    This is the second time I'm here just because it's the It's the main store in the area and I guess they have computer access to your account that other stores don't have. Every time I'm here there's 5-6 people in line and not enough employees. They take their sweet time and I always feel like they are doing me a favor by servicing me

    Very impressed with the service. As soon as I entered the neat and spacious store that smells like pine for the holiday season, I was greeted without hesitation and they all were busy, but Arturo came right away and helped me. He had answers to my questions and was truly empathetic to my needs. His customer service was fast and friendly. I would come back based on today's experience.

    Be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait. Lots of employees walking around but really only one or two working through the long queue of customers. Also, gone are the days of the upsell (but the memo has not been received here) customers are now tech savvy and do their research prior to coming in.

So all you have to do is let them know exactly what you're looking for and give them the number that you found on line and they will let you know if you can pick it up or if it could be ordered or delivered to you. I recommend Best Buy for any items that you're looking that is on clearance because you can't get a better bargain.

I just every so often need to print emails or documents around tax season. While I was waiting, I thought I would look at the ink that the printers that I was interested in. Get an idea of the pricing. Basically the whole wall was out of stock. And 2 of the printers I liked didn't have any ink. I didn't even see a tag where they would have been. I don't know if ink comes with the printer when you buy. But since I didn't have any help, and there were no ink cartridges to buy anyway. I didn't see the point to stay. I guess I will check another store.

Then I was told they would only give me a $100 instead of the promise 200. At that point, I felt misled. I had twitch my internet service based on their promotion,. After escalating the issue and putting it a lot of time and effort, Given the full 200. Customer should not have to chase down a company for months just to receive a promotion they were promised upfront! They tried to scan a 70-year-old woman like me and I will not put up with it this is senior citizen abuse. I don't trust them anymore even though I have my internet with them I don't trust them. It takes a long time to even get someone to answer the phones these days you have to call particular times good luck with that.     1-Star Review Let me…read morebegin by saying this experience was an absolute nightmare. I brought my phone to TECHY simply to have the cracked glass repaired. From the start, I felt uncomfortable because I was pressured into replacing the battery as well, even though my battery was working fine and did not need to be replaced. After being told they were going to give me another battery, I was then informed that I would have to pay a very high price for the replacement, which I never agreed to in the first place. After that, communication nearly stopped. I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks. When I finally called back -- because the delay was beginning to hurt my business -- it felt like I was being avoided. Eventually, I learned the real reason for the delay: my phone had been burned beyond repair because it was left on a warming pad while they were attempting to remove the battery -- the very battery I never authorized them to replace. At that point, I had no choice but to escalate the situation. I contacted corporate H-E-B, where this business rents space, to get them involved. Only then did things move forward. TECHY refunded my money due to the damage they caused and provided me with another phone -- but it turned out to be a government phone that required a TracFone monthly plan, which I never agreed to. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, loss of time, and disruption to my business. Please be very cautious if you consider coming here. This is why I am giving TECHY one star.

They had to ship in the part in cuz I have a less common phone, but it arrived next day! (other companies I got quotes from said 3-4 days before it would even arrive). They wanted a $20 deposit for the part order that I was able to pay online. The part arrived next day, and I brought in my phone. It only took 45 min to replace my screen and get me on my way. Fast service and cost slightly less than the quoted flat rate. Highly recommend 10/10
