Recently discovered Asian Fusion. What a great find in Glen Rock! My partner loves their veggie sushi rolls - big hits include: Sweet Potato Roll, Peanut and Avocado Roll, and AAC Roll. I ordered a Sushi Deluxe once and I thought it was nice that the placed a decorative flower on there :) In short: Well made and tasty rolls, and friendly, fast service (everyone is so nice in there). This is a takeout spot in a little shopping plaza. There are some parking spots up front and to the side by the Farmers Market. Love this place!

    Not enough rice

Listen, I know inflation is affecting us all...but this is unacceptable. I've given this place a chance time and time again since they switched to the new owners and it's just not good. I'm officially done ordering from here. I ordered a few rolls and there wasn't enough rice on the roll to keep its shape when you picked it up with chopsticks. You're seriously trying to cut back the amount of rice on the rolls? C'mon.

    Golden Mango Slush: Delicious. Fresh.

This is a sushi and bubble tea placed named Asian Fusion so the fact that the bubble tea is this good is rather surprising. I'd almost prefer a pun name like Sushtea or something instead but I digress. Very nice staff here. Unsure if they are related to Green Dragon that used to be here. Anyway, I've been to this place four times. I've gotten their lychee slush with strawberry popping boba, their golden mango slush with mango pieces, and their regular milk tea. Both of the slushes were excellent, not super sweet and very fresh. Their regular milk tea at 50% sugar was good with a strong tea flavor. The only complaint I would make is that their strawberry popping boba (whatever brand it is) is way too syrupy sweet. Minor edit: Tried the sushi. Every bit as good as Mei and cheaper. Good stuff. Their taro crush is fresh and excellent. Nice place with good non overpriced fruit drinks. I hope they do well.

Asian Fusion is my new go to Sushi Place. Let me start off by saying they have amazing customer service. Gina and Tony are super nice! Sushi was super good! We tried the Garden State Roll and a classic Shrimp Tempura. They also have a huge Bubble Tea selection. The Passion Fruit Slush is amazing! Definitely give Asian Fusion a try!

Little take out sushi spot but fresh sushi. They barely have any seating inside so not much of a dine in spot. The lunch special is the standard deal in a lot of sushi spots. I got the 3 basic rolls and loved it. The spicy tuna is my jam... yes basic. The peanut avocado roll was also a fav. Very nice people in here. I would come back here. It should be one of your go-to sushi delivery spots if you live in the area.

    Hibachi fried rice. Avocado smoothie.

Small restaurant, mainly a takeout spot. Staff was very friendly. I ordered the Saddle River Roll which was delicious and the fish taste fresh. First time trying an Avocado smoothie, not too bad. Also ordered a small hibachi fried rice, which i didn't care much for.

    Spicy tuna roll double portion.

First time at this sushi restaurant. Small area inside that had two tables. It was a hot day and the air conditioner was working well. Ordered two spicy tuna rolls and was told ten minutes. Price was $11.90. Rolls were nice and fresh. Next time would order it spicy with Sriracha mayo on top. It was a great start to a new sushi spot.

Jina, the owner, greeted us so pleasantly upon arrival, and was helpful in our lunch selection. We got two lunch specials: the Salmon Lunch Platter ($12) and the Sashimi lunch ($13). Each came with either miso soup or a side salad. We tried one of each. We also got an appetizer of the Shrimp Shumai ($4.50 for 6). We've tried at least 20 sushi locations are the area and NONE have sashimi slices so thick. All the fish was extremely fresh and the miso soup was very flavorful and NOT too salty. The side salad could use at least one wedge slice of tomatoes for flavor and presentation. The carrots seen in the photo of the side salad actually came from the salmon special and were not on it originally. The Shrimp Shumai were meaty and well-flavored. Since we planned to have a picnic over at one of the Hudson River overlooks along the Palisades Parkway, we had to turn down dining-in despite Jina's offer. Her radiant personality, attention to detail and interest in her customers was very pronounced and memorable. We look forward to making another visit in the future. Thank you Jina!

I've been waiting so long for a place with great sushi and bubble tea to open up near me -- Asian Fusion is that place! I called for takeout and ordered a Saddle River Roll (basically a spicy salmon avocado roll with seared tuna on top) and taro milk tea. The roll was incredible and very filling. The bubble tea was super satisfying as always, and not overly sweet. All of their special rolls are under $14, and almost all of the classic rolls are under $6. They also have a great selection of appetizers, bubble teas, and desserts. The woman who took my order over the phone and delivered it to me outside the restaurant was so sweet. This restaurant is a gem and I can't wait to order from here again!

We were happy with everything we ordered. All tasted great. Packaged well. Will definitely add this place to our regular rotation.

After learned that they couldn't add a fried egg and no sausage option with the grilled pork, I opted for the three meat combo over rice instead, beef, chicken and lamb. The meat were flavorful and honestly I couldn't tell between lamb and beef in the end. But it was so good, especially with the fish sauce, yummy. Kids enjoyed the fried rice and wanted more of the spring rolls. Only dish that we were thrilled by was the beef stew, ok to skip. The place is small with limited seating. If you are a party of more than four you could have a hard time with tables. There was just one small round table that could accommodate a part of six, but beyond that, they will have to put together a few tables which is a challenge on the weekends. Location is super convenient. There is a Haagen-Dazs right around the corner and a laundry mat. Drop off your laundry, get some Pho, then stop by Haagen Dazs for dessert, sounds like a perfect night.

We arrived early, which was a good thing, as more and more people came in, including some families, and eventually there was a line of people trying to eat here. The service was friendly, though a tad slow, likely because they were overwhelmed. Since I had a headache, I got a Vietnamese Iced Coffee/Cà Phê Sữa Dá for $5.99. This was properly done, being lightly sweet with plenty of strong coffee flavor. On a side note, instead of the standard sriracha, they have a much tastier Vietnamese brand of hot sauce here, which I appreciated. We started with two appetizers. As they were out of the Curry Chicken Skewers/Gà Xiên Nướng Cà Rị, we started with the Lemongrass Beef Skewers/Bò Nướng Xả for $9.95, served with spring onion, fried onion flakes, and soybean peanut sauce. This was my favorite dish of the evening as the beef had plenty of lemongrass flavor, and was tender and juicy. The little side salad was a good accompaniment, and the sauce was nice, but not needed. I would recommend this heavily. We also got the Summer Rolls/Gỏi Cuốn for $7.49, with vermicelli, lettuce, mint leaves, pickled daikon, and peanut sauce. Said dish has a choice between shrimp and tofu, and we got the latter. These were standard with a slightly chewy wrapper and plenty of vegetables. This was nice and refreshing with a good peanut sauce. For my main dish, I got the Grilled Vermicelli Platter/Bún Thịt Nướng with Mỹ Tho vermicelli noodles, assorted vegetables, mint, and house dressing. The price depends on topping, and I got the $15.49 option with a combo of three, with my choices being pork, spring rolls, and beef. As with the appetizer, the beef was tender and had some lemongrass flavor. The pork was on the bone and likely marinated similarly to the beef and was also tasty, though a bit less tender. The spring rolls were freshly fried being hot and crunchy, though a little oily. They were my least favorite part, but I've never been the biggest fan of spring rolls, regardless of culture, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. The fish sauce added a mild sweetness to the cold vermicelli, and I liked the dish a bit more once I added their hot sauce as per usual. This was good overall and a good portion size to boot. Another person got a Pho with beef and brisket for $12.99, and there was also a decently priced Combination Pho/Phở Dặc Biệt for the same price as my entree. I tried a bit of the broth, which was good, and there were plenty of noodles. The last person, who was not as hungry, ordered a very reasonably priced Chicken Bahn Mi/Bánh Mì Gà for $8.95, which they liked. This was an above-average Vietnamese place, and I could see why there were lines to get in. The food was decently priced, the meat was cooked properly, and the portions were nice. I would recommend it if you're in the area and you're looking for Vietnamese food.

You get to choose your base for the bowls which is nice. The lo mein noodles are thicker than the typical lo mein noodles you see at Chinese takeout, these look more like pho. Either way, I tried a bite and they were great and the flavors were there. My boyfriend also loves their soup and the homemade chips are awesome. In terms of ambiance this is more of a daytime spot. Not too many seats. It's very bright inside maybe because there's a lot of plants in there on the wall. It's still nice, just not that dim nighttime ambiance and there aren't a ton of seats . Once you sit down you scan a QR Code to order your food and drinks. I was pretty hungry that day so we ended up ordering a ton of food. The drinks were pretty good and they were served in Le Creuset mugs. Not the biggest deal, but I can appreciate some nice drinkware. The bowl of Kimchi Fried rice came out first. It was a generous portion and the rice was cooked well, but I feel like it could've used some more kimchi. The eggs on top were cooked perfectly and added good texture to the dish. The next dish to come out was the HK French toast. The bread was nice and fluffy which paired well with a nice generous drizzle of condensed milk. I enjoyed this a lot. We also ordered scallion pancake, pork barbecue, and bossam baos. These were ok, I would probably pass on a return visit. I felt like the meat in the baos was a little tough though they did have decent flavor. The last entree was the smoked salmon and avocado croissant; I really enjoyed this. It had a generous helping of smoked salmon and avocado as well. The saltiness of the salmon paired well with the creamy and fatty avocado. The croissant was also nice and flaky. It was also served with a house salad which had a nice drizzle of dressing on it too. For dessert we ordered a Black Sesame Souffle Pancake. This was SO good. A few months ago I visited a place in Princeton that specialized in these Japanese-style pancakes and Tasty Junction's version was so much more enjoyable. I loved that it was served with a healthy scoop of ice cream. The pancake was airy and had a bounce to it. Each bite was so good and made even better with the ice cream. I'd definitely come back just for the pancakes. All in all Tasty Junction is a great spot tucked away in Glen Rock
