I literally said to myself this is why I don't like coming to the dentist. But it did get better! This staff is so very friendly and accommodating. The dentist is very professional, very friendly and very personable. Even when I mentioned that I felt like I had certain procedures done before, the dentist stated that if I had that information to provide then it would alleviate some of the other steps that I would have to take that he had mentioned. It was the only practice that advertised weekend care that actually picked up the phone when I called the day before. I was nervous about going to a new dentist, but it was smooth from top to bottom. Dr. Aaron was very attentive and gentle. He determined that I needed a root canal and laid out my options clearly. This included him doing the work himself, but he noted that there were root canal specialists and I could afford to wait a few days. He didn't push me to have the work done then and there. Both my dentist and the specialist who performed the root canal said Dr. Aaron had done a good job with the temporary filling he gave me. I definitely made the right choice.
