The fact that service area closes at 5pm sucks but my experience with the Bellavia service department correcting problems covered by the extended warranty that they sell has been stellar! James was great with explaining the process and the repairs needed. NO ONE tried to up sell me a service I did not need on any of my service visits. I repeat NO ONE. When was the last time you took your car anywhere for servicing where some one did not try to up sell you something additional? So in my opinion if you need to buy car that you plan on holding on to until it's not worth repairing buy it from Bellavia and don't forget to buy their extended warranty.l because they stand by it. Yes you might need to wait for an appointment but it is so worth it. James N told me he was just doing his job when he called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. James was awesome! Also a big shout out to the mechanic who worked on my car for getting it done in a day! Thank you

They are not even giving me a loaner car because they say they don't have any cars available. It's a 2022 90K top-of-the-line Tahoe, and these guys crashed it. I would go somewhere else with your car. Update: Bellavia won't state how the incident happened, basically because they know their technician drove carelessly. They also stated they would fix the car according to their insurance requirements, not to how the car was when it was brought into the dealer. See attached. After i finally got a loaner car, Bellavia even took the car back early before my car was actually done. Technician: Kirill Sokolov Service Manager: Kenny Boyd Manager: Kevin Holdorf

After a brutal experience at another dealer, my husband and I came to Garden State Honda hoping to lease an HRV. We were introduced to CJ, who helped us weigh our options and ultimately helped us decide that our best bet was to go with the mid-tier model -- the EX. We gave CJ a price we wanted to be at, and he was able to get us there without any issues. He explained what was happening every step of the way, and was patient whenever we had questions or concerns. A few days later, we came back and signed all the paperwork and left with our brand new car. I was pleased to find that when we signed everything, there were no hidden fees. Everything was JUST as CJ described. TL;DR If you're in the market for a new car, I HIGHLY recommend Garden State Honda for their excellent service and knowledge of cars!

How does a dealership not have the key to a car they're trying to sell? I left feeling like I wasn't taken seriously as a customer, possibly because of the way I was dressed. A good salesperson shouldn't judge someone based on their appearance. After leaving, I went to Paul Miller Honda and purchased a brand-new car that same day. Guess what? They had the key to every vehicle I wanted to look inside, and they treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. I would never recommend this dealership, and I won't be returning. Train your sales staff to treat every person who walks through the door with respect and professionalism. You never know who's ready to buy.

I was a loyal customer of Quality Auto Mall in East Rutherford, NJ, for nearly 15 years. During…read morethat time, I leased multiple vehicles and also financed cars through them. I truly believed my loyalty would matter. I was wrong. When I recently decided to finance a brand-new vehicle instead of leasing, I was offered an outrageously high monthly payment. Rather than trying to help, the salesperson, Danny, seemed interested only in maximizing the dealership's profit. Every time I asked about vehicle features, his response was dismissive: "Do you even use that?" or "Nobody uses that anymore." That's not how you treat a loyal customer. To make matters worse, after returning my lease, I received a bill for a minor hood scratch and light wheel scuffs--normal wear that can happen from everyday driving. Yet I was charged anyway. In the past, I was also given demo vehicles with thousands of miles, and one had even been involved in an accident before I received it. I have photos documenting that. I cannot speak for every employee, and I always had good experiences with the service department. However, my experience with Danny and sales manager Timothy was extremely disappointing. I felt taken advantage of instead of appreciated. My advice is simple: shop around. Don't assume one dealership has the best deal. Compare prices, negotiate, and don't let anyone pressure you into a payment you're not comfortable with. After leaving Quality Auto Mall, I found another dealership that treated me with respect and got me the vehicle I wanted at the payment I was looking for. Loyalty should be earned and appreciated--not exploited.

Advanced Automotives is not a big shop. It doesn't offer a big waiting room with nice amenities or free coffee. It isn't fancy or impressive to look at but it is owned by a guy who is an old school grease monkey who loves cars, trucks and tools. Kevin clearly loves what he does and takes pride in it. He has become a family friend and he has a loyal local following because he is the real deal. He knows his stuff and will happily answer your questions. If he doesn't handle what you need done he knows just who you need to see. A referral from Kevin to another business is solid. He has never steered us wrong. I feel cheated, fooled, scammed, or anything els you want to call it after losing 15k$ just because I didn't do enough research about this untrusted dealership, Don't be fooled like me with their reviews Online. First I got an Audi Q7 with 86k miles on them for 23k$ with lemon law protect me for 1 month. After only 40 days of purchasing this car, smoke came out from the engine on my way from Connecticut to nyc on the highway, when i called the dealer (owner) and said you sold me a broken car. He basically told me "you can talk all you want on the phone and you won't get anything out of this" straight up direct he scammed me with a piece of shit that i paid a lot for. Of course he knows there's a problem with the car, and he sold it with only one month warranty and the problem happened only 10 days after the warranty ended. I called many lawyers and went around the city trying to get my rights and i couldn't have anything to be on my side. After purchasing used cars for 10 years and having tons of experience, This have been by far my worst experience ever. I went to fix the car at Audi for 1998$ cash cuz the car wouldn't event move, I had to tow it. After healing from this number i paid on top of this car, only 2 month after a bigger problem appeared. The engine burn oil and need an entire new engine for 10,000$. I sold this piece of crap and lost 15,000$ in cash in just 4 month With running only 4K miles on them. AVOID THIS DEALER, not only he didn't help at all or offer anything when the problem happened, but also he was rude with me when i tried to tell him about the broken car. Also the guy who sold me the car his name is Tom Sina, and haven't been any help whatsoever. Of course he stood by the owner side once i had these problems with the car. Make the right choices before you buy a car from there.
