This place was a godsend for me. I've had a rough pregnancy and was in dire need of fluids. I texted the phone number on their website around 9:30pm on a Friday night to ask about scheduling an appointment for the following day. I didn't expect a response that night, but sure enough, the manager texted right back and helped me schedule a morning appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was the only customer there. It was cute, clean, quiet, smelled great and my nurse was SO nice. The IV insertion was super smooth - the nurse got it in my inner elbow on her first try. The only real feedback I have is that the IV fluids made me veeery cold, I wish I'd have known to bring a cozy sweater or blanket. I was in and out in an hour, and the fluids gave me a few days of feeling much better than I'd been feeling. I paid around $150. As a point of reference, a few weeks later I had to go to UCSF's Labor and Delivery ER for another round of fluids. It was an unpleasant 4+ hour ordeal and the bill was around $1700. read more

After being sick for months and never *quite* getting all the way over it all, I convinced my husband to try an immunity recovery IV with me. I didn't know what to expect, but as soon as I walked in I was impressed by the cleanliness and the overall calm vibe. Antonino was very welcoming and thoroughly went over the process and what was in the IV that we each chose. I've had issues in the past with IVs in emergency settings, so I wasn't sure how this time was going to go, but Antonio was flawless! There was no pain, and no issues like I've had in the past. We relaxed in comfy chairs for just over 30 minutes and then we were on our way! I'm really hoping this will help get our immune systems back on track after a rough couple of months. If you don't want to do your job then quit. Are you coming to the appointment or not yes or no it's a very simple situation. Why book an appointment if you're not going to show up. I had been feeling unwell for about a week, unable to keep down fluids or food. A friend suggested getting an IV drip. I was very skeptical and put it off, especially since I did not feel well enough to drive anywhere. Luckily, I googled upon the right place! Nurse Holly showed up to my house, promptly at the appt time, painlessly placed an iv with fluids and vitamins and I sat comfortably with a blanket for about 20 minutes until done. I cannot tell you how much better I felt after the IV. The next morning I was literally back to 100 percent. I am going to make this a regular part of my self-care routine. I do not recommend this business. My story: I have long COVID, and get infusions regularly from another Bay Area provider at their center, who I'm very happy with. I was hoping to make the in-home ones from ASAP a part of my regimen. The technicians who came the two times I had in-home IVs from ASAP were friendly and gentle. I do believe the IVs can be helpful for hydration and recovery. However, ASAP had a payment processing failure (Square) and fielding the repeated texts from the director was a lousy, stressful experience for me. I bent over backwards to get them their payment -- including letting them run info for three separate credit cards, which generated $525 in pending charges; calling my bank at Minh's request to ask the bank to cancel the pending charges; checking my billing statement for all 3 cards repeatedly to see if the extra charges would drop off. I did not get an apology for the inconvenience, nor accepting of responsibility, nor any interest in retaining me as a client. Instead I was met with blame and condescension, as if it were somehow my fault their device failed, with repeated requests that I give her a cash payment despite the hundreds of dollars in pending charges. At the advice of my bank, I did not pay cash until the charges fell off. She then said she did *me* the favor by not "pressing" for immediate cash payment rather. Side note: she did press, saying I should pay cash and later dispute the extra charges with my bank. Oh gee, thanks! Another stressful task for me to do while trying to recover. A skilled manager who cares about retaining clients would have handled this differently. How about "I'm so sorry Square failed. I am confident that all the pending charges you are seeing will fall off, but I can understand it's scary to see them now, especially when it's three times as much. I don't want to make this inconvenient for you. How about we set up another infusion for next week; you can pre-pay for that one, and when the technician comes, the pending charges will either have gone through or dropped off. If they dropped off, you can pay us then, and if they went through we will refund you, or apply it to new treatments. Here's a coupon code for $25 off the next treatment. Want to set that up now?" BING! You'd be getting a repeat and loyal customer, probably $350 a month instead of just that one payment. And I'm extra super bummed, because the technicians were nice and the service was convenient. But sadly, to pay and schedule, I'd have to deal with Minh, who clearly doesn't want my business, and with whom I'd prefer not to do business with again. Oh well. We clearly do not see eye to eye on this matter. A very upsetting experience, especially for a company that is supposed to focus on healing. read more
