    If I could zero stars I would. I have never left a bad review for anything before this. We purchased a vehicle from Gamblin motors this week. When we test drive the vehicle we noticed that it was pulling to the right. When papers were signed they put in that they would fix the issue. A few days later we received a call to schedule the service and that they had entered the incorrect vin on the vehicle we traded in and needed us to sign papers again. We arrived at 9 as discussed and we were supposed to sign papers at 10. We sat in the service lobby/waiting area until after 10:20 then decided we would go up and find whoever we needed to see. We were asked to sit at a desk and when he was done he would be with us. We sat there for 10-15 minutes while the person we were waiting for was chatting with someone in his office. It didn't seem like there was any type of business happening, just chatting. I heard them start talking about how what is being done to end the homeless crisis is not working and how the idea is to tax everyone...this is when they shut the door and we again waited, for another 20ish minutes. It took just 2 minutes to sign. The feeling we got when we went in to purchase the vehicle and when we went back was a totally different vibe. They had their sale and we weren't important because we weren't there to buy anything. When we purchased the vehicle we were assured all vehicles they sell are thoroughly evaluated to ensure there are no issues fluids are good etc. I have attached a photo of the alignment prior and after the appointment. Clearly they didn't evaluate this. When leaving the dealership we noticed that on the steering wheel the leather had a long gouge in it that previously wasn't there. Our service person Chase and another man (not sure his name) came out and looked at it. The other man stated that's been there for a long time, there's dirt in it. There is no dirt in it at all, see the attached photo. This person was extremely rude and confrontational. He stated over and over this has been there, calling us liars and not providing any resolution. It defiantly has not been there and was not when we gave it to them. There is also little pieces hanging from the gouge, if this had been there for a while, those would have been worn off. He told us that there is a device that attaches to the steering wheel, but not in the location of the damage but there is no way for the device to slip and cause any damage. He told us he would need to talk to our sales person to see what he would like to do. Obviously we weren't happy with his statement, the sales person had nothing to do with it. We left the dealership and are waiting for a call but the rude man that said it has been there for a while made it very obvious they will do nothing. However it happened, it happened during our visit to the service department. We will never go back for anything.

    Faulty Oil Filter

    Firstly let me begin by saying my family and I have four Gamblin's vehicles. They are all older, but have been maintained well. I purchased an oil change from Gamblin's Quick Lube on December 8th 2020 and on January 13th my truck lost all oil pressure in the early morning. My engine died. Later that day I had my own mechanic look at the truck to determine what had failed and it was the AC Delco oil filter that Gamblin's Quick Lube had installed (See attached photo). I called the Service Manager, Carl Thorsett and told him the situation. On January 15th Carl brought two service techs, one from the quick lube and one from their main store out to where my truck was safely parked. They confirmed it was the oil filter (see attached photo) and towed it in. Carl provided me with a loaner vehicle for the period of January 15-February 17th where GMC paid for a new engine. ***At this point 5 star service from Gamblin's On my way home from Gamblin's on the 17th my check engine light came on. Side note, my check engine light had never been on prior to the new engine so I turned around and went back to Gamblin's. Hoses from my Mass Air Flow System had not been reconnected. Problem solved, a tech took care of it and apologized profusely. On my way home the check engine light comes back on. I take it back in, Carl Thorsett tells me it's the MAP sensor and will be $115 fix, I say fix it. He comes back saying the problem is greater than that and I leave the truck in the shop for the rest of the day to be diagnosed. The next morning Carl calls and tells me it's the Mass Airflow sensor and is $350 - I did not and will not let them install it. 3 stars - I lost my trust in their service department

While I was there, the staff actually stopped what they were doing to argue with a group of kids protesting on the sidewalk outside. Instead of focusing on customers and the work they're supposed to be doing, they were engaging in a public argument. It made the whole place feel extremely unprofessional. On top of that, my car was left in bad condition after their work. When I brought up the issues, they told me they could fix it but only if I paid for the damages and told me they could schedule me in a week. That's completely unacceptable when the problem was caused by their own work in the first place. The owner now claims they had their doors closed when this took place and didn't engage with the children, the photos i listed says otherwise. Lying was apart of the multiple reasons i chose to leave and will not be returning to this junkyard full of junkies. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and poorly handled. I'll be taking my money and my business somewhere else.

What was supposed to be a repair ended up creating more problems, and the quality just wasn't there. Things were either rushed, poorly done, or not properly fixed at all. When you take your car to a collision shop, you expect it to come back safe and properly repaired -- not worse than before. This experience felt careless and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and think twice before bringing your vehicle here.

I had previously had some work done through insurance at another shop and wanted to add fixing the rust spot, but that shop refused the work and said they didn't want to deal with rust. When I first contacted Raley's, they said that they were booked six months out. But then he asked a few more questions and determined that the work I needed done would be a quick job for him to complete. We set a time for an estimate which was in the evening so I did not have to take time off from work. This is a small business and is located at the owner's property between Sumner and Orting. I was happy to give my business to a locally owned small business. The wife and husband operate the business together. Heather was very good at communicating with me and scheduling was flexible. They allowed me to drop my truck off in the evening on a Sunday so again, I did not have to take time off from work. I really appreciate that flexibility. The estimate was very good and he was also able to install a bumper that my husband bought and wasn't able to install. I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of work. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to get this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Raley's for quality of work, the price, the communication, the flexibility and the fact that supporting their business is supporting a local family business. I will definitely use this shop in the future if I need auto body work done.
