I've been here multiple times trying to support their business and everything from their very dry sitting out and not fresh since it's been sitting out for hours "fresh" rolls with peanut sauce is always dissapointing. Just think about the rice paper drying and shriveling up until it becomes hard and chewy. That was my last visit with their dry salmon rice bowl. This time was the incredibly awful chicken pho. The watery broth, gross dry chicken with no flavor and noodles that you can get via a package at ANY Asian market and here you go for like $20 after tax and tip. The menu at Asian Box features a variety of dishes, they are all made with fresh ingredients. Service was not as attentive, we have to wait a bit for our server to order. I'd suggest to order it online and pick it up at the restaurant. We've ordered Chef's salad box and a custom box. I really enjoyed the chef's salad box, the reason why I gave a 3 star is because the chicken is really dry and hard to eat. Otherwise it would had been great.
