I've had my bike serviced several times at this dealership, and other than Harleys are very expensive to own and service - THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I bought my bike at Arrowhead Harley Davidson this passed summer and everything went good until I decided to cancel my warranty. So I called "Jon Valentine" he was the guy that sold me the warranty and did my finance ppwork and asked him to cancel it and his response was that my warranty, "ABSOLUTELY CANNOT" be cancelled..., that was a big fat lie!!! After I told Jon that's not what the contract says, he quickly changed his tune and offered me "double" the warranty time and I reluctantly agreed..., wrong thing for me to do!!!, he told me to give him no more than 2 weeks and he'll have a new agreement mailed to me., another lie!!! Almost 1 month goes by and still nothing., so that's when I called Jon again but he wasn't in so I spoke to another guy (I forgot his name) and I explained my situation to him and he told me just to come in and fill out a "Warranty cancellation form" and be done with it. I was shocked that's all it took??!!, and that's when I realized "Jon" was just b.s. me! I emailed the GM to complain about what had happened and he told me the same just to come in and fill out that form..,but I'm sure he didn't care since they got my business in the end. The dealership should have credited me an extra month more on my refund since that would have been fair but they did not, they gave me credit from the time I came in and cancelled the warranty. I work for the local bus transit for the city of Phoenix with thousands of coworkers and if anyone asks how my experience here was, I'll definitely tell them the truth. The Sales team was fine, service is where the problems are. 2018-Took my bike there 3 times for transfer issues among other things. Each time I was told it was fine, and there was no sign of transfer. Yet each service I did, the primary was over flowing, and once the trans oil was off the dipstick entirely. I even showed the Harley service bulletin and they still played dumb. I spent all but 5 minutes and could clearly see the issue their techs said wasn't there. They even had the nerve to basically tell me I didn't know what I was talking about, and proceeded to ask me if I was a certified mechanic. 11/10/2022, Recently, I had to get my motorcycle fixed here due to an accident. My choices were limited. I also thought since the previous service manager was out maybe things were different. Nope. The bike was brought to them in April. I am only now just receiving it back in November! Much of the delay was to them finding additional damage that should have been found the first time around they inspected it. The other issue was there was zero communication from the service dept. about my exhaust was unable to be sourced. So instead of asking me to find a replacement they sat on it for months doing who knows what until I called. Then there was the delay with the lower fairings which should have been taken care of the first go around. The first time they tried giving it back to me in october, the bike had bent handlebars but was claimed to be functionally fine. The second time, they gave it back, the controls/ brake lever on the motorcycle were loose and dangling. The service manager stated they took it for a test ride, yet I found it in 10 seconds. The screen protector on the radio is damaged, my antenna was missing and I had to buy a replacement, and my lower fairings are mismatched in color. Do yourself a favor and take it to Scottsdale or anywhere else but here for service. They continue to show they can not get the job done. read more

Not sure where to begin. I purchased my first sportster back in 2017.. traded for a new street Bob couple years later with a maintenance plan. Every aspect of this dealer has been great, from sales to service. Service has always been on point with great recommendations, and they've always done a fantastic job. The 2019 softail street Bob has been solid thanks to the maintenance plan & never missing a service Lol I'm about to hit 30,000 miles and it still rides like the day I got it with 6 miles. read more

I went into Arrowhead Harley to check out a bike I was interested in that I had seen online. I called, and Mandi answered the phone. I got everything scheduled to come in and see it. When I arrived at Harley, Mandi greeted me, spent a ton of time reviewing everything with the bike, introduced me to several departments, and made me feel incredibly welcomed. Her excitement when I purchased the bike, rang the bell, and signed their wall was full of energy, and she stayed until I rode off with my new Harley. im very upset with the service dept . i prepaid for 2000 dollars of work on my 09 flhx street glide . i requested tire replacement primary oil change, new windshields screws and a twist connector new tire . i was told that all was done but waiting on induction part. 2 mos pass by and find out this part was on 6 mo back order. Michael Gould straight lied to me . nothing was completed but the twist connector. my custom harley was left out side . i found scratches all over my custom paint on my boxes . just to be honest fuck arrowhead harley . never again . Be very careful if you choose this dealership. I paid almost $2,000 more than I would have paid anywhere else. RB was great! Super cool and nice guy. However, the sales dept was not. Showed me a price of almost 44k on a bike listed at 29999. No flexibility and offered me 17k for a bike that is brand new with 1k miles. Mind you the almost exact same bike with the same upgrades, and same year. I will not be returning sadly. read more

Sale price shown was increased by $1000 on deal paperwork, financing rates shown not as previously discussed, salesman that doesn't let you speak and constantly interrupts you, employee having attitude with my wife over the phone. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Scottsdale HD or any of the GO AZ Motorcycle locations. They're owned by Bob Parsons, and also a veteran like myself. I really don't want to leave anything bad about Harley but the way I see it is this review is about the money hungry shady people at ARROWHEAD HARLEY. I was bought a bike for a B-day present from my wife and the experience was beyond sub bar. We got a new bike with 6 miles on it I understand I don't deserve any fireworks or a lollipop but when I'm asked where's the money when meeting there sales manager instead of hey Everett we see you wanted that bike o yeah it's nice then maybe how would you like to take care of the down payment. They were parading this older couple who obviously had better credit or something around like a king and queen ringing bells signing walls taking pictures with staff like everyone was friends. I guess the one complement I did get is I guess Harley is a stickler for who they will personally approve a loan for so it wasn't all negative I should have just went to Buddy Stubbs that next day like I was supposed to, be careful if you shop here I found out by talking to people that I over paid for the bike. 4/14/19 I was contacted by a general manager I think to b honest our conversation was very brief. After I was asked to tell him what happened not even as I was finishing up saying what happened when he more the less stops me and says so we strive for the best reviews and would I change my review or whatever. I told him that I felt that way so I wasn't changing it. He then says well when you come back in I hope we can treat me better. I told him I was never shopping there again that's when he told me that our conversation is over then and hung up??????? That's some stellar customer service if I ever seen it. About a week ago I just bought a fat boy was looking for the color reef blue and the manager Nick and the sales lady Jen we're helping me they were able to get the bike for me the next day and we were making a deal and they really worked in my favor the best that they could I have service my bike there before first time buying a bike there but the experience was good and I have the bike there now getting some parts before it comes home I'm happy with the experience overall I hope to do business again with them in the next time I purchase a bike also with the service as long as everything goes good I will continue my service with them also one of the things that I spoke to Nick the general manager I have a lot of metal on my back from an accident before and I can't ride the bike there to get serviced so one of the things that we talked about since I'm over an hour away is if he could pick it up and bring it back that was another thing that went well. I had been visiting Harley Davidson motorcycle dealerships in Metro-Phoenix looking for that new ride that 'just grabs you". You know "it's the one". I bought my first Harley when I was 16 years old. Having 40+ years of riding experience and 12 prior motorcycles, including 2 Harley's, I wasn't new to all of this. Last week I wandered into Arrowhead Harley Davidson off the 101 in Peoria just to see what they had. There I met sales rep. Scott Smith knocking the light dust off a lineup of HD Ultra Classics'. We started talking, I asked him to pick his best three and we then narrowed it down to "the one", a 2019 HD Ultra Classic, in "immaculate" condition in high gloss black, and thanks to Scott, as shiny as ever. Nothing waxes up like black. And it came with Vance and Hines pipes with the just that rumble. Love the sound of V&H. Scott got the ball rolling on the paperwork trail and my first introduction to the amazing customer oriented staff of Arrowhead Harley Davidson. I met Chad Riddle, the sales manager, where the price was agreed up, and then onto Jon Valentine, the business manager, where the final financial was completed. All three were excellent in explaining the entire process. Scott then escorted me around to the different departments of this dealership and introduced me to the staff. I've been in H-D dealerships in every city that I have lived in, and I have to say, that Arrowhead Harley Davidson has their customer service "down to an art". It's the best I've ever experienced. You need a Harley, who doesn't, then get on over to Arrowhead Harley Davidson and get yourself a new or used bike, their stock on hand is amazing, not to mention the clothing accessories or chrome parts accessories that make each bike a personal statement. This review is for service, not the actual shop. I recently purchased a used 2006 Sportster 883L on Craigslist and took it immediately into Arrowhead Harley on 9/22/16 to get it serviced to ensure that it's in tip top shape from both a performance and safety perspective. I had both tires switched out and a tune-up, 10K service. The bill out the door was $912.69. Not totally unreasonable, as only $385 of that was labor. Tires are expensive. The notes on the resolution were "TECH INSTALLED FRONT AND REAR TIRES = CARBURETOR WAS CLEANED AND ADJUSTED, AND COMPLETED 10K SERVICE. MOTORCYCLE IS RUNNING GREAT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS. C*********R" When I got the bike back (my father dropped it off and picked it up for me). It was still running a little choppy and lean on idle. I had a reputable mechanic in my area (Gilbert) take a listen and he immediately said just by sound that the carburetor was probably not cleaned nor adjusted because my choke/enrichener shouldn't have to be on as long as mine has to be. Long story short, he looked further and examined it and said "the gasket surfaces are still dirty with dried out fuel and dirt all over. None of that should have been there if just cleaned in the last two weeks. He showed me exactly what he's talking about and he was absolutely right, it wasn't done. The carburetor was still as dirty as a Jenna Jameson movie. It makes me wonder if ANY of the 10K service was done, because the carburetor certainly wasn't cleaned. Now I'm going to have to either (1) drive 60 miles to the dealership without a ride home to have them redo and lose my bike for more time or (2) just get it done by someone out here. I have zero faith the other stuff was properly done based on the dirty, gross carburetor that I just saw. Feeling pretty ripped off right now. I shouldn't have this kind of issue and increased cost to deal with after walking out the door with a $912.69 bill. Won't be back to Arrowhead Harley as it's going to be difficult to earn back that trust - and my dad, who lives closer, will go to another dealership if I have anything to do with it. 10/12/16 Update: I emailed this review to their customer service department three days ago when I originally posted it. Three business days have gone by and not a single person from Harley Arrowhead called me to even chat about it. It just reaffirms that they just don't give a crap about anyone or anything except cash and getting paid for services they didn't do. read more
