On 4/26 when I dropped off the seat cover and a few clothing items, I was not told a pickup time. When I did stop by two weeks later the business on Torrance Blvd was closed and a sign in the window said to call a number to pick up items. I called the number and there was no answer and voicemail was full. I got a text saying they'd call me back and they never did. I texted a few days later and they asked for my ticket number but never responded after that. After checking in via text and call (vm still full) a few more times over the next week or so (with no response), I stopped by the cleaners again. Still closed with the sign to call. When I finally reached him, he said they had moved the business to Gardena and things were "disorganized." I told him I understand moves are tricky but I would've appreciated some communication. He did not apologize. He promised he would call me by a specific time later that day and confirm he had my seat cover (clothes should be ready but he had no idea there was a seat cover). He never did. Anyways long story long, he has repeatedly made promises to check on my items and arrange delivery and call at specific times, but he has never followed through. I am still trying to get ahold of him with no luck. I have never experienced such bad customer service anywhere. It has taken way too long even with a company move to get my items. If I could give 0 stars I would.
