I like the fact that they call you even on the 4th of July weekend. When our ac broke down. They reach out and made an appointment to see what the problem was. We had an option to fix maybe the problem or buy a new unit. July 1 we called and 7/10 our new one was installed 1900.00 to fix new one was 7200.00. We went with the new one our unit was already 17 years old and we felt that if it breaks again or it was something else we would have to put more money back into an older unit. The old was was big and now we have more room to walk by. David the owner told us that we will save money on the unit and we should be able to tell the difference. Over the last year we've had a few companies come out to look at our broken AC unit. The cooling problem was never really fixed, and each company recommended new systems because my AC was "end of life". After a recommendation from my AC brand's website, I contacted Aryco for one last try to fix the unit. Their technician, Cody, showed up on a 95 degree LA day and worked on the unit methodically for over an hour, walking outside, inside, basement-- taking pressure measurements, checking filters and ductwork. In the end, he determined it was a faulty condensation pump and our house has been a cool 72degrees ever since. Cody never once pitched a replacement AC unit. Never once told me my system was end of life and not worth fixing. He just worked hard, found the problem, and fixed it (at a reasonable, fair rate). We've used ARYCO in the past to install several mini split systems in our main house and guest house. But in June I asked David to give me a quote to replace the main gas furnace and hvac compressor. We chose a all electric heat pump system and could not be happier with the selection, paired with our solar panels, we should see a low gas bill in the winter. David and crew earned 4 stars for the HVAC instillation in March. Aryco was one of the more reasonable companies for full HVAC install. David was informative and helpful from start to finish. The final inspection was a pain. Took 3 attempts , but that was a city/county issue. Aryco was there to update any problems. My only gripe preventing 5 stars is that my roof leaked from vents installed through my roof. The vent work was a little messy. However, David patched up and repaired the issue. The installers were pleasant and very knowledgeable at their craft. read more

Our HVAC was not working properly. The air was not getting cold cold and when we set the temperature to 75, it would read 84 degrees in the house!and would be so hot in the house.. We called Aryco and David came out and immediately fixed the problem. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable about our system and what was going on with it. It's a lot cooler and we don't need the fans any more. There are few things that he recommended that we are going to get fixed so that we can continue have cold air. Aryco had been servicing our 50+ year old HVAC system, until it quit. We purchased a new Goodman system from them two years ago. It started having an issue about the time I needed to schedule the annual maintenance, so they came out and replaced what they needed to under warranty and all was well. Well, it ended up having the same issue a few more times and then the owner Dave called me to tell me that they contacted Goodman and arranged for a new replacement unit under the warranty for us! That's right, They Called Me!! A very nice but a bit rare of a gesture these days. On installation day, Kevin and Cody came out in the pouring rain, had the defective unit out in a matter of a couple hours and the new unit in, in about the same amount of time. All good and clean work. They even had time to sneak in more than a few hugs from our sweet little pittie Lily! We could not be happier with Aryco and are thankful for the family owned business they are, and that they love what they do. My AC stopped working, no cold air coming out and it just happened to be the hottest week 99 degrees... Called this company, they told me to wait 2 days for their technician to come out. After two grueling hot days, their technician came by with no utility belt, no ladder, and just took a stroll around my house. I told him the issue and he asks if he can access the roof. I told him yes but he needs a ladder. He then tells proceeds to tell me that he does not have a ladder with him and that he will be back with one tomorrow. I asked him how is this even possible for them to come out without a ladder when I put in the call 2 days ago. It's 98 degrees outside and you're telling me to wait another day... So then he proceeds to tell me that he will be back later, worst case scenario next day. As soon as this guy leaves, I get a call from the company with a lady screaming at me at the top of her lungs about how their company has never had a rude customer like me, that I was to suffer the heat because the technician from earlier refuses to come back, and that no other technician from their company want to come to by house because I was so rude... So, don't waste your time and money dealing with this company! BEWARE!!! read more

I had no idea that someone who knew about swamp coolers is in my own town of Monrovia! They fixed my rooftop swamp cooler replacing another that works even better. I decided on a swamp cooler because it does just about the same job as a traditional air compressor air conditioner but for sooooo much less money. Because it runs on a normal 110 power, and involves a fan and pumping tiny water droplets into the air. The only down side is if we have a week long heat wave over 100 it won't cool as good as an air compressor air conditioner, but the trade off on having only $20 a month increase of electrical bill rather than $100s of dollars per month is worth those weeks. But up till now, I thought I had to hire a company way out in Lancaster. Turns out, these guys know evaporative (swamp) coolers! They were professional and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them. read more
