I was assured that I did not have to change my phone service to receive the back to school promo for my sons phone. I asked multiple times to be sure and was assured that I would automatically get this phone for $99. Well of course I got the 1st bill and I did not receive the credit. I went into the store and he actually did own up to it and assured me it was now taken care of. I get my next bill and of course it still wasn't taken care of. I called the 800 and was told there was no record of it being handled. I then called again to speak to a manager and he tells me "well that's just too bad because I didn't witness the conversation and neither one of my encounters was documented and he would not fix it. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I will pay off these phones and get as far away from T-mobile as possible. Thank God I did not go in this coming weekend and get the 3 new phones that I was planning on buying. They lost a lot of money for having such horrible customer service. Clearly they do not care at all about their customers or holding their employees accountable for what they tell customers.
