The ambience is unmatched--cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). Please pass along a huge thank you and some well-deserved recognition--she truly made an impact. And one last thing... BRING BACK THE EQUINOX!! Pretty please

They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. I ended up ordering coffee for my work team and all were impressed by the flavors! I got a Black Americano, Hot Borealis Latte, and the Whipped Carrot Cake Latte for myself. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

I had an extremely bad experience with this shop and would never recommend it…read more I brought my De'Longhi Magnifica espresso machine in because of a grinder issue. Before coming, I researched the problem and found a YouTube video showing the exact same error, sound, and symptoms. In that case, the issue was caused by a small piece of metal stuck in the grinder, and after cleaning it, the machine worked perfectly. I explained this to the shop. After a long wait, they told me the grinder was "broken" and needed to be replaced. I did not believe this, especially since I had already seen identical cases resolved by simple cleaning. When I tried to explain and mention the video, the technician was rude, argumentative, and did not even let me speak. When I brought the machine home, it did not work at all. I later found out they had turned off a switch on the back of the machine and didn't bother to turn it back on before giving it to me. I had to call them, then drive 30 minutes one way, just so a rude employee could flip the switch back on. This felt like a complete waste of my time and showed zero respect for the customer. Their attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. I honestly believe they were trying to push an unnecessary and expensive repair. I do not trust this shop and strongly advise others to stay away.

A lot of customers get it to go. The place is pretty small so there's limited room for hanging out and stuff. Coffee is actually the best stuff to get here. It's got a limited food menu. There's mostly just crepes to eat, of which there's a few on the menu, or you can build your own with fillings and toppings. A limited amount to get. It's about $5.75 to get a latte. Pretty basic stuff. Has non dairy milks including oat. The food options are pretty light stuff. It's about $13 to get crepes. The Crepes have options such as blueberry if wanting to get it sweet. Also they have a few savory ones. The prices are pretty high for these. Only bad thing about it. The rest of the menu includes cookies and pastries. Great place for a light breakfast. It's closed Mondays. The atmosphere is pretty boring but whatever.

Usually specialty drinks can be expensive in nice coffee shops like this, but it only came out to a bit over 5 dollars. It was so amazing, sweet without being too sweet, and the perfect ube flavor for someone relatively uninitiated with the purple root. It also came out super quick, I could see them working on it while I finished ordering! The employees are all very kind, one of them complimented my wallet and I love compliments so it just set the tone for a great day. I got a seat by the window. There is plenty of natural light in here and plenty of great vibes. About 7 tables in the main area, a couch, and a big table in a room towards the back. Also, a big mural and lots of plants. Really fun and artsy environment. They were selling t-shits and merch which all looked cool and had nice designs. Once I become a regular here (which I now intend on!) I think I will definitely have to get a shirt or hoodie. I noticed there aren't many reviews yet for here which leads me to believe it is not as popular as it deserves to be. But guys, you gotta come, or you're missing out!

Upon entering on a Sunday afternoon, it was quiet, the music was nice and the staff was on par with their service. I was serviced with smiles and generosity. The two women helped me pick the perfect pastry to go along side my lavender chai latte and regular chai latte, which was a gluten free vegan Ube muffin topped with cinnamon sugar. They warm the pastry up for me which definitely made it better. I maybe spent $15 for two drinks and a pastry which was phenomenal considering other places would have been higher in price. I'll definitely be returning to try other pastries and enjoy the large space the cafe has.

Upon my first visit on a Thursday for lunch, the waitress Nur provided excellent service to our table. She was patient, pleasant, and provided answers to our many questions. Just loved her service with a smile and uplifting energy. My friends and I ate hard and everyone enjoyed their food. I tried the lentil soup which was wonderful and I had the mushroom guvec with rice on the side that was delicious. We were served tea as an after dinner refresher which was nice. We noticed the bakery on the way out and they had so many treats ready to be ordered and taken home. The second visit was terrible. I came for lunch on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy. The lahmacon is offered as a lunch special and I asked if I could have the cheesemacon for the special. It's the same version with just cheese and no meat. My waiter Jamal straight told me no. I found that very odd so I inquired further because they are the same price on the menu and it's without meat. The answer still didn't change. I simply had a few more questions about other menu items and Jamal seemed agitated by then. He was not even trying to be nice. I ordered two entrees. I paid full price for the cheesemacon and had a pide with kashkaval cheese. Jamal brought my food and NEVER came back to my table. I watched him provide service to all the other tables during that time. I was fine and didn't need anything, but I didn't deserve to be treated that way for being pleasantly inquisitive. I really felt bothered by this because out of all my years of eating out, I never felt that a server treat me poorly personally for being myself. I've had bad service before just because the service is bad overall and that is different. I like the food so I reluctantly returned for a third time and had breakfast. Service was standard and the food was good. My mushroom omelette was fine. The traditional french toast was solid. This review should be one star but it is four without Jamal.
