While the items they sell look beautiful. They unfortunately Are of very poor quality! This chair broke in about eight months and a year later I still don't have a replacement. They make a technician come out (2-3 weeks wait time) they declare it damaged and unrepairable yet when I call to follow up (after further waiting) as to where my new chair is they say they ordered parts to fix this chair instead. Long story short I am afraid as it now is a safety concern that someone can fall and get injured so I attempt to escalate to a manager which they will not allow me to speak to or contact personally. Now I wait two business days and hopes a manager gets back to me. WHAT?? That's unhear of! I cannot speak to a manager? Something pretty sketchy going on. Meanwhile the table has chips and visible marks within about two months of purchase. Most definitely not durable high-quality products! I paid for high-quality products that would last... UPDATED 11/21/2020: Purchase date was 9/27/2020 and promised delivery was "end of October, first week of November". I changed rating from 4 stars to 1 and re-did this review. Their promises to deliver fell flat. We STILL do not have our furniture... we've got NOTHING! Delivery dates have been pushed out MONTHS longer than promised (now set for 12/14 and that might change too!). Customer service staff at their main line are worthless and can't do anything to change the situation (unless I wanted to extend delivery date even further out). I emailed the store manager and my email has gone unanswered. I left her a voice message. Nothing. The worst part is I SHOULD HAVE held them to their mis-quote and taken the floor model for the price quoted by sales associate (he screwed up, under-quoted by $600!). Instead I tried to be a decent human, work with manager and look what it got me! NOTHING. Three months out (or more!) when it was promised in 5 weeks! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER (and DON'T EVEN use COVID as an excuse... the phones still work!!!). I am now debating filing in small claims court (after "if/when" I get my furniture) to recover the loss differential from original deal. As I see it they owe me $600 back (what I left on the table when I didn't hold the manager to what her employee committed to). We got a couch delivered. We paid for the full set up and haul away of the garbage. The delivery guys were very professional and fast. It's worth paying the extra for delivery. Now for the second part...the couch doesn't work correctly. Not my idea of being happy with a new purchase. It does look like the frame might be damaged. The sales folks do not share terms and conditions in detail when they offer the protection plan, and it's just a rip of as they won't process the claim since the damage was not reported within 30 days. read more

Grand opening week! Sadly I didn't win the grand prize lol but was greeted by quite a few staff members. All were receptive and friendly. I didn't buy anything today but was slightly tempted to inquire more. Maybe when it quiet down alittle, but there selection was quite large from bed sets, to sofa sets to dining sets even some out door furniture! And had a decent amount of in between stuff like rugs, dinnerware to boot! The prices seem to be decent to fairly inexpensive when compared to normal furniture stores and to me, you can get alittle more peace of mind knowing that this place will be here for awhiles versus a mom and pop owned store. read more

Worst store ever!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I would never recommend anyone to buy any kind of furniture from Ashley's in Dublin. I ordered a bed set that took 6 months to deliver as some parts were not in stock. The delivery then came with broken parts, which had a lead time of few more months. I called customer service multiple times; they would put me on hold for 1-2 hours and then give me different excuses. Everytime I called and gave them my service number, they wouldn't find anything in their system. I had to explain my whole story several times and they gave no solution for it. After calling for several weeks, I decided to drive 45 miles to go talk to the staff at the store. A Caucasian women named Anne/Ann who sits in the front desk was aware of our case as we had talked to her on the phone as well. All she did was pass on remarks and laugh with her colleagues on me. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist. After visiting the store multiple times and dealing with Ann's horrible behavior, I finally talked to the manager of the store who said the part was in stock {though Ann and others told us it was not} and he arranged a service guy for us. After almost 10.5 months we were able to completely furnish our bedroom. Please DO NOT visit this place. The products are low quality, customer service is horrible and staff members are rude. I reported damage to my dresser recently due to an incident where nail polish remover damaged the wood. I went in today, looking for a new chair specifically and had my eye open for cabinet, too. First off, I was yelled at by a guy sitting just inside the front door. I ignored him, because I figured he was just some idiot not associated with the store. I did manage to find a couple of chairs I might like, so I took pictures of the tags and items and decided to come back if I determined they were a good price. Then I was yelled at by the same guy as I neared the front again -- I was going to go back and look at the first item I'd seen. The guy kept on yelling, being harassing, and then I realized a store employee was nearby doing nothing while this a**hole was bothering customers. I switched direction, and went right out the door. I don't care if their stuff is cheap or expensive, good or bad quality -- if your employees don't care if the customers are harassed, you don't deserve my business. If i could give it -1000 stars, I would!!! I barely leave reviews but this one.... I need to write so people will be aware! I am pregnant woman and I got harassed, threatened, mistreated when I was supposed to receive my furniture on the designated day! I took a day off, waited until those guys come and when they came in, I got super scared. They all looked like they got just out of jail (Forensic files main characters). It did not stop there and usually I dont judge book by its cover, but those guys started threatening me that they cant bring furniture inside unless .... Needless to say, I got furniture from Ashley for my master bedroom before and they were able deliver all good to the 2nd floor. In that moment there was no lamp or any other obstacle on their way. Anyway, I said I wont sign anything especially that I am liable for damage (what is this nonsense?!) They told me- they will not deliver it..... and they left..... I am in tears in my house, pregnant, calling customer service. They said- mam, of course, you dont have to sign anything, im sorry about that. Lets us offer you compensation. Next thing happens- they call and offer compensation of $100 gift card!!!! What am I going to get in furniture store for $100? I took day off, im pregnant- i lost my sleep that night, and no furniture delivered btw... its 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered. We were going to buy more stuff from Ashley as recently we decided to buy a new house- guess what.... its not happening and i wont recommend anyone to buy it from them! Im going to file a complaint with city and good that I have a friend attorney who will make it a nightmare for them. Ashley- you have to treat your customers right otherwise you lose them!!! Very disappointing experience with this store. Their store manager advertises about customer satisfaction guarantee but after delivery they don't fulfill it. Will never buy anything from this company in future and advise everyone to stay away. The store manager Chris and sale person advertised Tempurpedic mattress with 90-day return/exchange policy and advised me to wait at least 30 days to get adjusted to the mattress. This was the worst shopping experience of my life. We bought a bed for our son that was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday morning. We planned to stay home for the delivery and assembly but then got a message in the morning that delivery time is changed now (3- 6 pm). We still accommodated but the delivery team knocked at our door at 9 pm. I was still okay with it and asked them to come in and assemble the bed. After opening all the pieces on the floor, they mentioned that one set of screws were missing and another team would come next day to assemble the bed. Look at the picture of how they created a safety hazard on the floor. I went to the store next day and they were clueless. DO NOT trust customer service rep Daphne and store manager Terry. They kept promising that somebody would come but nothing happened for 4 days. My daughter tripped twice because of things scattered on the floor. I kept calling them and even visiting the store daily but no results. It is 7th day today and I am planning to take legal route and file a lawsuit for injury and mental harassment. I was getting text confirmation for other people. The store scrambled to fix it and my delivery date got pushed back. They use third parties for everything so there is no continuity. I had to repeat the situation multiple times. They refunded me the shipping, which was fair. I wasn't going to leave a poor review about Ashley, mistakes happen. Our furniture arrived damaged. When I called they said they would send a "technician" to evaluate the damage and either repair it or exchange it. Repair it???? You sent me damaged items. The manager, Terry, said he would call me back in 20 minutes after I explained the situation. He never called... two days later I called back and he forgot many details about the situation. He apologized for never calling me back and promised that he would give me a call on Monday... it's Wednesday... guess who never called back? She sold us on her great customer service providing her personal cellphone should we need to reach her for any reason and the moment we did need her, because she completely messed up our order, she did not answer. When we went into the store to speak with her about correcting the error she pushed us off to someone else and walked away. We ordered a love seat and opted not to get the $89 delivery warranty. The couch showed up wrapped up perfect. Once I unwrapped it I noticed a giant 10" tear across the back!! The wrapping was perfect and had no rips in it!! Do not buy furniture from these people, I purchased living room furniture and bedroom from them about 2 months ago, after I paid, I asked when it would be delivered and they told me 6 weeks. I understand with the pandemic and the few of supplies being interrupted, I get that. Well 6 weeks later I got the delivery and one of the pieces for the head board did not fit, the delivery people that assembled the furniture took photos and assured me they would get in touch with me to correct the issue, I waited couple of weeks and nobody contacted me. When I contacted they found the communication after a search they found the request and assured me they were going to send me crew to fix the problem. Two weeks later they came and only to discover they did not have the right part, that was almost two weeks ago. Now I called them and they found the parts order and it will ship at the beginning of July. From the time I bought the furniture to the time I can use the bed is going to be all together at least 3 months. The manager A gentleman named Terry was awesome helping. Informative and worked out the best deal available. Turns out their holiday sale was 50% off everything. Got an incredibly beautiful soda delivered yesterday Dec 29,2019 for half off. Paid for delivery and a 5 year warranty that according to Terry covers everything except paws and claws, battery acid, and bleach. So we'll see if in 4 years when I need em how great they are on that. I'll say the delivery guys were polite. Efficient, pleasant, and just all around great. Assembled all that needed assembly. We bought a charcoal sectional at the Dublin Ashley about 2 years ago. Within a few months of getting the sectional one of the entire attached backs came detached and all the stuffing started falling out. Also, lots of the fabric start to come loose. Horribly made sectional... we have the 5 year warranty from the company they use (which we refused to get, but they insisted and took $100 from soda price and put it towards the warranty. They wanted us to get the warranty). I've called over 6x and filed online claims and not one person has ever answered the phone or responded to my online claims. It's been over a year and nothing from them. Ashley furniture is terribly made, delivery takes a long time and their warranty company is a fraud. Avoid Ashley furniture.
