    Mongolian Beef Lunch Special
    D W.

The waitress was not friendly! I ordered the Mongolian beef and requested no rice noodles. And was told by the waitress for the first time EVER that it was NOT possible to leave them out......WTF? Rice noodles are the first thing sprinkled on the plate. I've been to many Asian restaurants, and have never had any issues holding the rice noodles. Due to this incident, we probably won't be back. The Mongolian beef was okay, it was super sweet.

Quality food, fresh, not greasy, relaxed atmosphere, well priced. Clean, family oriented, Bright, well maintained.

"bbq pork" not even close to bbq pork taste like this shits been frozen and reheated numerous times

Disgusting food, spent 55$ on a meal for 2 when the food is literally nasty. Everything is dry, no flavor, the Mongolian beef is like a soup. Wouldn't recommend

Lemon chicken lunch special. Bad photo, but great food. It was less than $10!

(Note: this isn't authentic Chinese food, this is what you expect in America as a "Chinese restaurant" - that is to say it is American-Chinese food. Do not interpret this review to mean it is authentic to China, I have visited and these are not similar whatsoever.) This is a stellar Chinese food restaurant with very tasty, good quality food. The value is very good for this type of restaurant (especially during the lunch special), the serving sizes are more than enough, etc. I love their lemon chicken - most restaurants don't offer this (or if they do, it's too sweet). I usually order this along with some hot and sour soup - which is the best I've ever had. I mostly take out, but for dining in, their waitstaff is pretty nice, they know English well enough and the tea is very pleasant (again, better than most Chinese restaurants). You can tell the chefs really want to create a good quality plate of food, the place seems to be ran very well, it has a nice, calm atmosphere, and I would recommend anyone come have a meal here. Of course they have the Chinese zodiac sheets printed out under the glass tops of ever table!

Vegetable Egg Foo Young with extra veggie

I found that egg foo young looks and tastes widely different across diff chinese restaurant, im a fan of egg foo young so just want to show how they look when they arrive from doordash. The egg foo young was still really hot when it arrived and it stayed warm for a long time, many veggies in the patties but i did order extra veggies, broccoli, green peas , onion , didn't notice the common cabbage much inside though . They are not deep fried which i feel they are healthier given the amount of veggies and not being deep fried x.

Super disappointing as I thought we had found a new restaurant for our rotation. Ordered to go. The hot & sour soup was wonderful, the jumbo shrimp were good. The combination I chose came with a soup, pork fried rice (delicious), two piece of BBQ pork, and General Tsao's chicken. The pieces of chicken were way too big and had not been cooked properly. They were the size of a half boneless thigh and were not crisp at all. In fact they were soggy and pink in the middle. Inedible. Yuk. No thanks.

One of the waitresses can be a bit rough around the edges but don't let that stop you from enjoying the delicious food. Food: I was pretty impressed with the food and the portion sizes. Pricing with definitely good value. We got the sweet-and-sour chicken, cumin, duck, Mongolian, beef, and lo mein. The lo mein was definitely overcooked so I would not recommend that otherwise all the other dishes we loved. I especially loved their Mongolian beef. It was probably some of the most tender and flavorful Mongolian beef I've ever had. Definitely would get again. They had a pretty decent size menu so I am curious to go back and try other dishes. I saw some other tables get the dinner combo and at first I didn't get them because I thought the portions were gonna be small but looking at other people's portion sizes they definitely packed the plates. They might be good to try next time. Actually I did go back and try the combos and they were fire. We got B and C. Huge portions. Mongolian beef is still as good as I remembered it. I love everything; perhaps the octopus could be cooked a little longer to tenderize more. I love the crunchiness from it, and the crunchiness from the black mushroom too. Maybe the chef can find a way to achieve just enough tenderness while still being crunchy, which would be perfect. Another thing, my bowl looks burned on the edges. Kudos to all staff! I have noticed that they always work together seamlessly as a team. They communicate and clean the tables together in an efficient manner. Please keep up the great work!

My only complaint to the menu is they don't offer much wide veggie dishes. The only thing is the cucumber salad, which is only a ok dish.

Now if you want to read more: This place reminds me of those family owned restaurants in K dramas, where the main character girl goes after being yelled at the office or after a long day. You know, that one place with just a few tables and an auntie running everything. She rarely talks to the girl, but when she does, she somehow sheds light and clears that poor girl's mind. Yes, this place gives me that kind of vibe... or I just overthink. Anyways, I ordered the combo with black bean noodles and sweet and sour pork. Although they're supposed to be half and half, the portion was actually big enough to feed an adult who isn't on a diet or afraid of carbs. There was plenty of sauce on the noodles, not just on top, but underneath as well. I loved that. Just mix it well and dig in. The only drawback for me was that the sauce was a bit mild, I prefer a saltier, more savory flavor. The sweet and sour pork was good. The pork was coated in a crispy batter, and the sauce leaned on the sweeter side. It was a nice combo, you can never go wrong with sweet and savory.
