Kaanapali Shores was a wonderful place to stay with my eight-year-old son. We were there for six days and had a one-bedroom king suite with a full kitchen. The property has a very family-friendly feel, and my son loved exploring the beautiful grounds. The lobby and overall ambiance of the hotel have a very traditional Hawaiian feel. The restaurant here on the property was also very good, and the prices were much more affordable than many of the other options in the area. The décor in our room was beautiful. I especially loved the teak tropical furniture. We were on the top floor, the ninth level, with an ocean view. Our room was set farther back on the property, but we still had a beautiful view and a wonderful place to sit and eat breakfast while watching the waves each morning. We really got to enjoy Mauka to Makai--mountains out the front door and the ocean from our lanai (patio). The air conditioning worked great. It was also wonderful to open the lanai doors and let the fresh ocean trade winds come through. The kitchen was nice and stocked with very basic dishes, pots, and pans. It was enough to make things work, although you may want to bring or pick up anything specific you know you'll need. There is also an ice maker, which was great. We froze some plastic bottles of tea and water at night and used them in our little day cooler during the day. There is a Times Supermarket directly across the street, and it is VERY easy to walk to. There is also an ABC Store just a three-minute walk away. On the side of the front entrance, there is a gathering area with about 10 or so food trucks. This was a great option because everyone could get whatever food they wanted. We also had a stackable washer and dryer in our room, which was wonderful--especially when traveling with a child. I loved the entrance to this hotel. It was very Hawaiian and beautiful, yet understated. There are plenty of plumeria trees, so you get that wonderful tropical fragrance as you walk in. There is a small convenience store inside the hotel that carries many basic staples, along with some fun gifts. There is also West Maui Sports & Fishing in the lobby, which has basic snorkel and scuba gear. My son needed flippers, and we were able to get a good-quality pair there at a very reasonable price. I also needed a few things, and they had everything I was looking for. There is also a Snorkel Bob's across the way near Times Supermarket. The hotel offers a few fun activities and amenities, including local artists on certain days, lei-making, and ukulele lessons. Be sure to check the schedule to see what activities are being offered during your stay. A Few Cons The bed was a little softer than I usually prefer, but the linens and towels were very nice. When I called housekeeping and asked for extra sheets and blankets for the pull-out couch, they brought them up promptly. The rooms can also be a little noisy. You can hear other doors closing, especially from rooms across the hall, and occasionally you can hear car alarms going off. I used a white-noise machine and slept just fine. Overall, this was a wonderful first experience for my son visiting Hawaii. I lived on Oahu for a few years in the past, so I was especially happy to bring him to such a beautiful place and let him experience the swimming pools, the beach, and the island. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay with a family, I highly recommend Kaanapali Shores. It won't be the fanciest hotel you've ever stayed at, but to me, it feels very Hawaiian, welcoming, and local, with beautiful Hawaiian décor. All of the staff and workers we encountered were very friendly and kind. We had a wonderful six days here and would happily stay again. read more

Then on Saturday when we thought we would get some quiet, tents set up for a wedding below our room which was noisy and had to keep our doors shut to avoid the noise. It's good if you're looking for something budget friendly. Pros: -lots of hotel amenities -in room washer/dryer -available kitchen and living area -very friendly staff -on-site shops -beach access -available pool/beach rentals (chair, umbrellas, cooler etc) Cons: -outdated -awkward hallway light -grimy carpet/couch Overall, it was good for the price. It's like having your own apartment, or staying over at your elderly family members place that's never been updated. A reasonable 3/5 ok. Would recommend a more frequent carpet cleaning though. The carpet was dirty brown and sticky. I initially booked a room with tile flooring but was kindly upgraded to a bigger room for my family so can't go wrong there. Also, if there was an option to board up those bedroom windows, I'd say do it! The hallway light is so awkwardly placed right outside our bedroom and the blackout curtains did not work to deter the light reflecting into the room. Other than that, this place has a lot of potential for improvement, but for the price and what you get that's hard to beat. You can still enjoy Maui without breaking your wallet by staying here :) read more

My review is for Kaanapali Shores unit 806. We arrived late last night to a unit with a very strong mold odor. It was late so we opened the sliding doors and went to bed. This morning we woke up to sinus congestion, headache sick to stomach so we did some investigating. This unit is full of mold! The kitchen, bathroom, the ceilings, the hvac unit, it's everywhere!!! We have to sit out on the deck while looking for another place to stay because the odor is so bad. The company that rented the unit to us, Heavenly Vacations are not very helpful!!! We can't stay here and they don't seem willing to help!!! My advice is to go somewhere else!!!!! These people don't care that we spent thousands of dollars for our anniversary vacation and the place is so nasty that we can't even be in there!!! BEWARE!!! read more

Friendly staff, two separate pools (one family, one more for adults), gift shop, and checkin and checkout was smooth. The 2 bed 2 bath suite had a great view of the ocean but was very dated. The sliders in the room were stubborn, bathroom door wouldn't lock, and old carpet throughout. Other than the dated room, the place was great. Close to hiking trails, beaches, and multiple shave ice locations for us to sample. It's our second time a staying here. We will try something new next time for more of an upgraded room feel. read more

It is 45 minutes away from the airport. If you plan to go to road to Hāna, it's far. 50 minutes to get to Paia. It has nice pools, beach is literally in your backyard. They offer food - Beach Club and coffee in the morning. There are food trucks around the area. They are expensive though. Would not recommend the Filipino food truck as their chicken BBQ is from Costco (at least it tastes like it) and they just brushed some BBQ sauce. When we visited gym was closed which was a bummer for us because we still love to work out while on vacations. Apparently, it's getting renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are able to recommend what is good to visit around the area. Whaler's Village is couple miles away. read more

I spent a fortune to stay here, and the experience was completely ruined by terrible policies and horrific service.First of all, they will find any excuse to shut down the amenities. You cannot use the tennis courts if they are even slightly damp, which is ridiculous given the morning dew and passing showers. On top of that, we weren't allowed to use the cabana either, making it feel like we were paying premium prices for facilities we weren't actually allowed to enjoy.But the absolute worst part of this resort is the staff. The lady who sits in the booth while you drive through is a total and utter bitch. She treats people horribly and made it completely obvious that she has a massive attitude problem because she doesn't like white people. I have never felt so unwelcome or aggressively disrespected by a hotel employee in my life.Avoid this place until they retrain their staff and actually let guests use the amenities they paid for. The resort was very nice. Our room was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed staying here for a week. The parking was cheap compared to other islands we've stayed on. We loved the two pools, and had many drinks from the bar at the beach club restaurant. The food there was mediocre (the onion rings are the best) but it was nice to have an option close by. The banana colada is to die for. They gave us new towels half way through the week (there isn't complimentary housekeeping, you have to pay for it) so that was nice of them. Took the whole family here for a 10 day vacation and we had a great time. We loved our room. We were on the 8th floor and had a nice view of the ocean. Our room appears to have been recently remodeled. They had every comfort I could think of. The noisy little stacked washer/dryer worked so amazingly great, I didn't know laundry could be that clean and soft. I was astounded. The location of the resort is convenient. It's right next to Papis Ohana, Miss Arepa's is a few blocks down the street, the ABC store is just a very short walk, all the food trucks are right next door, and shopping across the street. The grounds themselves were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was friendly and knowledgable. We basically did most of the things she recommended and had a great time. We loved The Beach Club Restaurant on site and had breakfast there every day. It was DELICIOUS. Myron and Kaime welcomed us almost every morning and made us feel welcome, and made us laugh a lot. Like this property however we got kinda a crummy room. Come here often and they usually give us a high floor. We got a low floor this time so a view of the restaurant and plants. They did give us a credit to use at the restaurant which was nice but we usually sit out on the lanai and have breakfast or just chill. We had a giant tree which pretty much covered our view. Like I said, property is nice, rooms are good, beach access is good and parking is pretty easy. read more

We chose the Aston Kaanapali resort because we were looking for a unit with a kitchen. At this resort we were able to get a two bedroom unit with a full kitchen. We booked our unit through Maui Paradise properties and had a great experience. The unit was fully stocked with plates, toaster coffee pot. It included two chairs and an ice chest. There is a grocery store located walking distance across the street, which was very convenient. We rented a car and never had difficulty finding a parking spot. Pool towels were always easy to check out and return. The pool was great, but the spa can be crowded at times there are lawn games and plenty of chairs. The restaurant on site has happy hour drink specials. The beach in front was just OK. We preferred to walk down the beach toward the Honua Kai for better snorkeling and safer water. Overall, we had a great trip and would return to the Aston Kaanapali Shores. read more

Make sure you understand 1) What room you're getting. The view was of the apartment Bldg. next door and the drainage canal. ZERO ocean view! 2) The room is old, antiquated and above the service area so all times day & night there are big trucks coming and going. When they back up, the loud constant beeping is going! 3) Additionally, the rooms are adjacent to the parking garage and when a car alarm goes off at 2:00 am it sounds like it's in your room. 4) While the room rate may be reasonable, understand that there are additional charges that total another $75 a day. 5) Nothing particularly special about the two pools or restaurant/bar. read more

This is our second stay in this property. 2023 was our first. It's a beautiful facility. The pool may not be resort like but you have the beach and that's what we did. I snorkeled everyday and walked up and down the beach. The facilities provided you with towels and we dragged them around. Our room came with a full kitchen and we had an ocean view with a crazy ass view of the sunset. The area around the hotel has the small town vibe to it. It's really neat to walk around . My family and I have been to Maui 5 times. We have stayed at various hotels from the Ritz Carlton to this place (inclusive of the Sheraton and Houna Kai) We got this deal via Costco Travel. I will list the pros and con of various aspects of this hotel. Let me just first say we had a fairly decent experience but I don't need to come back to this hotel. We stayed for an entire week. Room: we upgraded to ocean front and Im very glad we did. It is spacious (2bd 2bth) with a wrap around balcony and the view is amazing. We slept to the sounds of ocean waves. Music to my ears. Pro: The space and the ocean front views. There are appliances and utensils to use. Efficient and kind maintenance staff, generally kind staff, there are a few outliers who aren't pressed to help much. Cons: older furniture so not comfortable and appliances are older but they work just fine. The hotel is older so the ceilings, flooring and walls need some rehab. The hotel in general needs remodeling. there were small insects in room (ants, and I think I killed a termite), sliding screen doors were broken (fixed by maintenance men very quickly). the A/C was initially not working (again maintenance men were on it). No house keeping and if you need it, there is a fee. Gym: there is a $7 daily fee to use gym. You have to download an app and subscribe for the time that you will use it and then unsubscribe upon your departure so you don't keep getting charged. It doesn't open til 6, gym space is small and the equipment is older with some of them rusted. But it's decent for cool workout. Especially if you pick a time when no one is in there. Food: food trucks are right across the street and there is a restaurant on-site (beach club, meh , but Mrs Pam, one of the servers was super kind. Loved her table-side manner), Times grocery store is across the street and there are some mom and pop eateries sprinkled throughout the plaza across the street. Pools: fairly decent size pools. One pool is max 4ft the other one is like an "adult" pool and it is 7-8ft deep. There are no slides or water pads but there is small waterfall read more

Traveling with a toddler is challenging, but staying at the Aston Kaanapali Shores made it much easier. My family stayed for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. The room itself is a bit outdated, but clean enough. I did see some tiny ants the first day in one bathroom and was a little worried, but didn't see any more after that. We were at the top floor though so not sure if that made a difference. We did have some hiccups the first day with the a/c, but maintenance staff are quick to respond. There is this technology in the rooms where sensors can tell if you are in the room and magnets on the sliding door need to be aligned in order for the a/c to run. Our room had a full kitchen which made it so much easier to keep and reheat food. We also made a trip to Costco before heading to the hotel and picked up a case of water and some snacks, so it was nice to have a full sized fridge. The location of our room was also a bit far from the elevator so it wasn't easy to go to the car really quickly if we forgot something. In terms of staying at Lahaina, I thought being an hour away from the airport would be challenging, but the traffic was not like Oahu and was manageable even though we went to Wailea and back towards the airport area several times during our trip (we were there off season though). I've stayed at the Grand Wailea years ago, so it's not as fancy at that area but as a family it was nice to be at a quieter location. Not my top choice for a romantic getaway, but I would came back with my family. Specifically for families, it was really nice to have 2 bedrooms because we were able to give baby his own room. We were also at the end of the building so his room didn't share a wall with any other hotel guests. The large space allowed for baby to run around and stay entertained. The hotel provided a pack and play as a crib, which wasnt the best but we made it work. It would have been nice to have a better mattress at the bottom, but i brought my own crib sheet for the baby which helped add a bit of cushion. There are 2 pools on the property, one that is gated and deeper and another that is open and has more shallow depth. This was perfect for my toddler with the 9" areas along the perimeter of the pool. It was his first time being able to stand in a pool on his own. He had a blast being in the water. Baby was still on CA time, so husband and I took turns going out and grabbing food since baby was out by 5 or 6pm. It was nice that the food trucks and the grocery store plaza across the street were available for us within walking distance (I recommend Isla Chibugan, and happy hour at Pizza Paradiso). This was our first trip with our baby, and we were definitely spoiled staying at the Aston Kaanapali Shores. read more

Slamming doors, car alarms going off every few hours, daily construction noise at the property next door and the landscape blowers at 6:30am daily were enough for me to question ever staying here again. We enjoyed our stay at Aston Kaanapali Shores. We booked two nights at Aston Kaanapali Shores via Chase Travel using points. Super easy to book and it was really easy to check in as well. On the day of our check in, we arrived earlier than the check in time (4 PM). But luckily, they were able to hold our bags and then an hour later, they got our room ready early. The 1 bedroom studio we got was really spacious. We had the room for just the two of us, but you could easily fit a family comfortably here or a group of 4-5. It had everything we needed for the short stay: full kitchen, balcony, washer/dryer, and AC. The resort also has a lot of amenities like a pool, restaurant, gym, and it's right on the beach. It's also walking distance from the Times grocery, some restaurants and gift shops, and the food truck park. They also have DVDs to rent in the lobby and you get credits to rent one (or a few) during your stay. You can also rent beach towels and other beach equipment. WiFi worked well in our room and we were able to stream movies on our iPad with no problem. We did have to pay for parking (~$11 a day) and with the parking garage they have, we were able to park directly on our floor. The hallways are all outdoors. The property itself does look a lot older. The elevators are old too and they move kinda slowly. I saw some photos online of what looks like some renovated rooms but the one we got was older as well. We didn't mind it, but if you're choosing a place for the aesthetic, that's something to keep in mind. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again! read more

Recently stayed with my family here and we had an amazing time! Its beach access is wonderful even if the beach is a little small. There are two pools, one geared more towards children (Garden Pool) and the other is deeper with a nice shelf to sit in and drink a cocktail! The bartenders were awesome! Honestly all the staff are very friendly. Excellent value for what you get! Close to Whalers village, nice restaurants. Was also convenient to have a kitchen and a grocery store across the street. Beautiful accommodations! We found this on Expedia and loved it. I originally booked just a hotel studio however they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite and there was plenty of space and nice balcony. Location was perfect and fair prices. Beautiful grounds with 2 big pools and hot tubs. Lots of activities to check out. You can rent snorkel gear etc. I think what I really liked that they were housing some local residents from the fires. Most companies would just look away, even our own country was having a hard time supporting residents yet this hotel let people stay for months while they figured it out. They even had Red Cross tables still set up with donations and resources. Very close to all the Maui action!!! read more

We just wrapped up our stay here and had a great time even with the run down hotel. Let's start with the positives, they have two pools, one is more shallow and has a kid section while the other one is deeper/larger. The first pool has shaded umbrellas while the other one has limited shade. You are given 3 towel cards which you must present each day for a towel and then return the towels to get the keys back. I wish there was a better system for this as it was a little annoying to keep doing this everyday. Also most of the time we would want two towels for each person so thankfully we were able to get extras one day. They have a gym but you need a daily "membership" even as a hotel guest, the charge was $7 a day for mediocre gym equipment. In addition, we had three people and were told we were getting 2 beds. We were surprised when we had one bed and then assumed the other was the pull out couch (with no blankets or pillows provided). The cleaning service is non existent, we stayed for 8 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had our garbages taken out every 3 days which was helpful and needed. This also made it hard when we ran out of common things like shampoo, toilet paper, bath towels and needed to request these each time. I understand it's probably short staffed but we had asked for blankets and pillows for our pull out bed, because there were none provided and it took several calls and probably an hour before someone came. I did enjoy the shampoo, conditioner and body wash all from Hawaiian Tropic. This was a big positive for us as we are normally used to hotel products leaving our hair so tangly and dry but not this time!There is a big parking lot and a parking charger per day. They do have a nice beach access, which was always so pleasant and not packed at all. The drive to whaler village was 8 mins, there are restaurants across the street and close to Napili restaurants. The unit has a fridge and and kitchenette, making it easy to also make meals here. Highly recommend stopping at Costco after the airport to grab some snacks and meals for the week. They also have food trucks right next to the hotel which was fun to do one of the nights. We had pad Thai and it was delicious. From our experience the staff was lovely, and the people at the hotel restaurant seemed to remember us. Not sure if it was from the amount of blended cocktails we ordered lol. read more

We booked this location via Costco and it was great. The beach access was the BEST. Love the location and area. The food trucks around the bend and easy access to the main highway. We stayed for 6 days and got a late check out for 1pm. Everyday around 4 pm, we would hit the beach and always saw sea turtlers. The garden pool was amazing, hotel staff great and overall a great first time in Maui. Rooms are a bit old, but that's ok. Having a kitchen was a big plus. Made breakfast everyday. Having a washer was a plus, that means don't over pack. most of the time you will be in the same outfit hanging out. Love it and wish I was back. read more

Aston Kaanapoli Shores is in a terrific location and offers a very nice vacation setting. The pool areas are wonderfully landscaped and offer lots of room for relaxing and sunning. The beach is easy access and very nice. Having the Beach bar at the pool area makes it convenient to drink and dine without leaving the water area. All of the units have an ocean view and view of the incredible sunsets. We also found the location across from a grocery store and next to a food truck parking lot to be convenient as well. Snorkeling equipment is available to rent on site or across the street. While a car is not necessary, we found one to be great asset to get down to Lahaina which is ten minutes away. I booked directly with Kaanapali Shores, AS I ALWAYS HAVE, and I would very much like to know how my booking with anyone whether on site or off would have ANYTHING to do with my experience? Shame on you for this incredibly ridiculous response. Do humor me, how exactly would booking with anyone else here have changed the fact that you were doing construction? That you were demanding access to our rooms? That your front desk hosts and whoever answered the phones down there were treating people like dirt? Please I would very much like to know. The amount of money I have spent here, the loyalty I have shown, the fact that I come from this area, whenever I stay here I treat it like I live here again I don't bother anybody for anything because it's like being home. This last time was a nightmare it had nothing to do with booking. Clearly management needs a huge change. I don't see myself doing any more business here nor shall my family or colleagues. read more

Aston Kaanaapali Shores and its neighboring amenities are like its own ecosystem with everything you need for a great stay! HOTEL SUITE Suite was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The in-room laundry washer and dryer were so handy and allowed us to pack less. Wi-Fi worked without a hitch. The Hawaiian Tropic shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were nice. If you want to cook or store leftovers, the full kitchen is great. No noise issues during our stay which is always a relief. Everything worked fine and smoothly in our unit. SERVICE All staff that we interacted with (front desk, pool, restaurant, parking, and room service attendants) were very friendly and helpful. Requests were promptly addressed. Also, for reviewers who are complaining that there isn't daily housekeeping: This was clearly mentioned a few times during my booking process. If this may not suit your needs, then you should have reserved elsewhere. LOCATION Hotel is located right next to the beach. We also loved that there was a grocery store across the street. The plaza also has a few restaurants, a pharmacy, and beach gear rental shop. There are several food trucks right next to the hotel - They are a bit pricey, but that's to be expected and it's convenient for a quick meal. AMENITIES They offer beach gear rentals at a very reasonable price. There are also free activities, including beginner scuba classes which we didn't try, but thought was cool. Parking is easy. The garden and koi pond are a nice aesthetic. And in case you wanted to pick up some quick supplies or trinkets, there is a gift shop. I don't know how this place could ever be higher than 2 stars. The website is misleading. It is severely outdated and a waste of money. I've had Howard Johnson's better than this place. Bugs were coming in under our door. The door was across from the ac temp with a 2 in gap. It was hot and the ac wouldn't cool the place enough. read more

My family stayed here 7 years ago and we are so glad we stayed here again. First and foremost, they are open and supporting the locals. The rooms are very homey, the staff are great, and the location sets it apart from the rest. My favorite part is the forest (with waterfall and rivers) in the courtyard. Every night I sat out enjoying the scenery. The room even came fully stocked with everything we could need (beach items, pots/pans, extra sheets). Can't wait to come back in the future! read more

My boyfriend and I stayed here back in 2017, which was our first time staying at the resort. I honestly loved our experience because we enjoyed cooking our meals in the full kitchen, and there is a grocery store across the street, making it super convenient and saving money on dining out. I decided to book us here again because the experience from 2017 was lovely. I booked this reservation on hotels.com and qualified for an upgraded room if available, which I was told at check-in was already taken care of. Awesome! We were told to go around the corner to the elevator and provided directions on how to find our room. It would have been nice if we were told the elevator was out of order. Luckily, we found another elevator further away to use. The property rests on the beach and has two beautiful pools, a hot tub, and beautiful ocean views. It also has a restaurant if you want to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while looking at the ocean waves. There is a small coffee shop called "Kope Cabana" inside the resort but only open for a few short hours in the morning. I wish it was open longer. If the bar and restaurant are open all day and into the evening, why not the coffee shop? This is a missed opportunity in my eyes. (Especially since not everyone drinks alcohol, including myself. I will pay for good coffee, though!) The property is outdated. Furniture is old. Kitchen utensils and dishes are old. I knew thay from last time, but it was manageable.. The silverware in the kitchen was inconsistent, and nothing matched. There is a TV in the bedroom and living room, which both televisions are tiny. The balcony is nice and has chairs and a long chair for lounging. This makes up for the interior design. Now, to the bigger issues with this stay... we were never advised of the construction happening during our stay. The first two days by the pool, they played music outside. The last two days of our stay??? There was no music. You just hear jackhammering and drilling while laying poolside. That is not relaxing to me.... at least play some music to TRY and cover up the noise! Plus, we heard vehicles backing up and beeping constantly from our room and balcony. I really wish we were advised of work being done at the property because it would have been a deciding factor on booking this place. I attached a few photos to outline how dirty the room is. I also found a previous guest's hair clips in the washer. There is carpet and tile in our unit. The grout was black in most places. Walls and ceilings dirty. Granite in the kitchen was not wiped thoroughly. Dishwasher missing a wheel inside. The biggest disappointment for me? The ants... I understand it is an open-air property, so there is a likelihood of flies and occasional flying insects to come in. I only saw a couple of ants the first couple of days, so I didn't think much of it. After all, we tried to spend a majority of our time enjoying the ocean and beauties of Maui rather than being in the room.. so I let it go. Third and fourth day.... the ant issue became well known. They were even crawling in the microwave. We prepared a couple of meals, and I could see them swarming around when coming to wash our plates after eating dinner. The ants also accumulated to the bathroom area. This was unpleasant, and I did advise the front desk upon check out that the room needs to be thoroughly cleaned before they allow someone else to stay in there. I should have asked to switch us to another room but didn't. It just put a damper on our stay, having to see ants crawl around the kitchen and bathroom. The lady never even gave an apology we had to put up with ants in our room. She just thanked me for telling her. The people who work here seem nice, though. The property is in a great spot. The property is in desperate need of renovations. This place has a lot of potential. Too bad I had to deal with ants and filth, though. read more

Had a beautiful suite with a living room, kitchen, master suite, and 1 bathroom hosted by one of the Vacasa property managers. The room was spacious and clean. The sofa in the living room was a pullout and there was enough room for one member of our party to create a comfy floor bed of the sofa cushions. There was an in-unit washer and dryer. Even though the unit is controlled by Vacasa, you use the same lobby, check-in, and amenities as the rest of the hotel guests. However the front desk was not able to help us with extra supplies such as an extra bed. The helpline for Vacasa properties is listed inside the unit but there was a phone waitlist and we decided to hang up because the request was minor. But the whole check-in and check-out process was easy. The grounds themselves were nice. There are two separate pools and a small beach to walk on, although the canal (which empties dirty water) is pretty much right there. The beaches on either side are reserved for the separate hotels so you can't walk too far. The only main disappointment I had was the gym costing $7/day, and open from 7am-3pm. It is privately owned, but I would've hoped such an amenity would be free for the guests. The gym is used by both locals and hotel/timeshare guests so it is quite busy for a gym of that small size. Would not say the $7 is worth it. We never had an issue with parking; there is plenty of space. The staff are extremely nice and will go the extra mile to help you! read more
