Got the work done on the same day I called. Wow service is great. Don't be scared how it's a warehouse or a small office. But that's how they pass the saving to u. They don't have. A downtown location. But trust me my truck looks like it never happen. Just need to get it tinted to match but clean job and fast. They even cleaned up the glass that was in the door frame and no issues. I know where to call. Even AAA was calling around. The major one with those vans had a 5 week wait for my glass wtf. Somebody broke my driver's side rear window because I left my backpack in the trunk, stupid trunk isn't covered, only light tint, & then I parked too far away from other cars, oops. So it's my fault in a way, but that's not cool to broke someone car window to get my dumb bag. So called the shop, they work Sat which is good. They quoted the price of $239 for this "Quarter Glass" the window above the gas tank, not on the doors, near the trunk. They have mobile service so they can come to your house & fix it! Time quoated was between 11am-1pm. Guy showed up around 12:20pm. It only took him about 20 min to fix it. Broke all the glass out to put in the new one, didn't see all the work, but glue is involved. Well, the price was $239 but not mentioned was sales tax that was $14.76 = total $253.76! Damn! My stupid backpack with a Clipper that can't be used, old bus pass card can't be used, they got a backpack worth about $50 & I get stuck with a $253.76 bill! Charged it! I think they used to have a $10 off Yelp check-in but I forgot to mention it & clinked on it later had old Expiration Date. Bogus. Tips; Don't leave sh*t in trunk that ppl can see, get trunk cover, don't park far from other cars. after installed new window: Get it taped leave on 24-72hrs, keep All Windows UP so window doesn't f-up glue or whatever. read more

I've been using Alpha Auto Glass for my windshield repairs for the past several years now. AAA recommended them to me since the business is part of their network. The staff is friendly and honest. I've had rock chips repaired on my windshield several times. Most recently I had my rear passenger window repaired. They happened to have my window part and in no time I was able to get an appointment and have it repaired. The price was extremely reasonable. I almost used Safelite Auto Glass Service because my friend recommended them to me, but the estimate was almost double for what I paid for at Alpha Auto Glass. Good customer service! read more

We have used Alpha for many years. David is always able to do the job fast and if we can't get factory glass for the job, David handles getting us the glass we need. I sent a message thru their website two days prior but never heard back, so decided to just go in person. My windshield had two cracks about 5 inches going in opposite directions from the center point of impact. The business is not too far from me so came in around 9:30am, got my quote and left vehicle. Called me back around 11:45am to tell me it was already done! New windshield looks better and doesn't have those dots around the rearview mirror area. All the rubber seals look good, and put back like factory. Satisfied overall with their service and quick turnaround. read more

Dear AAG, thank you for being local to me (I was able to walk to you for pick up). But I am truly grateful that you were able to give me a new window quickly. I had my car broken into after I stopped to have dessert after work around 9 pm 8/6. I contacted Safelite through my insurance in the morning 8/7 in which they did a crash wrap to my front passenger window. The earliest appointment to fix was 8/20. I understand they were busy so I agreed. After much thought, I realized my car was an easy target if I drove/parked about. It was my only car. So on 8/8, I proceeded to look around and found AAG on Yelp in which he helped me with information and had a window and time available the same day. I found AAG was also in my insurance's network. I didn't bother calling around to get quotes for my cracked windshield. Why bother when all the reviews to this place is 5 Star. It for good reason. I called for my Accord and it was $200. Reasonable price and he had it in stock and I arranged for next day service. It was pouring so hard but I decided to bring it in anyway. He assured me the glue would be completely dry but I still felt uneasy. He offered to keep it dry and in the garage for 5 hours until I got off work. He even offered to drop me off since I worked across the street. Amazing service and super friendly while being affordable. Will recommend to everyone and have this place as my go to. read more

UPDATE: So within 48hrs of the installation, the tape still in place, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield. It was at the very top where the tint is so I didn't notice it when I drove the car back home. I called Alpha Auto and asked that someone come out and replace it. They said they were overbooked and refused to send someone to fix this issue. Another auto glass shop replaced the cracked windshield (they even gave me a deep discount since they felt bad that this happened to me) and told me that Alpha Auto Glass had used some recycled material to cut corners. ------------------------------------------------------------------- There is a nice guy and a not so nice guy who work here. I didn't get their names, but you can tell them apart from paying attention to their facial expressions and tone of voice. One seems happy and genuinely courteous. The other guy seems annoyed that there are customers to deal with. The nice guy told me over the phone that I can come in the same day and it will only take about 45 minutes. He was nice and I needed my windshield fixed quick so I decided to go with them instead of another business. I drove across the bridge and got there before my appointment time. The not so nice guy tells me that they can only serve me if I left my car with them. I told him that I spoke with someone else earlier and was told it will be done in 45 min. The nice guy comes out and explains that a worker was late and they were swamped with cars to fix. He told me that if I could kill 30 min, they can work on my car and get me out of there in 45 min. So I agreed and waited for them to finish the job. I ended up waiting for 2.5 hours. I learned a lot about turtle habitat from watching tv in their waiting room, but I'm not sure if my newly acquired knowledge was worth the wait. The nice guy was very kind throughout and deserves a 5 star rating, but the not so nice guy stole that from him when he didn't apologize for the delay, didn't want to honor the $10 off yelp offer, and seemed like he was doing me a favor by fixing the windshield. I hope the nice guy is the Alpha of this Auto Glass shop and can do something about customer service so he won't lose businesses. read more

Had to replace a cracked windshield (by freeway rocks). Safelite said they can only schedule me more than 2 weeks out. I searched for another option and found Alpha Auto Glass, who said they have a windshield in stock for my Prius and could do it right away, without even needing an appointment. I drove over from Safelite and got it done within an hour, and for a lower price than Safelite (not that it matters since insurance). Not sure why anyone would use Safelite. read more

Every time I get behind a gravel truck, my teeth grind as I try and get out of its wake, FML. I wonder if gravel companies own these auto glass companies? They might as well, cuz what one company causes, the other one benefits and it all stays in the same family. *just a thought* I used these guys for 2 company vehicles that needed windshield replacement. For two older vehicles, the cost was under $200 ea. Wow, I used to remember paying closer to $300 per but maybe the cost goes down for older models. Being somebody who has no knowledge about cars, I just about flipped out while I was driving to work at 6 am and saw a crack forming on my windshield. By the time I had arrived at work it was 3 inches long, and when I returned to my car at the end of the day it grew to 9 inches. By then I couldn't find anywhere that was open to replace my windshield, but luckily for me I found Alpha Auto Glass through Yelp and called him the next day while at work. He was able to come by my work the same day I had called, and finished the job in less than an hour. He was very professional and did a beautiful job on my windshield. There was just a small fee for him coming to me, but it was well worth it! I bought my brand new Nissan Juke the weekend before Christmas and my rear passenger window got broken into the day after Christmas (while attending a show in Oakland). Alpha installed a windshield 2 years ago that we have had no problems with. However, if I knew then what I know now, I would follow the advice here: http://www.safewindshields.org/ The companies listed on that site are subject to random onsite reviews. I looked into this after watching a news expose about faulty windshield installation. One expert said that more than 3/4 of windshields he examines are incorrectly installed. In an accident, the windshield is a part of the structural safety of your car and needed for your airbags to work. Alpha's website claims a different certification (NGA), but I don't even find them on the NGA member search. Also, this NGA certification is just individual technician certification by an online multiple-choice test. A good thing, but not the same as the AGRSS certification at safewindshields.org. read more

Thievery has broken my rear quarter glass on the SUV. Chiz happens but what matters is what you do afterwards right? It's Sunday.... The first place I called was a major company that said on Yelp they were open but were "not really" open for business -- just taking calls to set up appointments for Wednesday...really? If you're open -- you're open for business not just taking calls. The person said nobody worked on Sundays. Pass... Alpha Auto Glass was the 2nd place I checked (should have been the one and only place I called). I knew they were not open on Sundays but had great reviews. I called at 8:16AM Monday morning and spoke with David. David took my information and set me up for a 9:15AM-9:30AM arrival window for the tech. Leo the tech calls at 9:27AM and lets me know he is outside. I will not bore you with details however Leo starts up at 930 and is leaving at 10:11 for his next job. Cost of job was 2/3 of the price quoted by the Major Company AND better -- Alpha did not charge for the tech coming to the house. The Major Company charged extra. Impressions and experience: - removes the shards and remaining glass with a blade - vacuums up everything that is removed, sweeps the driveway of any glass - checks the fit of the glass on the opening - adds the glue and pushes the glass onto the glue - tapes up the edges and lets me know to take off the tape after 24 hours - glue will dry within 48 hours - keep the windows up and you should be good - lifetime warranty on the seal and the work Leo was efficient, friendly and kept his mind on his work. First of all THANK YOU!! Our van has had a broker windshield for several days. Finally we decided last minute to call some car glass places to get the windshield fixed. I called first thing in the morning spoke with AJ. He has great customer service, helped me find the information for the vehicle (since I was not able to find the registration) and scheduled the appointment for him to come to my home and fix the broken glass. He arrived within the time he said he would. He finished in a timely manner. I was so happy to know my window was fixed, my car was drivable again, and I can pick up my children from school. This place exemplifies customer service. I recently came in to replace my car's windshield. After calling around for multiple quotes, AJ offered me the best price. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things glass. Within a month of my windshield replacement, I got hit by a piece of gravel that fell off of one of those stupid trucks. I've had a large crack in my windshield since the day I bought my car (a 97 accord), and I never got around to fixing it. However, when I get pulled over for it and got off lucky with a warning I decided it was about time to do something about it. I called Alpha Auto Glass at about 8am and spoke with AJ who was polite, helpful, and informative and I set up an appointment between 9am-11am. They arrived at my house promptly at 10:30am, and David (I believe) is currently working on my car as we speak. The service was awesome and their work is done efficiently as far as I can tell.
