The bartender laughed it off and made of her new one, which we were charged for. My daughter was also served her food a full ten minutes later than everyone else at the table. There was no explanation, no apology, and definitely no one routinely checking on us to see if everything was to our liking. In fact, I had to flag down the hostess to get her to check on the status of my daughter's order. We were routinely travel to Napa from our home base in Sacramento, and always made it a point to stop here for drinks. However, it looks like we will more than likely cease to come here and make the nearby tequila bar our go-to spot in the future.
