This is one of those places you know is going to be good because everything ingredient in everything on the menu is local, fresh, or homemade. One of my favorite places in Fayetteville for coffee but I have been SLEEPING on their food apparently. Classic brunch taken to the next level. The best avocado toast I've had in a long time; thick but pillowy sourdough bread, a local egg, and homemade chili crisp you can even buy at the front. Still a great coffee spot with an incredible selection of breakfast and lunch items and local pastries. They have a housemade nut milk that is free to add to your drinks. So good! Loved everything about this place. We had to make a brief stop in Fayetteville and grabbed breakfast here. As a vegetarian I tend to be underwhelmed by a lot of menus, but with this one I had problems choosing. Kicked it off with a spicy bloody Millie, their version of a Bloody Mary. excellent spicy mixed and topped with pickled okra and a few olives. For the meal, we tried the Townie breakfast- this wil sound crazy but it was the best tofu scramble I have ever tasted with subtle flavor from the herbs. The vegan sausage had been marinated in a maple syrup sauce and was so delicious. Potatoes perfectly crispy and the toast done to perfection. Big yum on everything service was fine. The space is gorgeous with cozy nooks and hanging plants. My only disappointment was that it was too cold to check out the back yard area which has tables and looks perfect for hanging with a dog or two. read more

lots of parking available. the space is super cute with attentive staff. you can choose to dine in or get your coffee/ food to go. very down to earth with a nice, local, homey feel. the food: amazing! everything i had was superb. i ordered the avocado toast on gluten free bread and added an egg (over medium). i also ordered a side of their cheesy cornbread (gluten free!!!). all was delicious. i believe there was an entire avocado's worth on the toast, plus it was incredibly seasoned. my expectations were exceeded. coffee: arsagas is known for having the best coffee, and now i can see why. very smooth with robust flavor. presentation of both food and drink was great. read more

The menu wasn't what I saw here on yelp online. This place is trying too hard. The food is pretentious. The French toast is with honey, ricotta, and lemon zest. Why honey? They had no maple syrup on site. Disappointing. I ended up getting avocado toast, which came with a hard-boiled egg and swimming in chili oil. This was supposed to have a soft boiled egg which has a runny yolk. Unedible. I sent it back. I ask for it to be remade with no chili and an actual soft boiled egg. But it didn't come that way. They put the chili oil on the side. The egg was medium boiled and ice cold. Service was just okay. read more

Every time I'm in town, I have to go to Arsaga's for brunch. Their menu is comprised of unique dishes you don't see at every other brunch place, with some classics as well to satisfy the traditionalist. They keep the menu on the smaller side and do everything very well. Their coffee is also my favorite out of the whole of NW Arkansas, I always take a bag of beans home with me. In addition, the restaurant itself is aesthetically immaculate. If you go on a nice day, you really must sit on their back patio, it's a haven. Side note to management - I really wish you would bring back the orange rolls, they took me back to my childhood, and I crave them frequently. :') read more

I had been hungry for their Oyster Mushroom sandwich when I went by to eat this week. Took me a while to reprogram my brain but their Beans and Rice did the trick. It was phenomenal!!! Would give a zero if I could. Worst meal I've ever had. Your server was sweet and did a good job but the food was horrific. Over salted everything, grease dripping from that basket forming a pool on the table, the sparkling drink was flat, they were out of the Townie scramble and the substitution was over salted soy sauce soaked burned tofu squares. Amongst my group, we had the Dutch baby with lemon curd and blueberries, avocado toast, vegan red beans and rice, beet sashay, shrimp and grits, and Turkish eggs. We also each had a different coffee. Top-quality place, with great vegan options. I stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday, and they were still serving from the breakfast menu. They have lots of vegan options, so I tried their Townie ($14 plus tax), a tofu scramble that comes with veggies, 2 Beyond Sausage patties, potatoes, avocado, and sourdough broad. The food came out in about 10-15 minutes and was very well-presented. The tofu scramble was nicely textured and spiced, complemented by the perfectly cooked sausage patties, perfectly cooked potatoes, and nice sourdough bread, which the avocado goes well on. Wow- we were absolutely blown away by Arsaga's during our visit to Fayetteville. The space is so welcoming with high ceilings, awesome art and beautiful plants. And the vegetarian options in the menu were some of the best and most creative I've ever come across, which was such a treat. We split fries, carrot gnocchi and squash flatbread and loved every bite (and had so dig in before we remembered to take pictures). Portions were generous and extremely reasonably priced. I also got the Oaxaca old fashioned, which was strong and delicious. Arsaga's is a great, affordable date night spot, and I wish I lived closer because it is definitely somewhere I would love to frequent. read more

I've known that Arsaga's is a fantastic brunch spot. But today i found out it is so much more. There's a cocktail beer and wine menu as well as great dinner choices. Pictured here are the: 1.) Kale Ceasar Salad: Kale, red onion, croutons, parmesan, and sesame breadcrumbs tossed in housemade caesar dressing. 2.)Super Salad: Whipped feta topped with cherry tomatoes, radish, cucumber, butternut squash, parsley, lemon vinaigrette, & fresh greens. Topped with crunchy chickpeas and toasted pepitas. Served with Ozark Natural Breads sprouted sesame sourdough toast. +avocado ($1.50) 3.) The Skiitake Fries: Crispy, fried shiitake mushrooms that are tossed with herb salt, served with housemade curry ketchup and toum sauce. 4.) The Potato Gnocci: Housemade gnocchi with butternut squash, broccolini, lemon, and butter. Finished with parmesan and scallions. 5.) Charred Broccolini Tarte Flambee: Wood-fired flatbread topped with whipped feta, charred broccolini, red onion, and mozzarella. Finished with mojo verde & parmesan. I ordered the Super Salad and the table shared the Shiitake Fries. I was worried the salad wouldnt be filling enough but I was pleasantly surprised with leftovers to go. In fact everyone had a small portion of their meals to take home which tells me the portions are spot on (huge plus in my book)! The fries were so good, and there was enough to share. It was a fun take on a fried appetizer besides french fries. Full disclosure, I didn't know what toum sauce was but google helped me out and apparently it's a lebanese garlic sauce. Probably not as good as the authentic sauce but whatever came with the shitakke fries tasted good and paired well together. My apologies for sleeping on Arsaga's Mill District as a fun dinner spot. Service is not ideal. have had some pretty apathetic and unfriendly servers here more often than pleasant/diligent ones sadly (hence me waiting a few years to decide how I felt/post). The menu is very limited and I don't think the type/quality of the food warrants the price. I got The Townie, which is a vegan breakfast that has tofu scramble, toast, roasted potatoes with curry ketchup, and a few slices of avocado. I loved it! The ketchup was amazing, and the potatoes were perfectly roasted. It was nice to get a full vegan meal that had some veggies but was still hearty. Visiting from out of town and came here with some friends! Loved the food and the layout of this place! I was happy with the outdoor accommodation as we waited to be seated. I order an iced cocoa coffee drink and the Bronski (I think it was called). Incredible! I'm not even vegan but it was so delicious, I'd recommend it to anyone. Only downside was the service. Our waitress took nearly 20 minutes (after we waited 30 to be seated) to greet us, and we even purchased our coffees separately from the bar because of this. She took our orders and gave us our bills, but didn't check on us yet once, refill our waters, or even help deliver the food.
