We heard it was sooo spicy, so stayed with the medium (cayenne) which had a lot of vinegar, you know you feel it in the nose! Crinkle cut fries were good, Vintage Mac n Cheese was pretty good too. The layout is wrong with the fountain drinks and napkin station, because you have to walk back into the line of people waiting. There were lots of varied sized tables, nice open layout. First dining experience at Napa's newest Hot Chicken restaurant did not disappoint! Excellent Chicken, fries, and coleslaw! I ordered the Tripple Flame Tenders combo with 3 Tenders and crinkle fries. The chicken portions are large with a delicious crispy light batter and very moist chicken, cooked perfectly. The crinkle fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned with something delicious, they were delicious with the signature Napa Sauce! I ordered a coleslaw too and it's a nice sized portion. Coke products are on the fountain drinks and they have a good selection of beer, cider, and wine on tap as well! Next visit I'll order a beer! Jack provided outstanding customer service, very welcoming. The ambiance is nice and plenty of seating options with two big screen TV's. The portions are generous with average pricing. I have grappled with posting this review because I love Squeeze Inn Burgers, so good. Postive: Let's start with the creamy sauce that comes with the fries. It's TOP NOTCH! I would buy this by the bottle if it were available. The slaw and bun they use on the sliders are both appropriate and tasty Negative: I chose the medium level heat and while it tasted like a decent buffalo wing sauce it wasn't special. The chicken was not freshly fried, it tasted as though it had been fried ahead of time and sat under heat lamps for an hour. The food came out fast and this may be why they did it this way. Waiting for quality will always be better than fast & mediocre. The chicken wasn't crispy either which makes me think it was sauced out of the fryer and sat under the heat lamp for a bit. They use crinkle fries which is a good choice but again they were not fresh and were lukewarm. They also had almost no flavor from seasoning or salt. A surprise to me because the fries are always well done at Squeeze Inn. If they make changes to their process and produce a fresh product I would try again. Napa needs a place like this. If the owner is interested I can help with the fry seasoning. read more

Our first visit tonight. We went to support "Dine & Donate" night. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and preparation of the food. The menu is not huge, but all the items we had were very tasty. The sliders were big and the chicken was crispy, tender and a good mild spicey coating. I like the cole slaw (which is also put on the sliders) The bun was fresh and soft, The crinkle cut French Fries were most crispy and not over oiled. We don't go in much for spicey foods so had the OG sliders. They also had 5 or 6 beers on tap- a good selection. The only thing that sort of put us off was the decor, or lack of it. Very open, kinda noisy, bare bones tables and chairs (but did have a lots and they have an outdoor patio also). Our order taker was most accommdating and helped us find things and brought us our food. So, we will be back- most likely for a take out. The prices are a little steep, but, hey, this is Napa, no big surprise there. $50 for dinner for 2- however, with enough left over for 2 more dinners. Try it, you'll like it. read more

This was more of a buffalo chicken style place, which is way more saucy. If you're looking for that NASHVILLE style dry rub, this is not the place. We drove an hour from Santa Rosa to have lunch here ! The guy at the register was so rude! We asked why we were being charged for individual sliders and for a tender and fries when they had on their menu and meal for two sliders he rudely stated they don't have that anymore when it's clearly on the menu. We were looking for a taqueria for a quick meal on our drive home from Napa tonight, but it's Easter so most taquerias were closed. We stumbled across Napa Hot Chicken and figured what the heck, it's getting late and we need to eat. We were pleasantly surprised. The sliders and tenders were really good, cooked to order, and served hot and fresh. I'm glad I got the mild version because even the mild had some nice heat. Even though we didn't partake because of the drive ahead of us, they had a nice selection of beer including Pliny. I feel like this place may be a little bit overrated. The sauce is OK. It gives me more of a spicy mayo, vibe, and the chicken. I don't like how it's coated with like buffalo sauce instead of a dry rub, but that's my personal opinion.
