I started calling around for repair options and was being quoted turnaround times of 7-10 days. Picked up my phone as he is charging my card, "$300 plus tax", I say "Woah this doesn't look fixed? There is a big black section at the bottom of my screen". This dude literally gaslights me multiple times... 1) Tells me "That's how the iPhone is...." LOL I show him my husbands phone isn't like that.... 2) "Oh it must be in your settings..." blah blah blah. I tell him "Okay so go into my settings and recalibrate the screen you just installed"... "I only work on hardware, I can't do anything software related." I am showing him the display settings and calling out where is the setting?...
