Most recently I stopped by on Monday & Tuesday of this week. The kids & men's stuff is downstairs, then women's stuff upstairs. They've got fair deals on shirts, sweats, hoodies, pants, underwear, and other stuff too. H&M's quality of their materials I like as well. As long as their pricing stays fair, I'll keep coming by.

Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . They also have small appliances, dresses, tiles, and more. I think it's a family run business. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They accepts cards for payment but cash is king here. It said there's a designated spot. I saw a sign but not really a place to line up. S E R V I C E I did wait a bit in line as there wasn't many folks shopping the day I stopped by. It was a weekday. When I finally got to a register, I pulled up the order bar code from the email I received and they found my order and I went out right away. I did have to come back to return my order and again, I went on a weekday and although 3 registers were open, they were all busy with complicated transactions or returns. After I finally get up there to do my return, I didn't have a bar code but they were able to find my order on my account and easily did my return. That part didn't take too long. I don't know why I still come here. Last time I bought something, went to self checkout, and found out the security alarm was still on when I got home, even after I thought someone removed everything. This wasn't the first time it happened at this location. To avoid coming here again, that time I went to a different location to have the alarm taken off and had no issue. I really don't see the point of self checkout at this location as others said. It provides no benefit here and is not that much faster, as you still have to go to another counter to get alarms, security tags and whatever the hell else removed. Plus they want proof of receipt/checking your items here. Today, I figured I'll give it another chance, but when I tried to pay with the cashier to try and avoid any mishaps, the lady says they don't have any bags. I was thinking like what the hell? You're a store, how can you not have bags? I told her I didn't want the item any longer and walked out. This was the last and final straw. Too bad, I'll have to stick with other locations. This location doesn't seem to care about helping customers or doing their job properly.

I walked back to the fitting room and politely reminded her. She said, "Oh yes, I'll open it now." I went back and waited another five minutes, and once again, no one showed up. It was very frustrating because this was an emergency for my child. In the end, we had to leave the store without making our purchase. I understand that restrooms may need to remain locked, but when an employee tells a customer they will open the door, they should follow through--especially when a child urgently needs to use the restroom. I hope customer service improves so other families don't have the same experience.
