Charming nail is one of the only salons in the area which offers dazzle dry, but the consistency of the service is all over the place. Some technicians follow the dazzle dry procedures perfectly which results in a long lasting manicure, but others don't and my nails chip less than 24 hours after being done. This is frustrating when I'm spending $30 plus tip for something that doesn't last. Especially when I'm getting nails done for a special event. Overall the vibe of the salon is good and the people are nice, but I do hope this lapse in recent service rectifies itself so that I can feel confident in going back.

She takes good technical care of my feet in the sense that she identifies problems and solves them. After a long, traumatic move cross-country, my feet were a mess, but she put them right in a single session. After trying a different salon, I ended up with issues which, again, she immediately set to solving when I returned. I won't stray again. She's pleasant and easy-going, and I leave with my feet looking good and in the best possible shape. If the massage were slightly longer and deeper, she'd be sheer perfection, but the rest--and her reasonable price + no annoying upsells--makes me grateful to have found her.

I do believe some steps of the process of both mani and pedi were skipped for some reason- usually they clip the skin around the nails or file them perfectly straight... again- attention to detail was lacking. For the amount of time I spent there, I expected some great work. They have a points program but you have to earn over 400 points to get it, and each point is a dollar. Seems far fetched. Not sure if I'll return.
