Have you been to the Asian Garden Mall in Westminster, Orange County? I took my mom here recently - she likes to browse browse browse and bargain bargain bargain. They have food, entertainment (in Vietnamese and English language), shops, and more. Gets packed during Lunar holidays. For short, we refer to this mall as "Three Buddhas" because of the Buddha statues in the front.

This is the heart this building the structure this mall is the Heart of the City and it's Heyday used to be bustling and this is the place to go this was the place to shop they have done an excellent job to keep this and keep that spirit they frequently have vendor stalls in the front parking lot depending on the season and the celebration and in the back they have night market with food stalls parking well Park far away and expect to walk or take a ride share

I go here every so often to take a walk. Shops have changed through the years. I wish the pho 56 was still there! It was some of the best pho I've had in a mall. The front, back and top of the roof have too many people smoking cigarettes, so be careful walking around.

Attended AAPI celebration at the Asian Garden Mall. It was a beautiful show with variety dance show and fashion show. It lasted about 3-4 hours. It was sponsor by Little Saigon TV Network.

Asian Garden Mall, known in Vietnamese as Phước Lộc Thọ, is a shopping center in Westminster, California, and one of the largest Vietnamese-American shopping malls. We've been to this Asian Garden Mall in Westminster a few times, and it was an interesting mall to walk around. The mall has a lot of jewelry stores, toy stores, clothing stores even traditional Vietnamese outfits. However, we couldn't find anything to buy, though. It had a lot of authentic Vietnamese food in the food court. They also have dim sum there. They celebrate the Lunar New Year or Vietnamese New Year (Tết), and we've been to their Night Market before, and it was fun to see many food vendors there. It's always a bit challenging to look for parking spaces there. P.S. If you wanna buy something there, make sure to prepare some cash.

The place cured my home sickness, since I live in south OC and haven't had authentic Asian food in a while. PLUS the blind boxes were super super cute, I originally came in looking for a Jade bracelet for new years but quickly got side tracked.

My goodness, I can only imagine this place in its heyday. According to my family, it was busy and full of food vendors and diverse shops. This has been a staple in the neighborhood for a long while. The number of eateries has dropped, but you can still find plenty of great traditional dishes that are ready-made or made-to-order. Bring cash, as some vendors charge credit card processing fees. As far as retailers go, this is a good place to shop for jewelry, clothing, toys, and Little Saigon souvenirs. Prices seemed on the higher end, perhaps to cater to tourists. Events are still held here, as evidenced by the stages for performances. When we came on a weekend, not much was going on - the focus seemed to be on shopping and dining. Oh, and it was quite warm... the AC wasn't on, unfortunately, and it was quite a sunny day. Parking wasn't awful for us at all. Surprisingly, though we were there in the afternoon, there was a decent amount of parking available in the back.

It was a fun place for the Asian Market Night. Food was okay, but I would need to try a place that has a good selection and reviews before I can make a comparison. Conditions in the mall need cleaning and renovations.

A place you can't miss if you're around the Santa Ana area and love asian foods! This place was one of my favourite malls to visit ever since i was a little kid, so coming back was an amazing feeling! I'd recommend walking around the small market shops outside, they have so many things ranging from new year items, food, and decor! The inside of the mall is also a delight, with so many other small restaurants, it's a must try for their dim sum or sugar cane drinks! There is also an upstairs that has more jewelry, clothes, and shampoo, more based on home items. Parking is a massacre so i'd recommend parking at a complex next door and walking, it is free for one hour

BRING CASH and hungry belly. : ) My annual visi to the Asian Garden Mall/Phuoc Loc Tho for Tet/Chinese New Year market. There were Vietnamese music, lots of venders selling New Year items, fruits and lots of fireworks! : ) There are many places to eat inside and outside as well. Tet this year will be on Wednesday 1/29/2025 so Tet Market will be going on until the last weekend prior to this day. I got to see Dragon Dancers as well! It felt like home away from home for a moment with all the beautiful plants, flower, exotic/tropical fruits and Tet accessories for decoration. They have this 1x/year around Tet. It was not so crowded around 7PM on a Saturday night compare to years prior to COVID. Some kids and adults dressed up in their traditional Ao Dai to celebrate which was nice to see. Parking: Free. Be Safe Out There! I have fear of parking in this area because it's always full and busy but I survived! : ) Parkings are behind the mall and also on the street so prepare to walk.

Real Vietnamese Coffee! Inside Champagne Bakery Located in the Asian Garden Mall, the lady who at the counter was very gracious and polite. She gave me a loaf of sweet bread with my purchase. The mall especially where the enormous Jewelry Center's located smells of exotic flowers, ideal for who are Homesick. Plus people from all walks of life are welcome.

    Lunar new year market
    Karen T.

I remember coming here as a kid but haven't been back until recently for the lunar new year market. The market was very festive with fresh flowers/bamboo/orchids and a lot of lunar new year candies and decorations. There wasn't a lot of food options and more for shopping. There is a stage for performances but I didn't see anything happening in a weekday afternoon. Inside the mall are shops selling jewelry, traditional Vietnamese outfits, and a a food court area. I didn't spend a lot of time in the mall. There is a parking lot behind the mall but the parking situation is crazy during the festivals. I was able to find street parking nearby.

Plenty of seating and apparently they have karaoke nights on the weekend. Plenty of parking since it's located in a shopping center. Tried one of the food places near the back. Food is then brought to the table. Everything was fresh and hot. My favorite dish was the fried catfish that came with rice paper, lettuce, and cilantro / you turn it into a wrap. I was quite delighted. It was my second time visiting this food hall. My first time visiting was during their grand opening, so it's been quite a few years. The owner, whose face is plastered within the front of the building, was walking around in a nice suit. My delight stems from the cultural representation; it looks like the streets of Vietnam inside. Food stalls and restaurants are within the perimeter of the this place. They have bamboo seating that look like the historical periods of Vietnam, too. They have a mimic food cart, which is awesome! As other reviews have mentioned, don't expect quality service or superb food. As amazing as the concept is, they aren't as organized and the service isn't the best. We had ordered a fried fish which came with banh Trang and fresh veggies. Their veggies weren't fresh, wilted, and mushy. Their fish actually gave me bowel problems. We waited about 30 minutes for their fresh fish, too. Again, love the concept, not the food and service.

I'm writing this review hoping the restaurant can improve the customer experience moving forward. First, her attitude was very unfriendly. She never smiled, seemed annoyed the entire time, and often didn't even respond when we politely asked for extra bowls, spoons, napkins, vegetables, etc. It got to the point where we felt uncomfortable and almost guilty asking for anything. If I remember correctly, she was also wearing AirPods while working, which made the service feel even more inattentive and unprofessional. Second, the restaurant was very crowded at the time with several large tables full of customers needing service. Meanwhile, this staff member was standing around on her phone and eating a cupcake while customers were trying to get attention. The owner can probably review the Sunday afternoon camera footage if needed. Third, the worst part was that we genuinely did not feel comfortable calling her over whenever we wanted to order more food or ask questions about the menu. At one point our table literally said, "Just ask the male server instead." Her attitude came across as dismissive and careless toward customers. This is especially disappointing in OC where there are so many great Vietnamese restaurants and customers have plenty of choices. Our table spent around $250 that afternoon. We came to enjoy a good meal and good service, not to feel like we were begging for basic customer service. On the other hand, the male staff member was excellent -- friendly, patient, attentive, and willing to spend time explaining dishes and helping customers. We truly appreciated his service. I sincerely hope the restaurant addresses this issue because it negatively affected our entire dining experience.
