Super easy to make appointment. Minh was awesome in scheduling me and explaining the whole process to me. The NAD package is the cheapest in the tri valley area, probably even in the bay. Came here on a Monday, place was clean and spacious, lots of chairs. Even a conference table this would be great for work and IV at the same time. Nurse Michelle was nice and funny. We've had great experiences here overall, especially with the nursing staff, who have always been kind and professional. However, there was one unfortunate incident during a hydration appointment when my mom experienced some bleeding. She felt some pain during the visit but didn't realize she was bleeding until we got home. We called to report it, not to place blame, but just to inform the staff and request to work with a different nurse moving forward. The nurse in question was very kind; we just felt another technique might work better for my mom. The supervisor advised us to call ahead next time to request a different nurse, which we did. But when we followed her instructions and called to schedule, we were met with immediate hostility. The supervisor was extremely rude, talked over us, and didn't allow us to explain or even finish our sentences. It felt like we were being scolded for doing exactly what she had previously told us to do. Again, the nurses themselves have been wonderful, we've had no issues with their professionalism or care. We just hoped for a bit more understanding and respect from management when trying to advocate for my mom's comfort and safety. read more

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Today, on March 27th, 2023 at 3:00 PM, I came to this clinic in Pleasanton to get IV vitamins. Look at what they did to my hand! When I noticed that my hand was swelling, I called the nurse, whose name is Diana(she was the only nurse in the building). She said, 'Sorry, all the vitamins went through your hand, not through the vein.' Seriously?! Isn't it her job to make sure everything goes correctly? Before injecting my hand, she put on gloves and immediately took out her dirty phone. I asked her to change the gloves immediately. As someone who works in healthcare, it is unacceptable not to follow infection control policies. read more

After trying and failing to get an Iron infusion for my daughter through our health plan (due to her persistent, extremely low iron levels) I found out about ASAP IVs. Thankfully I was able to book an immediate appointment for the Iron IV. Since I was sitting with her I decided to try the ASAP Works which is a killer blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and an anti-inflammatory. Our Nurse, who was an RN, was so helpful setting this up for me last-minute and also let us know that we could use our HSA for payment. I came here for an IV expecting professional service, but I was shocked by the forced tipping policy. The IV itself was already expensive. I don't mind tipping well in restaurants, but for a medical-type service, this felt completely inappropriate. If tipping was optional, that would be one thing--but they hand you a screen with preset high-tip amounts and make it seem like you have no choice. It felt more like a money grab than a true wellness service. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're considering this place, be prepared for hidden fees and pressure to tip big. I won't be coming back. ---- I recently visited your establishment and found the owner's aggressive response to be inappropriate. I am unsure where the owner obtained the information that I was there in 2022, as that is incorrect. During my visit, there was only one nurse attending to approximately seven patients. She appeared overwhelmed and was rushing the IV administration by applying pressure to the bag. Additionally, regarding tipping, my sister owns a medspa, tipping healthcare providers is not permitted. She compensates her staff well, making gratuities unnecessary. read more

I came here post-surgery for an added healing boost. 5 stars - I appreciated a call from the owner? manager? about their offerings. Another company just texted me to pick from their menu, which wasn't helpful at all. 1 star - Since this is somewhat of a medical procedure I was caught off guard when the machine prompted me to pay a tip. Since my infusion was $300 and I normally pay 20% I ended up giving a $60 tip I didn't intend. That's on me and not that big of a deal but I felt it was unprofessional. 5 stars - The nurse was great - very friendly and was a "real" nurse with a lot of experience. 3 stars - I guess the positive to this element of the review is that there was no hard sell but since it's a pseudo medical procedure and my first time ever a follow-up would have been great, especially since I had brain fog for 2 days after and tried to google to figure out which ingredient of the infusion cocktail might have caused it. I came for my first IV infusion and was a little nervous - the nurse did not put me at ease. When I get labs, competent nurses have never had trouble finding a vein, but the nurse at ASAP IV stabbed me multiple times in each arm because she didn't seem to have any real experience doing IV infusions. I left with black and blue bruises on both of my arms and feeling incredibly worn out from all the pain. I will never go back to ASAP IV. read more
