Pros: friendly service, fast Cons: no itemized bill with itemized charges, having to take my car back, not sure if parts are under warranty, no one there that actually worked on my car to answer questions when I picked up my car Will update my review Update***took my car back to this place and it was confirmed that the oil was leaking. I left it to be fixed; a gasket was ordered from what I was told and picked my car up the next day. Not even 48 hours later, my oil indicator comes on and says my oil has fallen below minimum level and to add 1 quart. I'm beyond pissed and upset that I'm not satisfied with this experience. Lesson learned. Friendly people but I will not go back. Update: I decided to take my car back after many conversations my spouse had with Haro. I did speak to him as well. My car hasn't leaked any oil in 2 weeks since taking it back for him to fix. The reason I decided to go back is because he asked for a chance to make things right. He wanted me to be happy and keep me as a customer. I can appreciate his efforts and I am very happy with this end result.

Next, we asked how much is it to plug or patch a flat tire and they couldn't or wouldn't give us a transparent answer. We typically go to NTB because they offer FREE flat tire repair to Veterans, but this was urgent and we thought it wouldn't be expensive right? Initially they couldn't find the nail, but after a awhile I assume they found it, because an hour later I had to walk into the work bay to see what was taking so long and I guess they were done. The waiting area is hotter than a sauna! We found the thermostat and lowered it to 74 it was at 78!!! They have a TV with no remote and it's off, they have old candy in machines, and it's very dirty and unkept. An hour or so later we were charged $30+ dollars for a small nail in our tire! A complete rip off AND they don't offer military discounts. I won't return.

I called multiple times and was told someone would call me back but no one ever did. When I went in person they told me they had ordered the part and were waiting for it to come in. This was a lie as soon after my car was totaled out. When I went to pick up my car they had to jump it to get it running. They didn't tell me this but I saw the jump pack in the guys hand as he left my car running in front of the door. I parked my car to drop off the rental and surprise surprise the battery was dead when I went to start it again. I checked my car over and noticed that several parts were missing including my spare tire. I had to replace the battery and go back for the parts they thought nobody would notice being missing as they didn't expect me to reclaim. They seem to prefer to work with insurance companies so they can get away with minimal work, no accountability, and take parts off of your car. I wouldn't think wanting my car back in the condition I dropped it off in at minimum was a huge ask but for these guys it is. I wouldn't be surprised to find out they intentionally left my car sitting for no reason other than to run up the bill for the insurance company and get the car totaled out so they could take whatever they wanted off of it. Choose someplace else. They are not worth the damage to your car.

I brought my car to another mechanic who told me that my hoses,gasket, thermometer needed to be replaced for a really expensive price. I drove almost an hour to automotive anything because i knew they would give me the honest opinion of what needed to be replaced. They told me only the gasket needed to be replaced and that would fix my coolant problem. They also clarified that my hoses were just fine and not due for a replacement.
