Probably the worst buffet in the SoCal area. Me and my sister tried this place for the first and last time today. The service was horrible. Cooks wouldn't even answer a simple "What is this item?" Question. The food tasted like it was either old or some bad ingredients......in all honesty the noodles tasted fake and spoiled. But to top it off you have waiters who will make smart ass comments ABOUT YOU. IN FRONT OF YOU! The food was so bad we decided to just pay and leave.The waiter comes up to us and goes "Good job waistline food.".......okay for one mufuka it's a buffet, two you didn't cook or pay for my meal, and three you watch what you say to women. It didn't help that once we were leaving the server harassed my sister to the point she had to tell him, "You're making me uncomfortable please back up, you are to close." Cannot beat the lunch special price! Food is not spectacular, but I love that there are so many options and that they constantly refill the trays. All the chicken dishes are pretty tasty, especially the chicken on a stick. I really like that there are sushi rolls offered! (although the rolls with cooked salmon are not great and I would avoid them). I wish the trays were labeled so you know what you're eating. read more

I am not one to trash any restaurant but I had the worst experience today In this place. First off for the prices you pay, you expect fresh cooked food but sadly that was not the case. Then, they didn't pick up our used plates. To top it off the bathrooms were so gross and filthy . Then the waitress harassed us about leaving a tip as if was mandatory. We were already leaving unsatisfied and grossed out when we realized one of our kids left their video game on the table. When my husband went back for it and asked for it the girl claimed she didn't see it although we saw her clean up as soon as we walked away from the table . My husband insisted for the video game and when she brought it to him she told him he need to tip her before she gave it back. My husband took the video game and said NO TIP and left frustrated and disgusted by the restaurant and the staff . Horrible Experience we will not be coming back. read more

This place is the best Chinese buffet in the area. Their menu has a variety of foods. They have a Mongolia grill to have your food selection cooked and they also have a decent sushi menu. Their lunch special is Monday through Thursday for $6.99 + tax. It's a great buffet for a price you can't beat. The menu is upgraded for dinner and the cost increases to about $12. If you're into shrimp, crab, or calamari; then you'll have to wait for the upgraded menu. read more

The food is good but when it's time to pay, this is when they deserve a 1 star. My 2 sister tipped and the waitress had the nerves to ask me if I was going to tip too! This happens quite often when I go eat ther w family members. And my nephew was getting some cookies for his grandma and the guy behind the counter had the nerves to accuse him or taking them home and when my sister and him got into it he said he's gonna sit and make sure my nephew eat those cookies and he did just that. Customer service here is AWFUL. The 2 stars is for the one waiter that demanded a tip, came out to the car to demand a tip. I have witnesses, 2 of them. I told my nephew, he went down to complain, since when are tips a requirement. That day we were ignored with no water or refills even after we asked for them, it wasn't even busy, it was a late lunch. We finally left after like 15 minutes, and no tip. Then it happened to my nephews coworker & his family where the tip was not sufficient and the waiter demanded more. So my nephew went down again, spoke to the manager again and now the waiters all have name tags so you can compliment or complain about the service. That incident happened to me in March this year, I had not gone back but my nephew insisted I go back and the service was good, but I believe the manager told them to provide extra good service because he now knows my nephew, Gerry. My mom, my toddler and I came in for the $4.99 lunch special.All other buffets that I Have been to charge you before entering. Here you are seated first then the server asks for the kids age. My son is 2yrs. He eats from my plate and yet he still gets charged for the few bites he took!! They charged $4.99 per adult plus the drinks are extra and they charged about $1.38 aprox. as the 2YR. OLD PRICE. The lady had just given me the check when she told me she had to take it now. I wasn't ready to pay and she was already rushing me to pay. Although they have plenty of item selections they have signs all over saying to only serve on your plate what you are going to eat. I did not get a refill, but now I wonder if they charge foe those aswell? I've tried this place about 3 times now the price is right and the food is amazingly good. But recently had a bad experience with two servers one was a female she snatched the check out of hand rang me up and as I was leaving another server stopped me and demanded a tip! It was only 7:30pm and they were hesitant to bring out more food. I heard another customer complained that there was no crab no shrimp and she had been waiting for 30 mins. The food taste so bland no flavor at all. Also when I got the bill the server would just stand there staring at you signing it. I guess probably to make sure you tip them. Let's start off withe food . The food is good but the service is really bad . The times I've been here there's always a server (guy) that serves us with a bad attitude . He's always so serious and never smiles . I find this so rude , especially when you thank him and he doesn't even say a word back . Also , I noticed all the people (Asians) that work here seem to not be enjoying there job at all . One thing that I also don't like , is that when you're serving yourself a plate , they (server) is always looking at your plate as if to see how much food you served . Totally uncomfortable . The bathrooms have no toilet seat paper so you can sit down , I had to use toilet paper to around so my daughter could sit down . My boyfriend and I went there for lunch yesterday for the discounted $4.99 lunch (only Mon-Thurs) and it was great ! You cannot beat the price! The food was great, a lot of variety - I loved the dumplings and sushi. I've been to alot of buffets, but this one has to be one of favorites. My boyfriend tried the bbq dish ( this is where they cook the meat you select and noddles right in front of you), I thought it was quite tasty. Nice addition to the buffet.
