The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). Anyway, after it didn't work, I took it back to the store, but they would not accept it as it was a couple days after the 30 day return policy. I understand the need for 30 day policy for electronic items for sure, however I felt this was a bit different since their employee repeatedly told me it would work for my needs. I had all packaging and receipts, and would have even been good with store credit, but they were unwilling to do anything for me. The store has definitely become more based around cell phones and their accessories, but It was nice to see they still had the parts that made them who they are.
