    WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! My significant other and I came in on a Saturday and spent a while looking for a couch. After fending off sales people a couple of times, we made a decision on one and asked a few questions about delivery and pet protection when he then decides to pull in the manager Megan Wright for help pitching which felt sharky and very pressured, so we decided against both since they were weird about it then he called her over AGAIN to try and pressure us even more. We still said no, and they still showed another quote with both items on there. What a terrible business practice. As a sales manager, I would be ashamed if my team acted like that. After taking them off, we finally get to the register and run our card on the terminal it says approved, thanks for your payment. Then the sales person goes to have us sign something on a tablet, and the tablet dies... they converged and conversate in the back room, then came back and said the charge never went through.After checking our account, the charge 100% went through. Even after showing her, she claims the charge never went through and refuses to do anything to try and help other than suggest we swipe our card again. Wow. Here we are 3 days later, and the charge is still there, and now i have to dispute with my bank. Megan Wright was incredibly unprofessional and offered nothing not even an apology after I swiped away $2300 in her store. Terrible business prectices. Please. Go ANYWHERE else

    UPDATE: We still have not been able to get anyone from Ashley Furniture to address the fact that I have paid more than $18k to them ... and I have a bedroom set in my master bedroom that is NOT put together. I keep being told that the items needed to put the bed together are on back order. Each time I call, the date keeps getting extended. I recently had foot surgery and I literally have to climb over bed rails that are not connected to anything. The headboard is literally just laying against the wall. I read through so many of the other reviews of this company ... and I can not believe that Ashley is still in business. I asked today if I could return the bed and was told that I could not. So I am completely at the mercy of the parts department. For those of you that have had to seek legal ... what did you do and how did it go/end?

    Frisco Fred provided friendly and expedient service! Easiest purchase and Tim finalized the transaction as friendly as can be. Great!

This store is set a little way back off of the south side of the 121 service road. It's hard to see the physical store because the dirt is really built up, but you can see the sign that they have in the ground. This trip included shopping with my three young grandchildren. They each loved selecting one of the Tiny Dreamers pillows. They are all so soft and cuddly and adorable. Fun times!

I was beginning to feel like Goldilocks after repeatedly coming across ones that were too soft, too firm, too big, too small, etc., on a mission to find ones that were just right. Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.
