John and Tracy are husband and wife. When I tell you that they are both beyond creative and talented, it doesn't begin to describe the level that they are on. They are good enough to complete in those fancy nail art design competitions. They are two of the kindest people to ever work in customer service. I declined, and she rushed through fixing my nails -- leaving gel underneath, crooked thumbnails, and nails that are already lifting again. This is highly unacceptable, especially at this price point. The service was unprofessional, the work was sloppy, and the nails did not last at all. I will never return and cannot recommend this salon.
