Good beer, fantastic food and great atmosphere. Highly recommend the trashcan nachos and this place as a whole.

WHAT A joke ... too bad for such a nice place and could be nice ... bar line 45 people deep...please solve that problem ... snack bar out of food .... No chips for trash can nachos 1on a Saturday night at 5:30 on a holiday weekend ...wait staff short .. which I will give grace too ...ordered short drinks but out of short glasses ... of course as you looked around every empty table was full of dirty dishes ... and after all that went to pay our bar bill tap ... they couldn't find it ... Our waitress Olivia was so friendly and had just the right amount of attentiveness. The food was amazing. And we enjoyed trying their beers. Our favorites were the strawberry raspberry beer and the pretzel bite appetizers. Will definitely go again! read more

Friend and I went on a Thursday night and were definitely "wowed" by the cool layout and atmosphere of the place. Two floors with lots of different places to sit inside and out. We were greeted quickly and since it was our first time here (and it was hot out) we opted for the main first floor dining area. We started with beers (of course!). I had a ABC Hazy IPA and it was absolutely solid with a good kick to it. My friend tried the ABC Kolsch and found it to be fine. Food: the KC BBQ Smash Burger is excellent. I don't think I've had anything like it. Friend had their Salmon Slider. He was surprised it was served cold, but he said it didn't take away from the good flavor. Both dishes very satisfying. We stopped at this gem today! What a great atmosphere, wonderful food, and tons of outdoor games including Pickleball courts. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had the Chizlick and my husband had the Meat pizza which was absolutely delicious. It is very family oriented. They have both indoor and outdoor Pickleball courts which is nice. The place was busy but they still had plenty to do. We played Corn Hole after eating and had a blast. My hubby loves craft beers and I even took a sip and thought it was pretty darn goid. The place is thoughtfully laid out. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. But, food and drink have much to be desired. They only had 4 beers on tap, one of which was out. Of the three remaining that I tried, meh. The beer was kind of flat in flavor, nothing really stood out as good. Same with the food, just kind of bland and not really flavorful. I had the cheeseburger and my wife had the salmon sliders. Like others said, maybe they need time to grow and improve but first impression was not that great. read more

Great concept, poor execution. Hopefully they get it figured out because we would like for a local place to succeed. First round of drinks and appetizer and kids meal came out quickly. They were on a good track. The food was ok. Cocktails were tasty, beer was just ok. They had a shift change and it went downhill quick...well, actually very slow. Took about 15 minutes for us to order second round of drinks. Took about 10 mins for them to come out. Ordered our dinner. Waited about 25 minutes and asked when it would come out. Waitress said she would check on it and let us know. 15 minutes later, a different waitress came and asked us what we wanted to order. Said our waitress asked her to get our order. Very immature staff. We asked for the manager and the owner came about 5 minutes later. Apologized and comped 4 beers but nothing else. We stopped at the Runza had great service. After waiting 45 minutes for a table, we placed our order--appetizers were spot on. But an hour and 15 minutes later, we still hadn't received our food. Meanwhile, the owner was walking around picking up trash, but didn't check on a single table--including ours. It felt like he was disengaged, especially for opening 2 weeks ago--when you'd expect a bit more presence. We really hope they get things smoothed out soon, because there's real potential here. read more

Ashland Brewing Company surpassed all expectations! Our family of 25 hosted a fall reunion here, with some of us traveling from as far as the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and it was the perfect spot for everyone. The venue is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with incredible amenities--indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor bars, and plenty of tables so we could all sit comfortably together. The design and décor were amazing, and the food and service were just as impressive. The kids had an absolute blast and were happily contained in the massive outdoor area with an astroturf yard, which made it easy for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too. Everyone--from kids to adults--was happy, enjoying great food and drinks in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We came together to eat, spend time together, and reconnect as a family, and Ashland Brewing Company delivered on all of it. This place did not disappoint, and we will definitely be returning to enjoy this wonderful brewery restaurant again! read more

This venue is absolutely amazing, and this place could be near perfect. Unfortunately they seem to be working out some kinks. We had a reservation for a party of 8 - when we arrived, the hostess glanced at a tablet, said, "I don't seem to have that here, but the wait is only 40 minutes so I'll add you to the list." When I protested, she told me the "patio is open seating" - since it was 55 degrees and windy, we weren't going to sit outside so she went to get a manager who did manage to get us a table only 10 minutes past our original reservation time. However, once we were seated, we discovered that they were out of 5 entrees on the limited menu they offer to parties of 8 or more. We ended up ordering some appetizers and entrees to share with our drinks, but would have loved to stay longer, have a few more drinks, and experience a full meal. I hope they're able to work out the issues with the online reservation system and to manage/avoid whatever was going on with the kitchen inventory in the future because we really enjoyed the atmosphere. read more

We made a reservation for 7 pm in the inside pickleball court. Nothing was said about the A/C not working. Temperature inside was well over 80 degrees inside. If you advertise inside courts there needs to working A/C. Would have cancelled if they told us prior to starting. Beside the A/C not working the price it to high. Drink selection is not that good and prices are to high. read more

My wife and I met 2 friends from Lincoln here on 7/24/25. Overall, we had a great experience. First, the service was EXCELLENT! Second, the atmosphere was GREAT and they had very ample parking! We arrived right at their 11 am opening time, along with several other people. By the time we left, the place had quite a few people in it, so it's obviously popular. I had their in-house porter, while one of my friends had their lager. My wife had cider. All were very good. We enjoyed the fried cheese curd/cauliflower appetizer. We all had different versions of their fried smash burgers, which were fantastic (I had their fried onion straws with mine which I loved). We also all positively commented on the communal ice water in a unique decanter that they kept filled at our table. I have just a couple of minor suggestions for improvement: 1) Although the cloth napkins are a classy touch, I think they should also have available (or brought to the table) additional paper napkins. 2) I feel condiments should be at the table (ketchup, for example, had to be requested, and then only a small container was furnished, 3) The QR code containing their beer list was not readable by two different smart phones, and since there is no printed list, the waitress had to show us her order tablet so that we could select our beers, 4) I was bumped once with a cart a waitress was wheeling by me (minor, but never good), 5) in my humble opinion, there should be additional menu options (their menu is pretty small), 6) the smash burger descriptions should tell us (without the need for me asking) how many paddies are in them (answer = 2, which our waitress had to ask the chef to get the answer), and how big the burger is overall (e.g. 1/4 lb, 1/3 lb, etc., which she also didn't know and to which I never received an answer), 7) although I didn't try the wings, since the description on the menu is not adequate, the answers my waitress gave me (or lack of same) concerning them persuaded me to go with the smash burger (yes, they come smothered with sauce unless you specify otherwise (sauce can be on the side, but are they charbroiled?, are they deep fat fried?; I don't know), and 8) beers should also be offered in larger glasses (they were served in water glasses, requiring additional beer orders; which is probably by design). read more

We went on July 4th late afternoon, they were busy but we got right in. They had a special menu for the day and we each (4 of us) ordered a different meal, the food arrived within 2 minutes and had obviously been made sometime before and just kept warm. One of our meals came with chips, it arrived within a packet of Jalapeño Chips, the server changed them but brought BBQ, we asked for regular chips, the server had an attitude at having to bring regular chips. They brought us real silverware but the food arrived in small paper trays, potato salad was good but none of our party liked the coleslaw. The beer menu was limited and we ended up ordering the days special cocktails only one of which was very special. Building was very nice and they have corn-holek games and pickle ball courts (inside and out). They have only been open a few weeks so hopefully they will get the food figured out.
