I will avoid purchasing from Ashley furniture at all cause in the future. Poor quality furniture, time delays, overpriced. They replaced the damaged couch they delivered and it was worse then the one I had. Arrived with a loose spring and dirty.

Buyer Beware: Worthless Warranty, Poor-Quality Sofas, and Nonexistent Customer Service I purchased two modular sofas (LAF Sofa SKU: 000005230466 and RAF Sofa SKU: 000005230467) and an oversized accent ottoman (SKU: 000005230408) worth over $3000 from my local Ashley Furniture store on February 20, 2024. Within a few months, the cushions began to sag so severely that sitting on the sofa for more than 30 minutes would leave me with back pain for days. Despite our attempts to tolerate it, the discomfort became unbearable, prompting me to contact Ashley Furniture for cushion replacements. After some back and forth, they agreed--only to send me throw pillows instead of the proper seat cushions that I had asked for. Frustrated, I called the store where I made the purchase. An employee assured me their manager would get in touch. Unsurprisingly, that never happened. Instead, I was advised to file a claim with ReGuard, the company handling Ashley's extended warranty, since I had purchased their $350 five-year protection plan. That, too, proved to be a complete waste of money--ReGuard never responded to my claim. It was only later that I discovered Ashley Furniture owns ReGuard, a fact that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. I still want my cushions for my overpriced low quality sofa! Trust the negative reviews. Ashley Furniture is a dishonest company selling subpar products with an utterly useless warranty. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

We went to use a store credit we got few years ago and everything is overpriced and saw side table floor table me want and the elderly worker say can't use on that and when me and cousin was walking away the rude lady was starting at me and cousin nasty look me would no recommend this when many stores with better prices and service

May 20th email for refund that never went through

The one star is for the two people who at least tried their best helping me when I came back to the store for cancellation and refund issues. Zero stars for the rest. Long story short: They didn't process the refund/cancellation completely until I went to the store wondering why my bank still hasn't refunded me the money after a whole week of zero communication. I called customer service first to cancel/refund an order and they promptly said they processed and cancelled it, "wait 3-5 business days." Okay great. After dropping the call, I looked at my email and saw NO "refund processed" confirmation. I call again to ask if they could give me a confirmation for records, and this time they just give me a worded email saying they processed it. Fast forward a week later (aka today), I just went to the store because I have no other news other than that one email. Told me to come back 3 hours later when customer service rep comes. I come back 3 hours later. Customer rep still not there so I get told to contact my bank first, but what am I gonna call the bank for if I don't even know if they processed the refund all the way?? With some more looking through my profile it turns out they didn't even process it all the way through. They told me it was good that I came there because now they can actually process it, and that there was no need to call the bank because this was on their end. What? So that email was a lie? The rep that finally came and we waited for barely even helped. They just said the same thing I had in the call a week ago! "We don't get the refund processed receipt immediately, we'll email you by today but the claim went through already and should be 2-3 business days. If not, just call us or come back to the store." Great, call again, come again. If you like getting beat around the bush and waste a lot of time this is a great place to come. All that waiting and we still didn't even get a physical nor digital copy of the confirmed process! What a trip. This is the second time I've been let down in Ashley's by the way. First one was the "white glove" delivery service where they left a whole queen sleeper sofa on the first floor when my grandma needed it on the 3rd. I paid for the whole delivery to be brought to the room and assembled only for them to tell me it was too complicated to put up there because it was too high when I read the whole policy that says they CAN bring it up that high. I'm done.

Went to a mattress store, and got a bad vibe on the employee. So we left there and went to Sit & Sleep because I found a bed online (oh no) and wanted to see it in person. According to the ad, it was available at Sit & Sleep. When we walked into the store, it was quite large inside. We were greeted by a man, named Javier, who helped us. I told him about the bed I had seen online... he was quick and honest about that bed... not to be mentioned here, but when he said they get a lot of returns on that bed I said... NO...I did get to sit on that bed, and NO I sunk on the side... We started looking at the beds. We both agreed it was to be a Cal King size bed. When we stay in hotels, we always get rooms with a king bed, not a Cal King bed. I measured our bedroom length & width. Cal King bed is 72wide x 84long. King bed is 76wide by 80long. I knew a Cal King would fit better in our room which is 12ft by 11ft. My husband really did not care that much with bed search, just as long as I am comfortable, that is what matters most. I have sciatica and lower back pain, so we need a firm bed that can hold up to our weight. We tried the first bed out. For me I felt it in my lower back, I could feel my back hurt a bit... too hard. The medium bed next to it was nice, but to me it felt too soft... Kinda like the 3 Bears: momma bed too soft, poppa bed too hard... And so we looked at a couple more beds, then came to bed that we ended up taking home. King Koil Onxy Hybrid. I sat on the side of the bed, as I do every morning and night. I sat on the end of the bed; I did not sink. This is important to me. The bed needs to be firm and be able to sit on the sides without sinking. Hubby laid down, he was happy, almost fell asleep... Javier asked if we thought about adjustable beds. I was curious, so he pulled out the remotes for it and raised the bed up. How comfy can it get! WOW, very nice. I knew in advance that an elevated head actually helps those who snore, like my husband. I was hooked. Javier did his job well. We ended up buying it. We also got the base for the bed. It is not a low-end value of a bed. Plus, a set of sheets and mattress protector. Why not splurge on a great bed. The one thing that caught my eye on the bed: 25-year warranty!!! That is huge. As my husband said "this will be the last bed we buy". I'm sad, but it is true, I am 64 yrs old. We have had the bed for a little over 2 weeks now. I have slept better, my husband does not snore, unless his side is lowered. Every night I have had my side elevated. It is comfortable. We even had both sides at almost a 90 degree angle watching tv in bed. We do need a headboard, as I did lose my pillow one night lol. If you are looking for a great bed, don't mind paying the price, look at this bed.

Pillows shipped via UPS and arrived a few hours before the mattress (and adjustable platform). The delivery guys were 5-star. Friendly, respectful of my home, fast and efficient. I tipped them $50 cash - they earned it - HEAVY lifting up/down - it all turned out great. Mattress Firm delivered what they promised! Recently, I had not been sleeping well and suspected my mattress might be the problem. I tried rotating it and got a few nights of temporary relief, but the discomfort quickly returned. My wife felt the same way and told me the mattress no longer felt supportive. Thanks to her habit of saving receipts, we discovered that our "luxurious" Stearns & Foster was actually 15 years old. It had served us well, but we had clearly kept it past the typical 10-year lifespan. After doing some preliminary research, I decided to visit Mattress Firm, a company I have trusted for years from my time in Northern California when they were still Sleep Train. I was pleasantly surprised to find a location close to home, so I headed over. What an amazing experience. The store associates Jackson and George were fantastic. Jackson was our main associate and he was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and completely focused on helping us find what we truly needed. There were no high pressure sales tactics and no pricing games. George offered helpful advice when asked, and his input made the experience even better. Seriously, could mattress shopping actually be fun? In this case, yes. We ended up choosing a Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base, something I never expected but am very excited about. I am already looking forward to finally sleeping comfortably again. Thank you to Jackson and George for making the process enjoyable and stress free. And thank you to Mattress Firm for hiring and training such outstanding people. Combined with competitive pricing, it is easy to see why you remain a trusted national brand. 5 stars.

Even made a complete 360 sale as I was about to finalize my first choice. Ended up with my 2nd choice which actually works better financially. The store was clean and fresh, he provided we with a liner to test the mattresses and d play with all rhe bells and whistles of the bases. The prices had a huge range and I found something that works for me.
