This is the worst nail salon i've ever been to. They were nothing but disrespectful and disgusting. My cousin had asked for a pedicure and they spilled water all over the floor onto her shoes and socks. Instead of pedicure she got a trip to the water park. They overfilled my tub and decided to scoop it out with a dirty bowl ( as pictured ). The older lady stabbed my aunt with scissors and the proceeded to slap her leg and tell her it's okay. This place is so bad it's comical at this point and i'm curious as to how they're still running. My elderly grandmother was stabbed multiple times with the cuticle remover. They filed my literal toes, and filed them into circles. how that's possible i have no clue. They used dirty tools and when we asked for clean unused materials they laughed and said we have to pay extra. i didn't know hygiene costed extra. Poor customer service. Got a gel manicure last week only for it to start lifting 5 days later. Evelyn was the one who did my nails last week and she was there when I went to have them look at it. She only applied a top coat on top of it even though the polish still lifting. She said I can't come back after a week and expect them to redo it. I went in for a eyebrow wax and acrylics and they striped off the arches on my brows that I had been working to build for 6 months. I was honestly so frustrated I refuse to ever let anybody wax my brows again. The nails where okay and not the best quality but find for the price. read more

My previous experience with this salon was really the worst. The technicians were extremely rude and judgmental during this visit. On a Friday night a couple years ago, I went with two friends to this salon for the following services: pedicure, eyebrow waxing, and a manicure. Most of the techs were rude to my friends and I, especially by the suggestion of how we were all playing for the same team. Of course, we all had boyfriends at the time and always all of us only have been with men. Plus, our and/or anyone's sexually, is none of their damn business. The received services were meh, I remembered my technician missed some hairs within my "waxing" service. Both manicure and pedicure gel polishes on were poorly done as well (i.e. the polish quickly wore off). As minorities needing to be "accepted" by the general public, they are not doing their race any favors by acting the way they do towards their customers! read more

I have had tips on my nails for five years so trust me when i say that there are better salons. actually there is a better one with a similiar name about 5 stores to the right of them near the end of the shopping center. and I went to this place 6 times before realizing that. reasons why: I get the same color every time. the 1st time i went, the bottle of my shade was almost empty, but usable. the 2nd time i went, the color was running out so badly (the bottle was pretty much empty) that she had to add paint thinner THREE TIMES to the bottle and do 3 or 4 layers that looked terrible. i was annoyed but finally she got it to look okay and after the top coat it was fine. it didnt last throughout the week, because of all the paint thinner. that was a waste. i had to ask her to paint the tops of my nails because that seals the paint. she got it all over my fingers then removed it with polish remover but... thanks for trying... i told them that if they STILL hadnt ordered more of that polish i wouldnt come back next week and they promised me they would order it. the third week i came back and the same EMPTY BOTTLE is sitting on the shelf. i walk in and shes like "you pick color now" and i asked if they had a new bottle. she told me that no, they didnt, and the empty bottle was fine and there was still paint in it. i refused and picked out a diffferent color. this salon has a terrible, very minimal color selection. they dont massage your hands. they have very few name brand polishes. they cant paint any skillful designs (from what i have asked for). better places elsewhere. read more

I came here for the first time this past Monday. Donna was my nail technician. I went there to get my first set removed that I had done by another nail salon in the same shopping center as them for a new gel set. Instead of soaking my gel nails off, Donna decided to use a fake nail to remove my nails which was very painful. She finally got to my left hand middle finger and literally pulled my nail off to the flesh and it started to bleed. Of course she apologized and used an antiseptic. But it didn't take away from the pain and the fact that it even happened. Which was a first for me!!! The true issue was she still charged me full price instead of offering me a discount. 1: for making my nail bleed and trying to blame it on the other salon when she's the one removing my nail. 2: For the guy that did my wife's manicure. He spilled Paraffin Wax all over her jeans and shoes. When it was time to pay, I asked how much. She said $70! Of course I was like wow. So you're not going to offer some type of discount for my trouble? She apologized again but I left out very unhappy. It's just proper customer service etiquette. Especially if you want a new customer to come back. To make matters worse, my wife paid for our services and she didn't have any cash on her to tip. I only had like $8 dollars in my purse so I gave Donna what I had. She asked if it was for her and the guy that did my wife nails? What about him? Which I couldn't believe she asked considering the circumstances. Be lucky to have gotten that after still charging me full price for damaging my nail and having hot wax spilled on my wife. She did a good job and the people that greeted us were friendly. But the lack of customer service I can't stomach. It really rubbed me the wrong way. I have not had any problems here. For the most part, I'm happy with my nails. I love getting the gel nails with the colored powder on the tips. They last so much longer, I only have to go once a month. TIP: YOU CAN PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD BUT FOR A TIP YOU NEED CASH! They don't have a sign for this but they will tell you this AFTER you have your nails done when you go to pay, so if I have any complaints about this place, that would be it. read more

I told her no just take em off since you already took two off. I then was forced to pay $10 for removal fee when I asked her not to remove them but told her ok after she had already taken two off. I had not had a pedicure in many months, so I was very due. I walked in, and was able to pick my color and sit in a pedicure chair immediately. I told them I wanted the deluxe. I always get the deluxe. I am so worth the deluxe. Anyway, I didn't have any nail polish on my toenails, so the nail polish removal step was unnecessary, and he put the scrub on my legs. and let it set there. He never actually scrubbed the scrub in. That was irritating. The nail cutting and shaping was okay. There was a very lackluster massage. Very lackluster. Nearly nonexistent. But the nail polish looks great. This was my first time going to this nail salon. The atmosphere is nice, the place is clean but the service I received was basic. I went in for a fill with gel polish and a pedicure. I paid for the $40 pedicure which was supposed to involve callous removal, she felt my heel but didn't do anything. She didn't clean under my toe nails and the polish job done on my nails and my toes was sloppy. She didn't use the brush to clean the polish to give it a clean look. Plus I just filed the rough edges around my nails when I got home. This place was close to my house and thought I would give them a try. My total bill came to $75.00 and I even did a cash tip of $10. The total came to $117, ok cool, that's how much I normally pay at my regular salon. Two days later this is what my nails look like. Very seldom am I please after leaving a nail salon. Today Gina (the owner) did my nails. She took her time making sure to get my nails the exact shape I wanted and then the same with color. Her shop is up to date in decor and cleanliness. She also has more selection on polishes and nail design than I ever seen. I'm a gal who travels and has been in many shops and I have to say this is hands down the best place yet and that's saying alit considering I spend a great deal of time in places like New York, and Las Vegas. I definitely recommend! this is a clean and cute nail salon. i've never had anything other than nail polish on my nails so I was nervous to get the tips but my lady was very polite and kept asking me questions to make sure I was happy with it. I also went with two of my friends and when we asked to sit together, the women got up and moved so we could all be together. considering I have to frame of reference, I might not be the best person to judge the nails but they are strong and cute! They try to take care of multiple clients at one time. They were doing a lady's feet and then tried to leave her to soak and come do my full set. That takes forever! This is my fourth time coming here. They've only given me a great manicure once (Donna). This last time I call before going, ask for Donna, they said she's here, she can do it. I walk in, see Donna, tell the lady at the front I'm here to see Donna twice. Instead they seat me in seat 3 (don't know her name) and she gives me a bum manicure like the last two did. Thick looking gel, mismatch shapes, and she has the nerve to tell me "your finger is crooked not the nail". When she finished she pumped some oil on my fingers and told me to just rub my hands together. Like it wasn't part of my manicure for her to massage my hands. I went to the salon because the salon I normally go to was booked up. When I walked in this salon it was empty. Not even 1 customer. That should've been a red flag. However, I really wanted it my nails done so I decided to stay. All I wanted was a dip manicure. I had a tips on my nails already. I asked them to fix one nail that had broke. Instead of just fixing the one nail they proceed to remove all of my tips from my hands. I didn't know what they were doing until it was too late. Not only did they remove the tips, but she cut my real nails without asking me did I want them shorter. They tried to tell me that you have to get new tips with each dip manicure, but that's not true. Other nail salons do not require you to get a new set of tips with each manicure. That's just dumb. I did not let her do a new full set of tips. I just didn't trust the salon at that point and after they fed me bull. I just got a dip manicure with my regular nails. The manicure looks decent but it's not what I wanted. I wanted my tips and a nice coffin look. I do not recommend the salon. You were better off going to another salon in the area where they actually listen to what the customer wants. read more

When we got here it seemed to be some sort of confusion at the front of the salon with one of the I guess popular workers who wasn't there yet but had people asking for her my friend was one of those people who said she specifically told the girl she would be here at 2, it was just turning 2. An available worker took me to the back of the salon to get started upon suggestion from my friend I asked for the SNS powder I picked blue. I did not get any tips or anything just my natural short nails and I think they turned out pretty nice she was nice also I believe her name was Queen. My service was a bit pricey I mean I've gotten the works for what I paid for just nails & eybrow wax here. I will not go out my way to return here. There is bubbles in every nail, every nail is oddly shaped and ugly, and every SINGLE nail is lifting up and cracking from the corners. It's been one week. I started to go to Arundel Mills Nail & Spa because it was right next to my work so I would pop in during my lunch breaks. I have acrylic nails and have to get fill-ins every 2 weeks and my go to technician is Donna (she sits in the very far back on the left.) She is AMAZING- very detail oriented and is not pushy with other products and services. My lunch breaks are only an hour and I am out within 35 minutes and my nails look great! She is very quick but very good as well. I would highly recommend this place. Also, bring cash for tips and always ask for Donna! Prices are reasonable, $12 for manicure, $15 for fill it, an additional $5 for french, and fixing a broken nail is $3/each. read more

Don't go here!! I paid way too much for two pedicures and two manicures for myself and my daughter. The second I sat down the woman filed the polish off my toes and caused my cuticles to bleed. I was in pain during the whole pedicure. She proceeded to put polish remover on my cuts and burn me. I was very unhappy with the pedicure. We went ahead and did the manicure and she saw my nail was broken and tore it off not cut it, tore it. Then when I asked her to make them shorter she snapped at me that she didn't shape them yet.
