OMG, just bought 1 lb last week of the BBQ Pork, it is perfectly cooked, slightly sweet but not to much, and it is so fantastically tender in the middle, with perfect edges a bit crisps. When you buy it, you have a choice to have it cut in chunks... please do that, it is perfect. I haven't tried anything else from there, but the menu looks great. My sister and I went in for lunch. I ordered combination Chow fun and my sister ordered a lunch special of Orange chicken, Chow mein, Fried rice and an oil soaked spring roll. The food was not edible. Old grease and too much of it, no taste in the Chow fun, only oil flavor. The Orange chicken was 90% batter. I won't even go into the rice and Chow mein, it was just as bad. This is the worst Chinese food ever made. I had ordered kung Po shrimp, orange chicken and beef fried rice. The orange chicken wasn't coated like advertised on the photo inside the menu. The chicken was a breast that was cut into pieces with the skin left on it. The rice was made with old grease, leaving a very dark brown stain on the paper plate. The kung Po was the worst the worst I ever tasted. The deep fried prawns was very good and cooked to perfection. The place only takes cash when ordering and now I understand why they don't take credit cards. Because if they did. Folks would call there credit card company and cancel there card. Because the food was simply trash and is only worth given to the "Crows". My wife and I decided to write a review on the waste of $59 dollars spent on tonight's Dinner. This place comes highly recommended by my cousin so I had to give a try after hearing all the rave for their lunch special. Definitely did not disappoint. Their lunch special which only costs $9 comes with barbecue pork fried rice, fried shrimp, chow mein and barbecue pork. I also really liked the fried shrimp that came with it, the batter was light and crispy. I liked how the food didn't feel greasy and wasn't salty at all. Solid place for lunch and I really enjoyed the fried rice. The barbecue pork is really tasty, not too salty. This chinese takeout is much better than Panda Express, and you get way more food. I couldn't even finish the lunch special - they give huge portions. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quick and affordable lunch eat. I also would recommend getting take out because the inside isn't really set up for dine-in. Only thing was that they slightly skimped me on the barbecue pork (but thats okay, still a lot of food so can't complain). Pork fried rice, Chow Mein, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli, bbq pork, pot stickers and fried prawns. Everything was perfect Great taste good portions They only accept cash which we didn't know so we ordered and drive over to Mills to use the ATM they did mention to next time we should phone in the order so it's ready when we arrive. We made sure to take a menu for next time we will phone in ahead and make sure we have cash to pay The food did not take long to cook and everything was perfect great taste. Only thing missing was fortune cookies. Not sure if they forgot them or if they were out or just don't have them. I overordered cuz I was hangry: one giant piece of BBQ pork, by the pound, unsliced, Beef with Broccoli a la carte, and BBQ pork fried rice. Yep, overordered and oh, how do I love me some leftovers! Parking sucks as theres a lot of vatos parked in the lot loitering, so I circled twice and eventually parked on 3rd Ave parallel to the small lot. CASH only. The nastiest Chinese food I ever ate. I spent $ 59 dollars on kung Po shrimp, orange chicken, beef fried rice and deep fried prawns. The orange chicken wasn't as advertised as on the menu. The chicken was fat with skin on it and a breast that was chopped into pieces. The rice was fried in very old grease along with the kung Po being over cook and running. I just had the orange chicken. It was indeed as someone else posted being cut up and battered pieces of thigh with skin. This is not necessarily a bad thing unless Panda Express is as Chinese as you can handle. The sauce wasn't super orangey or sweet but still tasty. The skin was pretty crunchy to almost hard. I love grabbing lunch for my grandpa here. They have great authentic chinese food that my grandpa loves. I always get him the shrimp wonton noodle soup, and 1/2 a pound of the bbq pork. I always order for pick up, and the people working there are always swift yet kind. The only thing that I'd say is a bit of a hassle is that they only take cash, so I'd keep that in mind if you stop by. Ok, here's the scoop, this New Wing Fat is operated by some of the workers from the original location a block away, They said everyone transferred over, including the cooks. The original location is still in the original family. Supposedly the old cooks are here, the dishes I ordered just didn't measure up. I have no clue why the discrepancy, but I plan to take my business back to the old location. This location shares a small parking lot with a number of business's and it's difficult to find a parking space at any time of day. Decided to try this place again. They are not the same as the original Wing Fat up the street that just closed down. The New Wing Fat is different ownership and even after a few years of opening, their food still lack the wok flavor. Good Chinese food has good wok flavor.
