This place is a joke, they did nothing right and deserve 0 stars. I work in the auto industry and was interested in buying an Infiniti with a salvage title. I wanted to know about the repairs that were done in this car, what type of guarantee/certification/warranty's did they offer? I also wanted to take it for a test drive. I thought I had an appointment to test drive this car and was expecting somebody to try to make me feel comfortable with the fact this this vehicle had a salvage title. They must not have been expecting me, because the car I was interested in buying was surrounded by other cars so I wasn't able to take it for a test drive without them moving the other cars that was surrounding this one. I think the person that was attempting to sell me this car had 0 sales experience. I'm over 40, with my wife and looking to buy a used luxury convertible. He says " this is the type of first car I had and I got all the bitches." Don't make customers feel small by bragging about being spoiled, do you think me and my wife are trying to pick up bitches? Anyway, I looked at the car which was damaged on every panel, while he opened up the top right into the car behind it, and kept asking me "are you financing". No, I'm not doing $#!*, you are wasting my time! Without any effort to move the other cars, the guy explained to me that the owner gives them a hard time letting people test drive the cars because technically they're not insured! What type of business are you running?! We went inside and then some sales person tried to explain to me the difference between a "rebuilt" title and a " salvage" title, even though in insurance, we used these terms interchangeably. Believe the terrible reviews!!!! Save yourself time and money, go anywhere else to buy a car. We bought a Range Rover Evoquee from here, and the complete buying process and the actual car was a nightmare. I read the reviews while sitting there and was on the fence, I really should have listened! We spent 8 hours AT this rundown dealership to overpay for a car that there is NO WAY they actual do a work up on at all. They barely even detail the cars. They told us the reason the car fax didn't show a lot of work done in the car was because the owner did it all on his own and was really meticulous and careful, he just didn't log what he did. how gullible are we?!? Please know this is a HUGE red flag! Within two weeks the car was stalling while driving, the scratch plate beneath the engine was black and showed signs of oil leaks, cabin air filter was BLACK. It's $15 to replace, they couldn't even check that? What a pathetic dealership. We tried contacting the dealership tons of time and they blew us off over and over again. Also, we paid for the brunt of the car in cash and had to put $8k on a debit card and they literally tried to make us pay an extra 3% to cover their credit card fees!...THEIR business expenses. One of the used luxury car dealers I checked out in Lodi, NJ and I enjoyed my time there. I went to look at a 2013 Maserati I found online and when I walked up to the lot, I was greeted by Jonathan. Cool guy, young, passionate about his job and very knowledgeable in his craft. He took the time to walk me through the exterior and interior of the car. The battery of the car was dead from being out in the lot for so long, so I had to wait to get it jump started. The car was about 6/10 in condition. Front grill ring was broken, few dents and scratches around the exterior, and scuffed up leather inside. Car Facts do show a positive service record and it supposedly has been properly taken care of, though I couldn't verify since I couldn't test drive it without making a deal. Understandable because the dealer didn't want to rack up additional mileage just off test drives. The day ended with the dealer offering a price and with my counter offer. My counter offer was based on a fair assessment in my opinion which was age of the car, condition for exterior & interior. Jonathan said he would talk to his boss during the holidays and reach back out to me. Few days passed and I called him because I was genuinely interested in the car. I got the response that he still needed to discuss my offer with his boss. About 2 weeks has passed since my encounter with Jonathan and I've yet to get a response. I can only assume silence because no deal, but I would've appreciated a courtesy call back letting me know they were interested or declining the offer that way maybe I can work with them. Probably one of the worst places you can buy a car. Partly it was my fault for buying the car unseen but I was assured the car is in great overall condition. When I get there, I was greeted by Philip, who I thought was very nice and easy going. I took the car home and noticed a lot of small issues, which I raised it to Philip. They completely ignored me for 4 days till I threatened them to return the car back under the NJ Lemon law. There was a major knock in the engine and car wouldn't start. I had to have the car towed to a local shop in Boston only to find A LOT OF ISSUES! The car needed a new battery, EGR Valve, all new shocks/struts, ball joints, bushings, rotors/pads... this is just to name a few. I brought this all up to Philip and he shrugged it off like "sorry these are maintenance items". I got my bank involved as they were not happy with this and told them the car will be being returned but they made promises to fix the issues. After my shop sent them the quote, they will only pay for the EGR Valve and everything else is on me. I urge everyone to stay away from this dealer. They are all nice and accommodating till you drive off the lot. I can't imagine how shitty their more expensive cars are at this point. This place sucks I would not recommend to buy a car from them every car they have is lemon

Upon initial contact, received a text message from there after hours support team but never received an actual call from the sales person. I texted back the following evening but was advised someone will get back to me. Third day I called the main number and someone answered right away, worked with Amin and came into their office to see the Infiniti FX50s two weeks later but they could not find the keys for a test drive.... I inspected the car and appears there was damage to the car, rear bumper was miss aligned yet the dealer maintained no accident even on car fax. I walked away from the deal but was just passing through carfax website and there it was, accident reported by second owner rear bumper. This is just not an honest group of folks and they care if you know it. Car was advertised for 16k and they want an addition 3k so for 19k plan to rip you off. Dont walk away...RUN! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time drove 2 hours called before hand and did not have the car ready waited over an hour to test drive then when I was ready to purchase the manager tried to charge me over $3k over the list price. Not god business to lie to customers waste their time then try to rape them with price at the last minute. The car has been siting in a storage lot for 170 days and I can see why. No transparency no customer service no honesty. Nice people bad business save yourself some time and go to a legitimate business that does not play those games. Bought 3 cars in the last year and never ran into that while the manager at Asal motors said it was standard to charge an extra 30% of a list price. Today my boyfriend and I traveled 2 1/2 hours to Asal motors. Sales person who greeted us was very nice. He spent a lot of time with us trying to find us exactly what we wanted for our newly 16 year old daughter. We told him our price range was around $10k. He showed us a real POS, BMW X3 with 111k miles. Not a single upgrade, bottom of the line junk. Told us "out the door $10k". While my boyfriend test drove this car, I Kelley blue booked the suv value at $6k. We get out of the car and I tell him how unimpressed I was. The sales person really tried to satisfy what we wanted and were looking for. So he then told us about an Audi Q5 that he had at another lot. We looked at it online and really liked it. It was $3k more than what we originally wanted to spend. But had everything we were hoping for at $13k. I joked around and said "you can make that $13k $10k, right?" And he responded with "Don't worry, we'll give you a good deal". We waited almost an hour for them to bring the Audi from the other lot over to us. We talked about other cars he had on the lot along with prices. I must have said 50x's that $10k was our limit. But for a nicer newer car with all the bells and whistles we can maybe make $13k happen.... the Audi comes, we test drive it and love it. Go back inside to sign the papers and he asks for all of our info. THEY RUN MY CREDIT and give us a payment of $320 a month.... I quickly look at my boyfriend and say those numbers don't add up. He does the calculations on his phone and at $13k (we had already agreed to pay tax, title and tags out of pocket), the monthly payment should be about $240. I ask for a break down of the numbers and THATS WHEN HE TELLS US THERE IS A $1600 dealer fee and $999 inspection fee..... say what?!?!?! So now our $13k is at $16k!!!! We walked in there specifically saying $10k was our budget and you tried to throw in some BS hidden fees without telling us. Not on my watch. These people are thieves!!! Run people and run fast. Unless you're desperate and don't mind paying over the cars value for their hidden fees......this place should be shut down. read more

My experience started out ok, I purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord. My salesmen Anthony assured me he would do his best to get me approved in a car and they did, him and his manager I believe David...however, when it was time to get to signing they were requesting I put down additional money, but would let me in 2 payment. I agreed, i really needed a car. I signed and held up my end of the deal. After, they never called me for my plates and my temps were expired. Finally, Anthony requested I go to their other office, but warned me there was an issue. My account showed open for the additional deposit, and they weren't willing to give me plates until I paid them. I panicked, b/c i just cleaned out my car, and misplaced the receipts for my deposit. When I went to the dealer, the manager, was extremely rude. At first he refused my plates, saying I owed them money! Anthony, was no where to be found to back me up,even though he seen me pay it....twice! Finally he released my tags, but threatened my acct would remain open unless I gave receipts b/c they had no proof of me giving them the money. When I asked why, that was my responsibility and where was the manager I gave it to. I was informed he was F I R E D and there was no record of my additional deposit. I went home and found the receipts, and faxed them to them. I got no apology whats so ever, instead, they requested I give them a "good" review. So here it is! Alot of the reviews up here and on google are FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE. Make sure to have your car inspected, don't just trust them, keep all your paperwork, or better yet, go somewhere else! And i dare them to reply to this review saying im lieing, b/c i have email and text proof! I told Anthony, in 6 months, I would come back to him to trade in, and I had every intention, but unless hes working for someone else, I find that part of the bargain hard to hold up! read more
