselves not the customer. Last time I was there, Michael Tenant was my "service advisor". I was getting a replacement tire because I had to put on my spare on when I noticed the steel bands showing on the inboard and outboard edges of the tire; the tread had almost completely fallen off! When I was changing out the tire before I brought it in, the lug nuts were snug but not tight (not even close to being as tight as the others when I checked them). I brought these two issues up to him discreetly, he blew them off without concern. As far as the loose lug nuts, he first was trying to say I brought it to somewhere else like tires plus and they left them loose even though he pulled up records of tire rotation at Arrowhead Cadillac. Next explanation he had was maybe somebody tried stealing the tire (really?). Throughout the conversation he said it couldn't be there fault because the have an automatic torque machine. I ask if the have checklist for checking them but he didn't respond to the question and was more defensive. He said they were good enough and wouldn't cause the tire failure even though we repeated stated that we were mainly bringing it to there attention for safety of all of there customers and maybe a review of their procedures/equipment. The second issue with the tread almost completely off, I mentioned I was lucky I noticed it before something really bad happened, and that the other front tire with the same tread wear and same age did not show any signs of failure. He blew this off also. He just said the steel band broke. He then said you should always throw away all tires 3 to 4 years old regardless of tread ware to have a safe vehicle, but he doesn't because he doesn't drive very far. I guessing he said this so he did not have to get into if the tire had a manufacturing defect. The next disappointment, on the service invoice he put in the notes that the original front tires had severe inside tire wear, which was not true as the one had the steel showing inside and out (that's how I noticed it) and the other was evenly worn but i was not going to get just one tire (believe me, I looked when I seen the failed tire). Also, they have been doing the tire rotations. Other final disappointments were after the vehicle was serviced, he yelled in the waiting room "let's go" (like he was waiting for us!) and after paying, the vehicle was blocked in. When we let him know, he rudely said he was going to move the other vehicles. Previous years, the service advisor I always worked with (which is no longer employed there, no wonder why) would always be considerate, and put the customer first. read more

Buying a car sight unseen is a bit worrisome but Sam the internet sales manager went above and beyond to help me throughout the deal. I received the carfax report, the PDI report, pics from his phone, etc. He made me feel comfortable with the whole process. The car arrived as described. Most internet auto parts retailers show only stock diagram photos. Now I don't have to guess if the part was what I needed and then risk having to send it back. Arrowhead service was asked to cure the vibration in my certified XTS platinum. The dealership resused to rectify the issue, which was caused by the tires sold to me by Arrowhead. The service manager further insulted my intelligence by offering to pay half of the cost for new tires, but then attempted to charge me the full Discount Tire price for my half of the transaction!!! I have never been more embarrassed to be a lifelong GM enthusiast and loyal buyer. Either Arrowhead Cadillac or Cadillac itself has horribly misunderstood the expectations of those who purchase certified luxury vehicles. I have never failed to offer a positive review for the people who service my vehicle. I have also never found myself forced to warn the buying public in this way. Regrettably, I must urge anyone considering the purchase or maintenance of a vehicle to take their business anywhere but Arrowhead Cadillac. My wife and I have been looking for a used Lexus RX 350 that is fully loaded for some time now. We found a beautiful 2011 with only 38k miles at Arrowhead Cadillac and worked with Sam Osterkorn to acquire it. We communicated via email and phone, I made a fair offer of what I wanted to pay and Sam accepted with no haggling. We passed a few more emails to verify all conditions, I made a deposit to hold it and then went and looked at the vehicle a few days later. The car was amazing and in beautiful condition. Sam and the financing team were very friendly and professional. Since I had all my financing squared away in advance I was out of there and on the road in less than 2 hours. So my Infinity started to act up yesterday, stalling and overheating. I was only 5 miles from the dealership and had no other choice but to drive it. Less than a quarter mile away, on Bell rd, during rush hour my car decided to call it quits. Wouldn't start at the light. Thankfully it restarted enough for me to pull into the Caddy dealership. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. At 12:45 today I went in to look at a 2016 SRX for my wife. The salesman introduced himself to me and I told him what I was looking for. He told me he had one in the detail shop that we could go look at. Everything was going great. I felt like this is going to be a great experience. I asked the salesman how long he would be in today and he said he would be leaving by 7:00. I asked if we could meet at 5:30 to buy the car. I told him that I would call my wife to make sure that she can go to see the car at 5:30. Called my wife and she was excited to go. At 1:16 I called and left a message with my salesman that my wife and I would be in to buy the SRX. We arrived at 5:15 and I told my wife they had right there on display for her. Oh how wrong I was. The SRX had a temporary tag on it and come to find out, the salesman that I was working with sold it to someone else. This is the worst excuse for customer service I have ever experienced. The salesman had my number and my message that we would be in and show no regard for my word that I would be in at 5:30. The classy way to handle this situation would have been for the salesman to give me a courtesy call to see how interested I was in the SRX because he had someone else interested; or to have told that customer that we were coming in for the SRX and if we did not want it then he would let them know. Then the salesman had the nerve to ask me if he could find another car for us and I told him no thank you. We will not go back to Arrowhead Cadillac even if it was the last Cadillac dealership in the state. This 20 year experienced salesman could have had 2 deals today but he was short sighted and took my wife and I for granted. read more

Found a car on autotrader, sent an email, salesperson Barbara was quick to reply, Kept in contact with us thru the process, we paid a deposit to hold car while we drove in from another state. We were allowed to drive it home over 15 hours & then they helped us arrange a transport shipper back for the trade. The process was fast, efficient and well worth the drive. We are pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the service dept. Our service advisor was very kind and polite.(Marshall) however, our vehicle was not washed only the windshield wipers were ran. We could tell as when we got home there were grease marks on the hood where you close it, and there were grease hand prints on the silver handles on the door! not to mention you could tell the service technician did not place a paper floor mat on the drivers side as the carpet was black and dirty & you could also see grease footprints! This is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! I had a 2015 Escalade and would always have it serviced at Earnhardt Cadillac. The experience there was never great and so I decided to try arrowhead for my next oil change. Tony Grova was my service guy and was amazing! He scheduled my appointment and had someone drive all the way out to my house (30 min away) to pick up my car. I was left a courtesy vehicle to drive until mine was finished. The best part was they left me my exact car but a 2018. (something the other dealership said they could not do) needless to say I fell in love with the 2018 and I decided I wanted to upgrade. From the moment I drove onto the lot the experience was not pushy or irritating. Nathan Arbuckle listened to exactly what I wanted and found it for me. There was very little back and forth about the price and I purchased it at a price I was comfortable with. Terrible Customer Service .... I took my wife out to look for a new / used car to upgrade her and give her a nice Christmas GIFT early ... I have been employed at my Job for 30 years and have a comfortable income which allows us a comfortable life .... we could afford any vehicle on the lot but choose not to buy new to avoid the depreciation hit as soon as you drive off the lot ... asked to see a few used cadillac ' s .. at a price we wanted to spend with our paid for trade and cash ..no loan was going to be needed ... the sales person never evaluated our trade which was valued around 10k or ask how we wanted to buy our next car ... gave him a preferred price that was not insulting under 35k ... took no time to show us a car ... no interest in us as a customer ... arrogant and rude !! Told us there was no car on the lot that would work for us maybe in the back lot ..the ones going to auction. ...hmm ...no Trade evaluation. ..no mention of cash to purchase or financing .. I should mention we are a mixed race couple and I believe we were racially profiled and shunned away ....We purchased a awesome CTS right down the road at Lundes VW ... excellent experience !!! read more

Buyer beware...this dealership will illegally pull your credit for whatever reason. Long story short...I drove 3.5 hours up to Glendale to pick up a vehicle that I had made a deal online/over the phone on. I show up and we had some issues with the vehicle. The General Sales Manager persistently lied to us and was honestly the sleaziest person I have dealt with in a long time. The Manager made all of us so uncomfortable that we decided to just leave and drive 3.5 hours back home that night without the vehicle. Once I get home I am notified that my credit had been pulled by Arrowhead Cadillac. Not only did they not have my permission they did so without telling me and without me even needing financing on the vehicle. We never even got as far as looking at any documents/papers because the Manager was so sleazy. So BUYER BEWARE if you so much as talk to this dealership they could run your credit leaving a hard inquiry. I would stay far far faaaaaar away from this place. If the General Sales Manager is this bad I can only imagine how bad everything he runs beneath him is. read more

First of all, this has taken me a long time to make time to post about this sad excuse of a company. I am very trusting when it comes to buying a vehicle from dealerships, mainly because they appear to be good and trustworthy. Let me tell ya, this place will take your money, give you a great car buying experience, but, don't expect anything by shady experiences afterwards if they care they sell you is a piece of crap and dangerous. We traded in a paid-off Chevy Cruze and purchased a 2009 Escalade. We did get a good deal on the Escalade and in the deal they agreed to swap the tires that were on the Escalade for ones that were stock (they had gangster rims and tires on it) and that was great. It took a week or so but we got the stock tires which looked fine to me (tread was good and no dry rot). After about 500 miles our tire pressure sensor stopped working so we took it in to have the dealership fix it, hoping they would do so for free since they put the tires on with a bad sensor. NOPE, charged us $200 to put a new one in, but they are so nice, they knocked 15 off the price.... Then I noticed a slight vibration after a month or so but it seemed as though the tires just needed to be balanced so I figured I would have them fix that when we got an oil change. I took the Escalade in to get the oil changed and it was about 9k miles, guess that is how long the oil lasts, and asked them to look at the tires for me. I call a few hours later to find out what is taking so long, they tell me that the tires are all bad, didn't pass the road force test and one had a patch in the sidewall? They told me the tires were unsafe and tried to get me to by some from them for a few thousand dollars. Let me remind everyone, my tires slightly vibrated when I took it in. I decided to pick up the Escalade and deal with the tires later as we were heading on a trip to San Diego. On the way out to Cali the tires were nearly vibrating off the Escalade and we ultimately had to spend a grand getting new tires at discount tire in Irvine, Ca. I had that tire shop confirm that all the tire pressure sensors were old, none were new, which means I was charged by Arrowhead Cadillac for a new sensor that was not new, and was told by discount that they probably just reset the sensor. When we got home from Cali I called Arrowhead and they said there was nothing they could do, they wouldn't even work with me on the tire cost, even though they were the ones who put the bad tires on in the first place. I urge everyone to stay far away from this place, they will screw you someday, after they take all of your money. read more
