lots of parking available. the space is super cute with attentive staff. you can choose to dine in or get your coffee/ food to go. very down to earth with a nice, local, homey feel. the food: amazing! everything i had was superb. i ordered the avocado toast on gluten free bread and added an egg (over medium). i also ordered a side of their cheesy cornbread (gluten free!!!). all was delicious. i believe there was an entire avocado's worth on the toast, plus it was incredibly seasoned. my expectations were exceeded. coffee: arsagas is known for having the best coffee, and now i can see why. very smooth with robust flavor. presentation of both food and drink was great.

The menu wasn't what I saw here on yelp online. This place is trying too hard. The food is pretentious. The French toast is with honey, ricotta, and lemon zest. Why honey? They had no maple syrup on site. Disappointing. I ended up getting avocado toast, which came with a hard-boiled egg and swimming in chili oil. This was supposed to have a soft boiled egg which has a runny yolk. Unedible. I sent it back. I ask for it to be remade with no chili and an actual soft boiled egg. But it didn't come that way. They put the chili oil on the side. The egg was medium boiled and ice cold. Service was just okay.

Turkish eggs -wonderful. Great flavor with the yogurt and spices made for the sopping with the bread and wishing I had a spoon. London fog was nice & smooth.

Every time I'm in town, I have to go to Arsaga's for brunch. Their menu is comprised of unique dishes you don't see at every other brunch place, with some classics as well to satisfy the traditionalist. They keep the menu on the smaller side and do everything very well. Their coffee is also my favorite out of the whole of NW Arkansas, I always take a bag of beans home with me. In addition, the restaurant itself is aesthetically immaculate. If you go on a nice day, you really must sit on their back patio, it's a haven. Side note to management - I really wish you would bring back the orange rolls, they took me back to my childhood, and I crave them frequently. :')

Perfect outdoor area for my dogs to enjoy while we had brunch. The coffee is amazing and the vegan/gf options are tasty! Recommend getting the bloody and their jelly with your biscuit!

They have paired down their menu, So if you are really hungry for an item you've had before, check out the new menu first or chance being disappointed. I had been hungry for their Oyster Mushroom sandwich when I went by to eat this week. Took me a while to reprogram my brain but their Beans and Rice did the trick. It was phenomenal!!! They include a slice of Cheesy cornbread that's one of a kind. Waitstaff was relaxed and not overly hovering. Definitely a great place for any meal of the day.

Dutch baby with lemon curd and blueberries

The food here is so interesting and GOOD! We sat outside because the weather was so beautiful and the patio was really cute and open. Amongst my group, we had the Dutch baby with lemon curd and blueberries, avocado toast, vegan red beans and rice, beet sashay, shrimp and grits, and Turkish eggs. We also each had a different coffee. Literally allll goooood!! We each tried a bite of each others food and there wasn't a single thing that anyone didn't like. Myself personally, I had the Turkish eggs and could have licked the bowl clean. And the lemon curd on the Dutch baby was absolutely perfect. This place a must try!!

Top-quality place, with great vegan options. I stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday, and they were still serving from the breakfast menu. They have lots of vegan options, so I tried their Townie ($14 plus tax), a tofu scramble that comes with veggies, 2 Beyond Sausage patties, potatoes, avocado, and sourdough broad. The food came out in about 10-15 minutes and was very well-presented. The tofu scramble was nicely textured and spiced, complemented by the perfectly cooked sausage patties, perfectly cooked potatoes, and nice sourdough bread, which the avocado goes well on. The house-made ketchup served with it is also great. Friendly staff and a really comfortable spot. This place is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Wow- we were absolutely blown away by Arsaga's during our visit to Fayetteville. The space is so welcoming with high ceilings, awesome art and beautiful plants. And the vegetarian options in the menu were some of the best and most creative I've ever come across, which was such a treat. We split fries, carrot gnocchi and squash flatbread and loved every bite (and had so dig in before we remembered to take pictures). Portions were generous and extremely reasonably priced. I also got the Oaxaca old fashioned, which was strong and delicious. Arsaga's is a great, affordable date night spot, and I wish I lived closer because it is definitely somewhere I would love to frequent.

Great food and service. We went for brunch and sat outside. Prompt service from kitchen

The buffet for finger food at this 200 people gathering was amazing, tasty and delicious!

The Arsaga's Mill District put on a great event for Mayor Lioneld Jordan this week. Their food and drink choices were excellent

How can coffee go wrong? Try the vegan dishes. They are great and not a guilty feeling for having that coffee.

I love the trendy laid back atmosphere, both inside and it includes a nice patio space. I noticed several people either dining with others or doing some reading or work on their computers, quite an endorsement of how relaxing the environment is. I had the Breakfast Sammy, which was absolutely delicious. The ingredients tasted quite fresh and each component was really nailed. My wife went with The Dagwood which she loved as well. Friendly staff to boot. I can definitely see us returning here soon.

Early on there had been some shape-shifting from mini-bodega for the entrance lobby, but they've settled into this current mode as a wine bar. For my food: I ordered the salmon breakfast, which comes with a 'jammy egg,' and a latte breve. I had asked for my drink in a mug but received it in a glass. I have a personal preference for my meal to be deconstructed. I hadn't seen a picture of this dish else would have instructed had I been aware. I like to cut open my own egg and tear apart my own fish. (That... will likely be a standard request for all restaurants in the future--deconstruct.) I like the salt flakes and fennel on the eggs and don't know whether I'd've gotten them deconstructed The salmon seems (to me to be) more 'baked' than 'smoked:' The service was pleasant and charming.
