I've taken my CTS to Arrowhead Cadillac for years and the establishment is all class from top to bottom. From the initial greeting to the good bye from the secretary as you're driving off in a your absolutely gorgeous loaner vehicle, they make sure that all their customers are taken care of. On this occasion, I had the pleasure of being assisted by David (Dave) in the service department and I'd like to say that he went above and beyond with his service. My vehicle needed multiple repairs and I went in knowing that my vehicle needed plenty of work, I also took it in with the expectation that I was going to use an extended warranty company to at least attempt to take care of most of the repair costs. I explained this to Dave and he did everything he could to ensure that he provided all the necessary information to the extended warranty company to assist with the costs. I'll say the total cost was roughly $3000. Ultimately, with Dave's help, the warranty company covered 99% of it and my car was ready for pick up in no time! Keep up the amazing work and service! Purchesed a certified used 2019 CTS from this dealership . The purchasing process was FANTASTIC , they were really great . When it was all done they even delivered it to my home in LHC ! Alas when it arrived it had a lil damage on the rear bumper and I was gona refuse the deal . I was assured it would be taken care of if I accepted the deal . It wold be repaired to my satisfaction is what the salesman quoted me . When it was returned to the dealer they did a horrible job of repairing the damage ! ( looks like my grandson went out there with fingernail polish to repair it ) the sales manager was very condescending & rude . Said he could fix it for me at his cost $700. If I agreed to pay for it . My local body shop repaired it for $300. ( I have worked at dealers in the past so I know how they are ) won't be returningto this dealer again ! And I'll be sure non of my friends do either . They lost me and any of my friends over $300. Doesn't seem like a very wise move on their part . Update , the day after writing this review the dealer wrote the response below . The phone # they incurred is not a good # so I call the dealer and asker for the person they mentioned. Owning a Cadillac luxury car is not easy. Owning a quiet Cadillac SUV is even tougher. Luckily, I came to Arrowhead Cadillac for fixing the problems. The next day after receiving the XT5 delivery, I noticed quite a bit of rattle in the back of the car. The car left for service for 5 business days. The service advisor, Tony, and the shop foreman, Dave, were working so diligently with me because I went back everyday to test drive the repairs. They were coming along for the test too. Now, the noises are gone. I'm so happy with my new 2018 XT5 and highly recommended this place on Cadillac service. read more

I would never recommend Arrowhead Cadillac. Never. Let me start by saying that I waited over three months before writing this review. I wanted to be sure emotions were not part of this review so that you, the reader, would have the facts without the raw feelings attached. The facts: · I purchased an SUV listed at $43K. I did not attempt to ask for a deal or a lower price. I was willing to pay the sticker price as I had a 9K trade-in, which would have left me mid-thirties. · I did not take any of the 'extras.' · I ended up financing $44K. Anyone with basic math skills would look at that and wonder why did you still pay $44K when the sticker price was $43K and trade-in (after pay off) for 9K? That was my quandary as well. I was told that all the 'add-ins' and taxes ate up the 9K. So, essentially, I gave my beautiful GMC Acadia away. Well, it did cover the taxes, yes, at about $3300 in taxes and fees. The other $5700 went into the 'add-ins' that I will NEVER use. What are the add-ins, you might ask? Car washes, lowjack (that I never asked for or wanted), something called Club Plus that was never explained to me... the challenge is that I live over 150 miles away, my car is garaged 95% of the time, and I have OnStar. I would need not one of these add-ins, nor could I use them because they are tied to the dealership, which, as I mentioned, is 150 miles away. All of this was simply added on without explanation. So....the dealership has $5700 free and clear without ever providing the add-on to me. The other issue was the 3500 miles on the car (keep in mind that I paid for a new car) that was put on the car through strangers taking the car as a loaner during service time. Think about that for a moment...individuals having their car serviced put 3500 miles on the car in less than ten months! That is staggering when you think about it. This also explains why the car idles poorly and reeks of cigarettes (I am a non-smoker). In fact, that was the first thing I noticed when getting in the car was the cigarette smell. I mentioned it to the salesman, but there was silence. I thought maybe the mechanics had been in the car with clothing covered in the smoke, but now that I know random people were driving it, I can imagine they smoked in the car. It still smells after three months. I know the dealership does not care. I spoke to the General Manager, who constantly mentioned that I signed the contract (like I didn't know this!). I take full responsibility for trusting this band of hustlers. My questions were blown off by the General Manager. In fact, he told me that he could sell a car with 15,000 miles and call it new because the title had not changed hands. He was frustrated with me over the phone and told me he did not want to talk to me any longer. What a terrible experience. I should have done my research before dealing with these people. You can read other reviews (see the nurse that went through much the same thing as I did but lost the cash she had saved for years!). I am stuck with this situation, and I will do the right thing and pay off the car, but knowing that I simply gave away $5700 without any return on that money is horrific. Suppose you do business with these people, question EVERYTHING. Don't take the sticker price, as I did; get them down on the price!! Learn from my mistakes in trusting and not asking questions. After my lease was up I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. Buyer beware, they said I had to pay for a certification of my vehicle. That cost 3-5k I need to check my paperwork, but doing so would extended my bumper to bumper warranty to 5 years from purchase date, in my case through December 2022. As it turns out, I was informed yesterday that because my vehicle had 1200 miles over the 50,000 miles when I bought it they cut off my Warrenty by 6 months. They had me sign all this a paperwork to purchase the vehicle and it was supposedly in the fine print. I have it in writing from the sales guy who did the deal that it went through 2022. The sales guy is the one who provided the information and never said anything about 50k miles. Unfortunately the dealer could care less. Be careful what you sign here because they don't stand behind what they sell. read more

I popped into the Arrowhead service department this morning at 8:30am thinking I had an appointment for an oil change; when I didn't. Thank you William Large for your exceptional customer service , professionalism and attention to detail. William made no big deal about me not having an appointment. He took my information, my keys and had his team quickly start working on my car. I received my car back MUCH CLEANER they how I gave it them. Thank you for washing my car, that was a wonderful special touch. I now know why Arrowhead Cadillac is the #1 Cadillac dealer in Arizona for service and client retention. They now have my business. Was in the market for a vehicle a few years back and stopped in and was immediately met by a sales rep. He was awesome and showed me around and we test drove the nice selection of used vehicles on the lot. I purchased a vehicle and was told anytime I had an issue to let them know. While driving in the area I was having an issue with a slow leak in a tire. I stopped and had air put in the tire and decided to take it to Arrowhead to have them look at the tire. Upon pulling in the garage I was met by service rep who asked if I had an appointment. I said I didn't and explained to him about my tire issue. He looked extremely frustrated and told me to leave the keys in the vehicle. I went inside had a seat and overheard him comment to another sales rep about about how f....in lazy some people are. I waited quite awhile and he approached me and said there was no leak in my tire and that the tire was overinflated. I told him my story about stopping and having air put in the tire on the way to the dealer and he commented to me that I should have just had them look at the tire there. I took his comments as don't come see us again with something like this. I ended up never going back there and sold the vehicle. Never again. read more

Purchased my first car here and I feel I was manipulated after reviewing the paperwork. I agreed to a price of $42,588. They gave me $11,000 for my trade and I put another $10,000 cash down. I thought I was getting the car for $21,588 plus tax and fees. I ask them to get the paperwork and car ready and I'll come back after lunch. When I got back I signed and left. My fiancé looked at the paperwork a couple of days later and noticed it was $6,500 more than what I agreed to at sales desk. I'm 23 and this was my first car I purchased by myself and was too trusting. $6,500 lesson learned, even at large dealerships the people are not trust worthy. They also lied on my finance application. I told the person I been at my job for six months and they changed it to two years. I had some vehicle issues that occurred prior to my warranty expiration which persisted after the warranty expiration date. My wife and I found an add for a used Toyota Tacoma in the exact color and low miles on the Arrowhead Cadillac website. I contacted the Online sales person to find out if it was still available and talked about trading in our Ram 2500 as a major portion of the price for the Toyota. He was more than Happy to do the trade and we agreed to come in 2 days later. This is where the wheels fall off the cart. The website states in the vehicle history per "Autocheck" that there were "NO Accidents" and "2 Owners" We took the 2 hour drive from our house in Payson to the dealer, Met the salesman, gave him the keys to our truck for it's evaluation and took a drive in what was going to be our new USED Tacoma. The truck looked great on the outside but had a few issues while driving. We then went back and made an agreement on the final trade in and purchase price and at the time he was going to ask for a check I asked him to give us the CARFAX report. Turns out the truck had been in an accident with damage to front, rear and passenger side of truck, had to be towed to a repair shop and also had the windshield replaced. Also showed there was 3 owners with one of them only owning the truck for 1 month. THANK GOD I asked for that report because we just got ripped off by another dealer that sold us a 2019 Tacoma with major issues not disclosed to us and we had to get rid of it at a huge loss to us. Be careful when you see these website adds because after all,,,,,,,,these guys are USED CAR SALES PEOPLE and use FALSE advertising to lure you in. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from them in April for $25k only to find out that I could have purchased a new one for $20k. I had purchased many cars from them so I had a false sense of security so buyer beware. I won't be back and I will tell everyone I know to be cautious if they decide to deal with them. The car has been nothing but problems thank God it is still under warranty but at this point I have $10k in negative equity. They are selling new ones for $12k At this time I have left multiple messages for Cassandra as instructed with not one return call. I spoke to Clint in service who said who would talk with her and the GM and get back to me that was three days ago and nothing yet. I am only asking for an extended warranty because I am stuck with a lemon I am continuing to research this under the lemon law. In the mean time I talked with one of the service managers named Tony on Friday and he said he would talk with Clint and get back to me on Saturday and I never heard from him. Seems to be a pattern here. I have purchased at least five cars from this dealership starting when it was Lund Cadillac and I was never treated this way. Now it's Berkshire Hathaway and they care more about money then returning customers. That is all I can surmise at this point from the lack of response I have received. read more

So, I'm driving from SEA to PHX with my 65-year grandmother who manages to invite herself into my 06' Saab 9-3 for my 1500 mile journey to my new home. I should've known better than to let her drive! She was hauling ass, really enjoying herself, blurting out such things as "I feel so young again!" and "I love going fast!" Although, she made me nervous, I also enjoyed seeing her happy, so I allowed it to persist until she hits a HUGE pot hole going 70mph in a 50mph. Bam! $800 Anti-lock Brake System repair. When I took the Saab into get it fixed the service was fantastic. They were very helpful. They even had this old man drive me back to work. He was a creepy old man. It was so funny. "The best part about college are the cute horny girls." Ummm. Ok. Old man. TMI. Anyway, so they diagnosed the car, "fixed it," cleaned my car inside out, and delivered it to me! Great, right?! Wrong. The car was returned with the engine light on and the gentleman who delivered the car said nothing. So I begin to drive and the car doesn't accelerate. Its driving like an effing golf cart. Pretty comical, but I wasn't happy. I call the service dept, they agreed to scan the car for free if I brought it back in, but were not convinced there was anything wrong. So I took the car in and it appears they didn't finish the repair! Once they scanned the car's computer they immediately knew where to look. The guy pops the hood, and boom various pipes are not clamped down and the air sensors are not attached. Lund Saab, really? They were clearly embarrassed and I forgive them for not knowing how to apologize. They did give me a new gas tank cap after it came up on the scanner because mine had been recalled, which I guess I'm supposed to be feel happy about except for the fact they should have fixed it with the initial repairs! In the end, I'm not happy with their lack of detail, which is why you pay top dollar, right? read more

I've purchased a CTS-V from them and had to purchase a part a couple years later. I found that part on Ebay. They have it listed for $149.29, but tell me if I pick it up locally, they are going to charge me AN EXTRA $50. They don't have to ship it, they don't have to do anything, but bring it to the counter. I'll go elsewhere if this is your policy. My daughter and I both purchased used Fiat 500Ls from this agency. Both cars had recalls prior to purchase and many recalls subsequently. My daughter's car became inoperable within 2.5 years with an estimated repair of $5000. My car had the same history but I purchased an extended warranty. The car has been inoperable for three months. Currently at Fiat for five weeks for replacement of flywheel and transmission at 53,600 miles. I called Arrowhead today to express my disappointment. I had no knowledge of cars and trusted them to advise me. The sales manager said they had no responsibility to track used car histories and that I should have done research before purchasing. He advised me to bring the car in for trade-in as soon as repairs are complete. Don't hold your breath waiting for me. Much better service offered at Carmax. read more

Turning 30 did NOT mean I wanted a hybrid, another 4-door sedan or something my mom would drive. don't get me wrong, i love my mom. I just am not ready to turn into her. So, it was time to get the convertible I have been talking about buying for YEARS. After an online search through countless dealer sites, I came across my Saab convertible on the website for Lund Cadillac Hummer & Saab. The high-def photos on their web site had me thinking I was looking at photos from a car show. I called that same day to inquire about the one I wanted. The internet sales manager, Frank Barela is great! He brought the car to me the next day (on my lunch hour!) for a test drive and made sure that all my questions we answered and needs met. There was no hassle in the buying process and Frank made certain I was comfortable with my decision. Of course, the car had major selling points but the attentiveness and service level made my decision easy. I am confident that my decision to buy from Lund (...and Frank) was the right one. BEWARE OF SERVICE! Arrowhead Cadillac completely whiffed on diagnosing a check engine light on my 2010 SRX. After a day of looking at it, the service department calls me and was adamant that my head gasket was blown. Furthermore, they didn't exhibit any confidence in trying to repair the head gasket. Instead, they told me I'd be better off purchasing a new or used engine to fix the problem. This smelled fishy so I yanked it out of there and towed it to an independent shop, who a day later, pulled the codes and identified the throttle body as the root of my problem. Funny thing, the independent shop noted the the codes explicitly showed throttle body trouble and expressed it was as easy of a diagnostic/repair as it gets. I'm not sure if Arrowhead Cadillac's service department is truly this incompetent or if they were trying to leverage me into vehicle purchase. Either way, STEER CLEAR. my husband wanted to purchase a 2010 Chevy Tahoe in mint condition and low mileage, he went to go get a check to pay for the vehicle and came back and was told that the finance manager was going to buy the vehicle. Then was called 2 days later to say the deal did not happen and offered him the vehicle again, They went through the process for the price etc, the finance department was pushy. when my husband asked if we could keep the vehicle overnight the salesperson was extremely rude and condescending. Top to Bottom, this is the only place you want to buy a Cadillac from in this state. Chris Hancock did a fantastic job. He was not pushy. He explained everything well. They were willing to accommodate me on multiple levels. This is an old school customer service driven dealership. I went to other dealerships like Coulter Tempe etc. None of them provide that white glove VIP service. The dealership looks new and modern. All of the sales professionals are clean and dressed well in shirt and tie. Water is offerred when you arrive. There are no used car sales tactics. Everyone was very professional and upfront. After I purchased my vehicle, it was dropped off at my home. They even sent someone to program my garage doors. They offer valet service for servicing your vehicle. I have purchased multiple luxury cars. Many dealerships can be snobby and judgemental. They don't offer VIP service and actually look down on you. This is not one of those dealerships. They are obviously managed well and I'm glad this dealership places so much emphasis on customer service. read more

Our Cadillac was leased in Texas. We have been servicing it here for the past two years. They come pick it up and deliver it. One of us is a teacher, and there is almost no free time on weekdays, so we appreciate the service. We were spoiled by our dealership in Dallas, but we are also very happy here. It's almost time to turn in our leased XT5 and this is the closest dealership. Now, it is true that we are not too demanding on cars, but we are extremely busy. That's why we only lease. The service our 2017 Cadillac received was prompt, efficient, and outstanding in terms of knowledge and quality. The engineers in the service department can sound quirky, but they are very knowledgeable and open minded. Even when they make mistakes they are polite and honest with us. This dealership is the absolute example of the pinnacle of customer service, care and professionalism!! The first thing I have to say is the dealership is absolutely beautiful and surpasses any automotive dealership I have ever walked into! It truly reflects the reputation and Standard up Cadillac! But my review is going to be directed toward the service department and Michael Tenant. My story begins I'm purchasing a used 2007 Saab with approximately 60,000 miles on it from another dealership here in town. I damaged my Key Fob , So I got online and found a Saab distributor that deals directly with Saab ,,,that GM used to own and purchased the keyfobs and keys. Saab cut the keys but said I needed to go to a GM dealership where there's a tool called a Tech 2 that needs to be used to reprogram the car to the keyfob. Saab said any GM dealership has the capability to do this with their Tech 2 program. So I began my search I'm calling dealerships here in Phoenix that would be able to help me with my situation! I decided I would call GM dealerships to shop for prices assuming that they would be more than happy to help me and offer a reasonable price! Earnhardt Cadillac North Scottsdale they were absolutely rude and not helpful! As soon as I told him what I needed help with they were like, SAAB? ,,,,those aren't even made anymore! I reminded them that they used to sell Saab under the GM nameplate and that they were a dealer! So the pissing contest began! But after much debate and speaking to the manager and other two other Techs they finally decided they could do it but it would be $150 and they would cut the keys at no charge. Needless to say I had a very bad taste in my mouth so I called Courtsey Chevrolet who gave me the runaround but agreed to do it and then then called me back and declined to do it directing me to call Coulter Cadillac. So I called Coulter Cadillac and spoke to the Service Manager John ! He said , sure they would be more than happy to look at it and they were very confident that they can do it! He asked me to show up at 9 o'clock in the morning and I did. I was greeted by a service tech that seemed to think it was a big joke that I was even bringing my car into the dealership and treated me very poorly! SNARKY!! He then asked me did the service manager coop in price and I said yes he did $65 for both keys ! He gave me a snide smirk and started to laugh and said well OK ?? One hour and 45 minutes later he came into the waiting room and told me they were unable to do it. The place was a disaster. Dirty, under construction, and nasty. He did give me one good piece of advice and told me to call Arrowhead Cadillac to see if they would be able to do it or call Earnhardt. I obviously wasn't going to call Earnhardt! Then it occurred to me that Rick the owner of Arrowhead Cadillac was a customer of mine at a luxury store that Im employed with at the Biltmore! So I called and talked to a gentleman on the telephone by the name of Michael Tenant! He was extremely professional. I was very surprised. He was more than happy to listen to my story, concerns and my frustration! There was absolutely no hesitation in his voice and he was more than happy to have me come in at my leisure to get it keys reprogrammed and said they could do it with no problem at all! I asked him could he do it today? He replied can you be here in a half an hour and I said absolutely so I drove out. Upon my arrival I was treated like I was driving a $200,000 Cadillac! He was gracious respectful, knowledgeable and even told me that my car had been previously serviced at the dealership in the past from the former owner! Who happens to be the owner of Phoenix Motorcars! Michael gave me a complete tour of the dealership that was absolutely stunning and directed me to the Café where they give you complementary coffee , lunch breakfast, beverages and whatever your heart desires! This place blew my mind it was state-of-the-art just like Michaels service and professionalism! I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and guess what the charge $65.00.
