You order at the front counter - there was a very long line during my visit. I think things were held up by the fact that there was a paper menu, and also a digital display board menu (sight lines were poor though) and the menus didn't match! Employees didn't seem sure which menu was "accurate" which slowed down ordering for everyone. Once I'd ordered and selected a table, service was great. They bring your order to the table with the matching number. Bathrooms were clean. They had a separate room for groups to meet. Overall, it's a cool space. Again, it didn't feel like a coffee shop. If you're just popping in for a cup of coffee, it'll probably feel like "too much" but if you want a full breakfast experience, it's perfect.

My daughter ordered a White Sands because they told her it was cake-flavored. She said it was good, but no cake vibes were detected. She also ordered a breakfast sandwich which was filling and hot/fresh, but pretty basic. Would I visit again when I'm in Wylie? Yes! But next time I'll try something that's not on the signature line.

The staff was courteous, fast, and came unprompted and cleared our table when we finished any food item, which is not often the case in my experience. On a Monday between 9:30a & 10a they were busy, but they were very well-staffed and moved fast without rushing anyone, and the line wasn't out the door. There's also a free covered garage right around the corner behind the location, so parking within a block or so of walking distance isn't a problem.

The cream puff was exceptional, super light crust with amazing filling. The Japanese cheesecake wasn't too sweet but had a wonderful texture. Overall this place is a must try if you're in the area!
