This is highly convenient for me because I don't feel like driving my car with a busted window and glass falling as I'm driving. Also, the price is very reasonable which is the most important part lol. Asad came right on time and got to work immediately on my car. He was able to remove all the glass shrapnels wedged in between the car door, replace the window and vacuum all of the glass shrapnels in less time than it takes for me to carry two 10 gallon water jugs to my apt that have been sitting in the car trunk for weeks. It's not every day you get to see a master of their craft work. Vehicle: 2019 Subaru Forester with EyeSight. Called in on a Sunday morning as I needed to address this crack (attached picture) before driving around in bad weather. I was worried about EyeSight recalibration as well. Dealership? Closed. Safelite? Closed. Asad? Open. No BS, quick and clean job, even had EyeSight recalibrated for ADAS capabilities with no codes thrown after as well. If you've got just a windshield replacement with no other work needed (camera calibrations for ACC/lane keep, etc), you'll be back on the road in an hour of him popping the hood of your car. If you need calibrations done, will be a bit longer (1.5hr - 2hr minimum), but your car will be in great hands. 10/10 will be suggesting this shop every time. He even let me watch while he worked and explained each step and tool used (partly my curiosity in the process, mostly my concern about the cameras). read more

Main problem was lack of communication when trying to bill my car insurance. The owner sent me a digital receipt via Clover, bit the receipt was not itemized. My insurance told me it needed to be itemized for me to be reimbursed. The shop owner kept being dodgey about emailing me an itemized one whenever I called to inquire. After a few days of this, he simply began ignoring me. Smaller issues include: - I was called to pick up my car even though it was not ready. When I arrived, the hood of the car was open, tools were strewn about - inside and out - the only employee present was doing prayers on a carpet. He ignored me for several minutes even though I clearly stated my presence and asked if my car was finished. - After finally finishing the job while I stood there, wasting my time, he had left tools and other dirty equipment in the passenger seat, which he only collected after I prompted him to. - They charged me $50 more than what I was originally quoted. I am only now realizing while writing this that the owner had asked me how much my insurance deductible was. Guess what. $50. - They asked me for my VIN as well. When I asked why they needed that, they told me it was for billing my insurance. I'm dreading the possibility of what they could do with that info, knowing the VIN had nothing to do with insurance. - The rearview window is loose, post service. read more

My two front windows on my Chevy needed some tinting, my vehicle had factory tint on the back. Atifi did a great job at matching the front window tints to my cars factory tint. Contacted Asad through Yelp for a quote to replace my windshield on a 2011 genesis coupe, due to a large crack across the passenger side. Was immediately offered flexible appointments to fit my schedule. Upon bringing it in, Max at the front desk checked me in for my appt. and let us know they would start as soon as their current vehicle in the shop was completed. We went to grab lunch and in about an hour, he texted me that it was finished. Looks great and just like oem! Very friendly and professional service from start to finish. Only critique I have is I wished they had wiped their shoe prints off of the driver and passenger window frames. Small gesture but it goes a long way. Came in on a Tue morning, assuming it was perfect time or their not busy, 2 people there, nice gentlemen, they both greet you & make you feel welcomed, hang out for a while cause it'll probably take an hour or so to get a Whole Windshield replaced. But I have my coffee & netflix ready to go & I forgot my phone charger sooo...that was a No Bueno for me! the downside is I've been waiting for 2 PLUS HOURS no other customers came while I've been waiting. I needed a windshield replaced on a van and called several auto glass shops in Fremont. Some required appointment and quoted a very abnormal price and some did not have the windshield in stock. I called ASF and received a very reasonable quote. Unfortunately my car battery also died and explained ASF that I need help with jump start to bring my van to the shop. He called after few minutes and informed he would be dispatching a technician to jump start the van . This was beyond my expectation! If I could give negative stars I would. Changed my windshield here for my Tesla model Y and they did such a shotty job. The housing for my FSD fell apart within an hour of installation and the auto drive ceased to work after. I called them back and told them the problem and they said they would fix the problem and asked me to come to their shop. When I got there, they were 2.5 hours late. Not only were they not able to fix the problem, they caused an even bigger issue. They broke the hardware which houses the auto drive control unit and tried to mask whatever they broke with super glue. Meaning now I have to change the whole unit or else the FSD doesn't work. Not to mention they got super glue all over my dashboard (still there today). I complained to the manager and he assured me he would redo the work and give me OEM windshield free of charge. Then proceeded to dodge all my calls lol. So here I am 3 months after, paid for a $1k windshield and another $2.2k of repairs at Tesla to fix my FSD and housing. Word of advice, just go straight to Tesla if you need to change your windshield. It would've cost me $1.1k without the headache. Stay away from these guys. read more
