Very professional and quality installer, they came to my location on time and replaced the glass in less than an hour. They offered two options for the glass, a standard quality and better quality (which happened to be the same glass manufacturer as the original (PGW) for a little more). They provided me with important post installation instructions to allow the adhesive to fully cure and ensure a good seal. It was an easy and painless experience, unlike trying to get it fixed through SafeLite and insurance. They wanted me to pay my deductible AND the difference for OEM. I was hesitant to get an aftermarket windshield since I've had one installed in my last vehicle and it looked like the color was off, was thin and had wavy unsmooth glass. It also didn't last as long as the original. The glass Universal installed is top quality. I pretty much ended up with what I wanted (OEM quality) with these guys for sooo much less. Very impressed and definitely not disappointed. I have to admit - I was going to go with Safelite since they're a more trustworthy and established name; but their quote also reflected that. After doing a little more research I'd found Universal (through Yelp), made the call, received a quote and two days later my window was fixed. Why two days later? Well, my windshield was busted on a weekend and TODAY (Monday) was their earliest availability. However, their quote was half of what Safelite provided so I gave into the price. Why not? I had just picked up a project 2010 Camaro and was shopping around for new glass. Swapping out the front windshield, which was cracked, was a low priority of mine since I needed to get the actual car running. Nevertheless, I got about 7 quotes and Joel's pricing was so reasonably low that I decided to go with him and Universal Auto Glass, since I didn't think I could get a deal as good. He arrived on time, himself and a helper, and they removed the cracked glass, brought a brand new glass, and installed it.
