Fast forward to the following day, when I arrived he proceeds to tell me that they are unable to take me and that they are now booked, which is understandable because it happens. Then he proceeds to forcibly tell me that he told me to come early and repeats himself several times. I'm by no means an argumentative person so I asked ok, well do you have any availability later. He responds by repeating forcibly that he told me to come early, and he remembers me, completely forgetting that I had originally called to book an appointment but was encouraged not to.
