Garlic sauce with chicken. Very pleased to see the addition of eggplant which I don't normally see in this dish other places.
    Christina C.

I was tickled by this little find that was close to the harbor and my hotel. When I talked in a woman was attacking a huge amount of fresh green beans on the table which I took to be a good sign and I was right! The food is fresh and took about 10 mins to prepare as promised. Service was friendly and helpful. She answered questions about the size of dishes and brought out bowls to show me the difference between small and large. I overheard her on the phone patiently explaining the types of veggies in a dish in detail. I have a lot of food in this one order but if time permits I will come back before I leave Baltimore.

Garlic sauce tofu (no eggplant, add mushroom)

I've ordered from Asian Harbor a few times and they exceed expectations every time. The portion sizes are filling and the sauce is so flavorful. The tofu was also a nice crispy texture and I loved every bite. 10/10 meal :)

Maki 3 Sushi Rolls Combo - salmon avo, spicy tuna, salmon skin
    Cara B.

Great, cheap sushi! Ordered takeout and the combo is a great deal. Delivery was right on time for what it said on Grubhub. The salmon avocado was the best, the salmon skin was a little more hard than crispy. Got a spicy mayo side for 75 cents and that was definitely necessary. Would order again

No noodles in the chow mein
    Erin D.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I am Chinese and ashamed that these people consider themselves a Chinese restaurant. I ordered the chow mein combination dinner, and it turns out these are not noodles! I was just appalled - google "chow mein" and that's what you get! When I called, this is what the restaurant said: Them: There are no noodles. This is the east coast, and we call this chow mein, but on the west coast they call it chop suey. So, it's really a chop suey not a chow mein. If you want noodles, you should order lo mein. Me: If it's chop suey, then call it chop suey! I have been to every state on the east coast, travel about 3,000 miles/week, and you are the ONLY Chinese restaurant to call this chow mein instead of chop suey. Them: Well you ordered under the entrees menu, and the noodle dishes are under the noodles menu. Me: Lo mein is also under the same section as the chow mein in the combinations section, so does this mean lo mein are not noodles? Them: No, lo mein is noodles. Does anyone else see the fault in their logic? If noodle dishes are only under the noodles menu, then lo mein needs to be removed under the combinations section as well. Thankfully I ordered via yelp's eat24 system, so I was able to get a refund on the entree. So, don't order from the restaurant directly in case it's wrong! Furthermore, the rest of the food was terrible. The shumai was sour (who knew this was possible?), and the egg drop soup was so gelatinous it stuck to the spoon. The soup was very difficult to eat, it was so sticky. The fried rice was dry and bland. The shrimp in the chop suey was dirty and not deveined. My delivery was 25 minutes later than promised & did not contain chopsticks as requested. The driver called because he read the wrong address. I also had put my hotel's name in the instructions, so I suppose he failed to read that too. If you have the information, cross check! The meal comes with a salad. When I took a quick glance in my bag, I said to the driver, "I didn't order salad!" He said, "You ordered a dinner right? It comes with it." I should've known this was my first omen. What Chinese restaurant includes salad in a dinner meal??? An egg roll, sure, but salad? Definitely a highly Americanized restaurant! Shu Mai $4.95 Root Beer $1.65 Chow Mein (Dinner) $8.50 Make it With: Shrimp Choice of Rice: Fried Choice of Side: Egg Drop Soup Subtotal $15.10 Delivery Charge $2.00 Tax $0.91 Tip $1.80 Total $19.81

Absolutely hideous gravy! Look at the number of broccoli in one gravy dish. This could be the worst chinese I have ever had

But since it was just me, I opted for seating at the bar. There are 2 bars at this location--one at the drink bar and one at the sushi bar. The drinks are VERY good, and the bartenders are very receptive to your orders and all. Ambiance was good--not too dark, just right. Very chic. I ordered a LOT. Several pieces of sushi, chicken karage (which I saw people post pics of, and that's what convinced me to check it out.), Japanese curry, and some other sashimi and little burgers. They were all fantastic! The chicken karage was the big hit--so delicious you can taste it thru the pictures. The curry wasn't spicy at all, but seeing as it's Japanese style, it's more on the savory and tasty side, not on the spicy side. Overall very delicious. The wagyu sashimi was VERY long (that's what she said), so eating one piece whole isn't recommended. Chew it, then swallow. The mini burgers were everything you love about Japanese takes on purpose burgers. Done perfectly, with that amazing bbq grill taste, too. The sushi was fresh and tasted amazing. My only gripe is that their ordering system is odd; you can only order so many pieces of food per order number. There are order limits, but it's setup such that the kitchen doesn't get overwhelmed. That being said, your orders usually come out pretty quickly. I highly recommend this place!

The service was fine, and they changed our grill proactively. Just a heads-up: since the drinks are served in stainless steel cups, the staff can't see if you're running low on water. You'll just need to flag them down if you want a refill The atmosphere was really nice too

The first thing I noticed when entering the establishment, was that the decor and ambiance hit from a very cool angle ( and the outside area views definitely set things off and enhanced the experience that much more ! ) As I familiarized myself with the Asian infused menu ( Japanese cuisine ) and opted to try the snow crab fried rice... and this was definitely a decision I won't regret ever !! The minute I set my eyes on the meal, I was instantly impressed because you could see chunks of snow crab meat loaded on top of the rice. From my very first forkful I was all in.... The texture and flavor of the rice left my tastebuds in total awe. And the way the rice and crab meat merged together in a form of flavor filled euphoria made me want to personally hug the chef to show my gratitude. I was up against the clock... but my next outing to Azumi I promised myself I would sit down comfortably and take it all in ! I haven't dined here before and might have heard of Azumi but I'm not too sure. She mentioned the portions sizes were small and her fish entree only came with miso dipping sauce and no other sides. Their server didn't inform them of this when originally ordering so she had to order additional sides after their entrees came. They also ordered wagyu fried rice and wagyu air fried rice (what's that?) She did say the fish was good but they all left hungry. These entrées, two cocktails plus two reg bevs came to over $200. The price wasn't a problem however they felt the value when it comes to quantity and price, left them looking for more. They choose Azumi for her husband's 60th birthday celebration and had to ask the server about how they would celebrate him since the check was about to arrive and nothing had happened. Their server asked if they were ordering something from the dessert menu and my friend declined. The server then came back with a small bowl of ice cream on top of a block of ice and three spoons . . . . She said they were all surprised and basically laughed at the "birthday" treat before them and how they were supposed to share the palm sized ice cream. She said multiple times they wouldn't go back and how disappointed her husband was with his birthday dinner experience while telling me the story. SMH I felt bad and asked her why she didn't ask me for a suggestion because yall know, we know who won't disappoint. She also didn't take any pics and I scolded her about that lol. I may have to fully recruit her to the Yelp family so she can do her research first although she stated her husband seen them on Tik Tok or IG. I have learned from that as well.

He repeatedly gave our orders to other tables & when we complained and tried to order more food, he told us we COULDN'T order anything else until our missing orders arrived. Except THEY NEVER CAME!!! After waiting 20+ minutes, we complained again and Nye gave us such a rude and condescending tone and response: "We have other customers too ya know." Seriously?! WE'RE CUSTOMERS TOO, ya douche bag. It got so ridiculous that 38 MINUTES into our meal, our table of FOUR had received a grand total of TWO plates of meat - even those were the plates we had to take from the neighboring table because our food kept getting sent elsewhere. And here's the kicker: AYCE is only 90 MINUTES. More than 1/3 of our allotted dining time was basically wasted waiting for food that never came, while our server wouldn't even let us order more. We only FINALLY started receiving our meat after we complained to the Vietnamese manager. He immediately stepped in, got things moving & extended our dining time to make up for the ridiculous delay. Shout out to him!!! But having to escalate to a manager just to receive the food we were PAYING FOR is absurd. And maybe Nye felt like he didn't have to bother because the gratuity was already automatic due to our party size. That would certainly explain the complete lack of effort. When your tip is guaranteed regardless of how badly you treat the table, I guess actually serving your customers becomes optional? STAY AWAY or at the very least, pray you don't get Nye as your server.
