I will never order from this store again! I am a City Worker, and myself and my co workers have spent money with them quite often. And we always tip delivery guy well. Today they got my order wrong, which is fine because mistakes happen. I ordered shrimp, and broccoli with white sauce and pork fried rice with an iced tea. I received Chicken and broccoli. I called the restaurant and spoke to the lady in front and explained that my order was wrong. I told her what I wanted, and asked her if the delivery guy could come back with the correct order? She's said "NO!!!", proceeded to scream in my ear, and tell me that "I told her CHICKEN not SHRIMP"multiple times. While she's screaming in my ear and talking over me I still gave her grace, and informed her that I still have no issue REPAYING for another order yet she still screamed "NO" and told me to order some where else! This is totally unacceptable to treat people this way when we are spending our money for what we want. It was totally unprofessional and rude. They last time I went there personally for my food, and witnessed the same lady yell at a child when she came in and told the lady " I placed an order over the phone" she yells at the child and says "WHAT IS THE ORDER!!!! I am giving this 4-stars because this is conveniently located near my work and had helped me with my Chinese food cravings. I just ordered on the phone and within 10 minutes my order is ready for pick up. I like the convenience! I definitely like the pricing and portion of their lunch specials. There are plenty! I've only ordered two items on their lunch special. Always with fried rice. I tried the sweet and sour chicken which was good. I like that they separate the sweet and sour sauce on their take outs so I can enjoy the crispy "breading" of the chicken before putting the sweet and sour sauce. The other item on their lunch special that I really like is the chicken (or pork) egg foo young. It is such a flavorful omelette with meat and veggies. I also love the gravy that comes with it. Best Chinese food spot in the area! I've tried quite a few places around, but this one has to be my favorite. We went in for takeout, and the lady at the counter was very nice and efficient. On our way out, she told us to have a nice day and to stay safe which I feel isn't something I commonly hear in most other Chinese takeout spots. The food was excellent! I finally found an affordable and delicious Chinese food place. The food was really good. I had boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice. The rice was delicious! Probably the best pork fried rice I've ever had. And the boneless spare ribs, I want to cry. Amazing! I asked for extra bbq sauce and it actually had sauce on it. Every where I've gone to comes dry.
