I was helped by Chelsea at this store, and she seems to have the "bait and switch" move down to a…read morescience. I was lured in by the $35 per month 5G internet, so I switched my internet and my phone. Once I signed the dotted line, that was the end of any customer service. Chelsea got her commission, and that was that. What she never mentioned is that Verizon does not have a tower in New Mexico, and there's no plan to build one. We're all using the tower in Phoenix. She also didn't bother to set up the my router to my address. It was set up to some other address in New Mexico. Not that it mattered, the speed never got any better. This is the absolute WORST internet and phone service I've ever had. I think even my first generation dial-up AOL was faster than the supposed "5G" internet Verizon gives me. I literally have to type in a website address, then walk away and do something else for 5-10 minutes -wash dishes, walk the dog, whatever - and if I'm lucky, the site will finally have downloaded by the time I finish. Forget navigating around! It took me over 2 hours to pay 5 bills online. I was damn near in tears from frustration. I have to call the customer service line to "troubleshoot" my internet issues every single time I want to use the internet, which is daily. It gets better for about 5 minutes, and then it's back to the same turtle-with-a-broken-leg-speed. I don't know what I'd do if I was still working remotely. It would be impossible. The phone service is even worse. Every single person I call says my sound goes in and out, and I drop every other call. I cannot even entertain the idea of a zoom call. Anything with video takes up too much bandwidth and it drops within seconds. RUN from this service!!! Seriously! It's not worth the money you save.

As soon as…read moreshe saw my phone she knew all the prioir cosmetic stuff I did to it and told me all the issues from the outside. She literally stopped what she was doing and once she opened my phone she showed me all the missing plates in my phone that is designed to hold things in place like battery ect. She showed me all these loose screws inside the phone from the previous phone repair person. She was nice enough to put all the loose screws together and made sure all the wiring conectors were tight and not loose. Then my phone worked again!! Best part js she did not charge me at all!! Any place would charged you something or told me this phone part is bad and try to make money off you! Moral of the story is not to alway try to find the "cheapest" phone repair guy because they cut corners. Also I learned they actually use all OEM Apple parts thats why their prices may be more higher than the "cheaper" repair guy. Go ask to other phone repair guys if they use OEM apple parts. Also I discovered my iphone battery is starting to bubble and get swolleb, funny cause I just replaced the battery 3 months ago from a "cheaper price" phone repair guy!! Not only did she fix my phone she also educated me on the quality of work they provide!

Metro by T-mobile 6211 4th st, Albuquerque NM…read more so my experience with this company at this address started off ok. We went to purchase new phones to replace our old iphones. Chris was the one that assisted us. He was a new employee that was working the store alone and not knowledgeable at all with the phones but very friendly. We looked at phones and didn't want to spend a ton of money on phones so we chose to get the Moto-g 2025 phones. The phones were paid in full at the time. He had to do a face time call to set up our phones told us we could transfer our info from our old phones easily by downloading our google acct. Never questioned us going to an android from iphone. He made it all seem simple and easy. Needless to say we are not very tech savy. He connected our phones and we left. This was all done in about an hour. We got there between 12 and 1 and were out pretty quickly. After fighting with trying to figure out the set up from the time we got home till about midnight with it all ending in frustration. The phones had little charge and also did not come with the charging port to charge. The next morning we decided the phones were not user friendly and definitely not something that was going to work for our needs. we went back to the business immediately less then 24 hours of receiving the phones and phones not being used as needed. To try and refund purchase and repurchase 2 iphones instead and was told no refunds because we upgraded our phones. This would have been more money we would spend on the two iphones. The manager Evelyn still refused to help us in any way. we left I called Metro customer service and was told there should be no problem returning the phones and put notes on our file to explain that the purchase should not be considered an upgrade considering we purchased the phones in full. Went back to the store and the girl was rude from the start. She refused to look at account to see info from customer service and said she refused to serve me as a customer and for me to leave. At this time I am frustrated and angry so I am asking for a manager and apparently, she is a manager I asked for someone above her and she contacted Evelyn and Evelyn said no refund. The phones were factory reset so we had no access to any form of communication. She threatened to call police I said to call them so I could have this as proof of bad service also. We left she stood at door to take pictures of us and our vehicle. Which is against company policy. We ended up going and setting up 3 lines with another company with me being on the phone all afternoon with Metro to take care of acct numbers and transfer pins and also finding out the phones we purchased for full price which came out to about $500 give or take are not able to be used because they are locked and will not be unlocked for 365 days. Everyone is trying to just make it and live and we are now out the money we spent on these brand-new phones that can't be used. These people are rude and have no skills to do the job that they do. I do not recommend this store at all. Frustrated and angry!!

I was so happy and exhausted when I saw the TMOBILE store. I'm an old Army veteran with a fractured spine and I nearly cried when I saw the store. I asked the store clerk who was not busy to fix it please and show me how to do it so that I can do it myself next time. He said that this store doesn't do that and I need to go to an Apple Store. So, I asked some of the people in the store if they knew how to fix the screen because young people are great with electronics. The store clerk told me that I was not allowed to talk to the other people in the store and that I was yelling and he told me that I had to leave his store immediately. He kicked me out. I'm a 72 year old female Vietnam war veteran with a fractured spine. I'm also a chaplain and I was clearly identified in my jacket. I am no threat to anyone but he made me into a target for his actions. I went next door and asked for help and was met with kindness, decency and respect. The staff was helpful and the customers helped too! They looked up the problem and had it solved in no time. He could have done the same thing but he chose apathy with an old lady and kicked her out instead. And yes I speak loudly because I am hearing impaired from the Army. I explained that also. I went back to the TMOBILE store on Coors Blvd and Sequoia to show him how to fix the issue for the next customer and apologized for speaking loudly and explained that the trick is three fingers tapped on the screen will increase or decrease the screen size. He ignored me. He wrote me off. I left. I won't be going back there again. But I will go next door to the SUPERCUTS on Coors and Sequoia for the people who haven't lost their humanity. GOD BLESS YOU. This little old lady made it home safe and sound because of their kindness and compassion. GOD BLESS YOU WOMEN!
