The office only covered the cost of one set of replacement lenses, even though the prescription was still incorrect and prisms could have been included from the beginning. When I raised my concerns, their response was: "Maybe Walmart will have cheaper lenses." That was unprofessional and dismissive. I won't be returning.

When I spoke to someone in scheduling the call dropped. I called back and I spoke to Melissa who was absolute 0 help. Because they hadn't entered my info into the system, they couldn't schedule me. Even though they confirmed they received the referral still refused to set me an appointment and the tone in their voices was extremely passive aggressive and had no desire or want to help me. I was told she would put it in her bin for Monday morning. Monday rolls around no call to schedule. I called at 12:45pm to try again, I was again told they hadn't put me in the system, and they would call me to schedule. And that they were booking for August. I didn't get a call back until Tuesday from Addison, she sets me an appointment now in September. I found a different surgeon that specializes in the same Eyelid profession and was greeted on the phone and even though they didn't have a referral they were more than willing to take my information over the phone and set me an appointment for the first week of August and willing to wait for the referral. Caulked this up to him having a bad day. Fast forward to today. I went back in to request a form documenting my eye exam for license renewal. The same young man said since over 6 months they could not do. I pointed out that the date of exam was 12/22/25 so within 6 months. He then said 5 months was limited. When I asked how in 30 seconds this could change he said policy was 4 and 1/2 months. I told they obviously did not want to be bothered so why make up dates. Been to many Lenscrafters over the years but this is by far the worst one for customer service.
