Poorly done job on an eyebrow threading....I know it's only $4 but this poor child has only gotten her eyebrows done a handful of times and is traumatized that this was done so horribly with so much unnecessary pain! Definitely won't be returning. I recommend just driving a little farther and going elsewhere because the results every time I come here are inconsistent. Sometimes an older lady does them really well but she isn't always present at the salon :/ really wish this place was decent because this was the closest place for this service. read more

Pretty much everyone here is great at doing eyebrows. Never had an issue and price is great. Asha also has such a light hand i felt no pain

Ladies here are sweet and they thread eyebrows really well. Only concern is, sanitation. They resuse the same "popsicle" stick to apply wax for all customers and the same sponge they use to apply baby powder when waxing. I always ask for clean and new materials beforehand. The only reason why I come here is bc it's less than 5 mins from my house. This place has the worst customer service. On my last visit, I waited around 40 mins for someone to acknowledge me. There was no one in sight when I first walked in. Then several people walked in after me and they were attended to right away. I walked up to the cashier lady bc and told her I needed to wax my underarms and she told another lady so I finally got my turn. I will not be returning here. read more

Was looking out for a eyebrow threading salon in Allen as I just moved in from California. Googled and saw few of them and picked Asha salon. Went there on 13 th October. I am ver happy with service and the price. After doing the threading she applied cream and massaged the area. Very nice staff and service. I am happy I found a good place for my eyebrows threading. Did not even want to give a one star! I'm literally in tears they messed up my eye brows which by the way have a natural beautiful arch just to thick . So now they are round a patch is missing. All they can say is grow it out ! Like I had eye brows when I came in why I'm a leaving with bald patches on eye brows ! They double dip their sticks too which is gross ! DO NOT GO HERE. ESPECIALLY FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THREADING. They do not understand what you want- they will just do whatever they want. WORST EYEBROW TINTING EVER. Asked for them to be lighter and instead they turned out black. Do not recommend to anyone read more

A few months ago I went here for waxing because the prices weren't too bad. Little did I know how unprofessional this place was. 2 people waxed my legs (which is fine I just wasn't used to it). The unprofessionalism is talking a different language while waxing someone and also opening the door while I'm changing even though I yelled "not done yet give me a second please!" (Spoiler alert: the opened the door anyways). Then while getting waxed they left the door open to talk to customers (she was either a friend or a regular). It was just extremely unprofessional and uncalled for to wax someone while leaving the door open and talking to other customers the whole time. Never ever have I went back and I never will. Please reconsider before giving them your money. read more

This is a local business that does threading, waxing, facials, and massages. I've only gotten my eyebrow threading done here and they are decent. The owner is the best one. Some of the other ladies are novices so they are nervous when first learning. The technique for threading and shaping is lacking either due to lack of training or lack of experience, so I went for a few months and saw that my eyebrows were getting skinnier and thinner. So I went back to my old spot Henna's salon in Frisco and the ladies there have more experience. However, the ladies at Asha's are all very friendly and sweet. I tip they $1 anyway (threading is $4) just because of that. I like this location because it is right next to my house so I go here when I haven't had time to fit in eyebrows during the week but only as a last resort. read more

I did not have a good experience at Asha Salon. I needed to get threading done and decided to check this place out, as it is closer to where I live. It was raining (quite heavily) when I arrived, but no one greeted me as I walked in. I waited about 20 minutes for threading, as there was a large group ahead of me. I don't know the name of the girl who did the threading, but she did not have the slightest understanding customer service. I had to greet her and ask what I wanted (eyebrow threading). She began threading, but performed the service very roughly without attention to detail. It was the most painful threading experience I've ever had, and I've been doing this service for over 5 years now. She did not put on baby powder at the beginning, nor did she apply the aloe gel at the end, which is customary for all threading services - to soothe the skin. I did not even have a chance to check the end look, as she quickly flashed the mirror in front of me and proceeded to payment. Overall, I had a terrible experience at Asha Salon, as there is no customer service by the staff. read more

I'm actually so disappointed! I have been getting my eyebrows done at Asha's for the longest time, and they did great! Then on March my sister and I went to get them done again, and those 4 dollars messed up my eyebrows for good. I don't know what they did but all my eyebrows fell off! I haven't touched them since March, nor have I tweezed them. I went to the owner and told her what happened, but she didn't do anything to fix it nor did she care. She was actually very rude about it. It's been over 6 months since then and nothing has been helping. I have used oils, biotin, consultation from pharmacists, went to the doctors, and nothing helped. I think I will have to get it micro bladed at this point because I feel very conscious about having half an eyebrow. I just wish they tried to help fix the problem instead of making me feel like it was my fault. I will definitely never go to them again because that $4 will now cost me $300-500, all because of Asha's unprofessional eyebrow techs. read more

I'm very disgusted and very pissed !! The main manager stated the worker that I'm about to complain about name is Nina I'm not even sure if he gave me a real name but this worker was so rude why I say this is after I got my eyebrows done she decided to do her "regular " after who did not wait in the line !!!!! My best friend was suppose to be after me which wasn't even a big deal but I went ahead and paid with another lady which I left a tip !!! So after I paid I sat down !! My friend went after me to another lady once she was done she paid and we left as we were halfway out the parking lot the lady that did my eyebrows named Nina ran after us and she shouted "you did not pay" !! I stated yes we did and we went back into the salon and I pointed to the lady that I paid it to you they spoke in a different language and the lady that I paid to stated she doesn't remember and she forgot so then the lady that ran outside and stated that we did not pay said it's OK never mind mind you I called 20 minutes later to speak to the manager and he stated he apologized and he will have her call me to apologize for the miscommunication when I spoke to "Nina" he kept making several excuses for her so explaining that her regular customer always comes so that's why she was focused on her customer I stated why are you making so many excuses she then stated it must have been a mistake I do apologize I had a bad customer before you I explained to her you have an a bad customer before me has nothing to do with you coming outside and screaming that I did not pay it was very embarrassing and disrespectful she then stated you're making this more bigger than it is why can't you accept my apology I stated don't tell me what I can and cannot do she then continued to go back-and-forth with me then she hung up the phone I called her back, the manager picked up and stated she has left for the day I said sir it's only been one minute so she hung up and I could hear her in the background screaming in her language he then wanted to meet in person I asked why but I will be meet tomorrow moral of the story don't go to Nina if that's her real name she's rude and she's the heavyset worker !!!!
