Rob was everything you have read on Yelp! He was honest, professional, quick to respond and most of all efficient! I called him Saturday morning to handle a wasp issue around my eaves and he came out Monday morning. I was surprised that he was working on Labor Day and I respect that. It says a lot about a person when he takes his own business seriously enough to work on a holiday. He is also a man of his word. What he quoted me over the phone was what he charged even when he found extra wasp nests! No gimmicks. Great service for the price! I totally will use him again. Wow, we had a major problem with bees in our kitchen vent coming into our house and had a different company come out to help us. The first company was not of any help and didn't check anything. I decided to have Rob come out and he was very thorough and not only checked and found a hive and removed it but also replaced our exterior vent to prevent future entry and also helped check the inside as well. His prices are very reasonable and he even adjusted our price down without us even asking him to! Super nice, professional, and answered all our questions. Rob is an absolute life saver. Super punctual, responds immediately, and completes work with no issues. His prices are the best you'll find. We called around to 3 other bees companies and also had a bee company service our home twice last year. Bees never left. Needless to say, those other companies were not on our side. The one company we used us charged us a high price just for spraying. Rob was precise in resolving our bee issue by taking out the hive completely and airing out the space before insulating and sealing the area. There's no bs and no salesman vibe. Our property had a wasp (mud dauber) issue, which Rob quickly identified and remedied using sprays. Compared to the other company that found only one wasp infestation, Rob was more detail oriented and identified additional problem areas that needed to be fixed (which he did). We discovered bees making honey in a desk drawer on our back patio! Of course that means a queen was present. We knew we couldn't take care of that ourselves so we called Rob. He has been to our house in the past. He arrived within a couple of hours. He did a great job of gently removing the bees and the hive. The bees are transported to a farm where they will pollinate almond trees. He is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. He is also very reasonably priced. read more

I am impressed with Ron's quality of work. I had some bees inside my wall and I tried everything to get rid of them. After months of frustration, I called Ron and he was great. He made a small opening in the wall and removed the hive. He then patched up the hole. I will need to repaint the area but I am so impressed with his work. If you have bees in the wall, just call Ron. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration. His prices are great and I highly recommend him read more

Very good service. Good price. I had good size hive in my garage eave. He was able to remove honey comb and bees that had been there for a long time (months). Hive was in bad condition and not able to save. Due to recent heat it was melting and dripping down side of garage (look at posted video). He had to cut into wood, but did repair work himself. A few months back I discovered a bee problem in my built in bbq area. I called a few places to help me get rid of the bees but deal with flaky Bee Keepers that would not show up or just wouldn't answer phone calls or texts. Got so desperate because of the safety of my family that attempted every youtube remedy there is which none worked and got stung in the face by a bee instead. Found Rob's contact information on yelp and read all the great reviews. I was not surprised as the other places I called also had good reviews (probably from friends or family members lol). Rob took my call early in the morning on Saturday which was raining. Two hours later he shows up and takes care of my problem. Not only was he very professional but extremely considerate with my situation and sympathetic. His price was significantly lower than the other guys that wouldn't return my calls which at this point price wasn't an issue. All I can say is that Rob did a great job and solved my bee issue. Rob is just a nice and honest guy. Other companies have quoted me 5-10 times his cost on the phone. Rob even reduced his price from his original quote on the phone although he had to come back twice. I wish more people like Rob existed in this world. Rob is the most honest, affordable, and responsible business owner I have worked with! He had to come back twice to remove the bees safely. June 20, 2019 We notice a few bees in our patio and I was looking for someone to remove or exterminate them. I am a true believer in "YELP" and I am not just a customer I am a member....lol! Called Rob in the morning, and he arrived 4 hours later to remove a bee swarm that has been occupying our backyard for two weeks. Rob removed it in 5 minutes (in a bucket for bee relocation) and sprayed the bush to deter the bees from returning. He quoted a great price on the phone but ended up charging us only half of it because, he said, it was a small outdoor swarm, not a hive. Overall, Rob offers excellent communication, great and fast service, best prices in the county (according to my 2 hour long research of local bee removers), hence I highly recommend this business. read more

This involved some drilling and injecting in areas near the perimeter of the foundation. About 1 year after treatment we saw some new subterranean termite activity. We called pal pest pro and they came out under warranty and reassessed the situation. We did some spot treatment but had some discussions about how we thought the problem may be deeper than anticipated. We decided to remove some of our LVP to investigate and we discovered some massive termite activity in our original hardwood flooring that was below the vinyl planks. We decided to remove all of our hardwood flooring and get the areas treated. It was a painful process but our termite team really helped make the treatment part easier. It's been a few months and we haven't seen any new activity. Only time will tell but I feel like we got to the root of the problem! I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They care about solving the problems and will honor their warranty in the event of any future issues. There is another carpenter Eric who worked one day with Adrian who also did a good job. The tenting was done and scheduled accordingly. We also had Daniel come in and perform the bora care treatment professionally. There were some hassles in between including the underestimation of number of days that were needed for wood repair. Scheduling issues that 5 days of repair work got scattered into 4 weeks. The first day one carpenter put a dent on my brand new AC unit when he hammered down the fascia board. Also one section of the wood support was not done right, more than 2 rafter tails in a row got cut the roof eave so it was sagging and caused us a panic. They sent their manager to address our concerns and assure that it was corrected and that the correct work would be done. The carpenters fixed the previous mistakes and did great work in the end. So overall not a smooth experience yet I am willing to give it 5 stars because they did honor the original quote, and ended up doing more wood repair than originally quoted as it was discovered during the process. Thus going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work despite the initial issues.
