It may not be this particular store. But AT&t has been horrible to me for the last month. My internet went out. Ok I understand things happen. I get a next repair time is in two weeks at 8pm. Ok but instead of calling me saying "hey we are going to be late!" I have to call them at 9pm! They say oops! It was cancelled because our driver "got in an accident! Right!! Ok so let's reschedule well it's going to be two more weeks! Fine! So now no internet for a month! The guy comes finally and is here about 10 minutes. And says it's something outside I don't fix outside! What!!! I'll have to schedule a time for the repair guy to come! WHAT!!! You must be kidding! Just awful experience!!! read more

What I enjoyed most about working with Jorge is he explained everything to me and made everything make sense. Every plan and every package carried different benefits and values that allowed me to make a smart buying decision. Jorge's customer service doesn't just end when you leave the store either, I was able to call him hours after we left the store with additional follow up questions and he provided me with the same great professional service. My review is NOT for this particular store but for AT&T company. (The reviews here are not great either). Switching to AT&T has been a huge mistake!! We had an AT&T agent, the ones that go door to door--we BELIEVED him because, well, it's AT&T (not a random/ghetto phone company) the guy offered us an IPhone 16, and what seemed to be a great deal for us, and by the way, we ended up adding even another phone line for our daughter. TRUST is a huge mistake nowadays because I thought we were really getting the phone he promised, but instead got an iPhone 15!!! I found out 3 months after when my friend gifted me a very expensive iPhone 16 phone case (because this I what i thought I had!) personalized, with beautiful expensive crystals.. but it didn't work. When I contacted the guy that came to the house to sell us the phones, he apologized, stated that he would do anything on his power to fix it, that he was sorry, blah, blah, blah. Nothing! I msgd him/called him a few more times, then he called me back, stated that he would speak with his supervisor and asked me to send him a screenshot of our last phone bill. Again, NOTHING. I called AT&T, they were very rude, and after many hrs on the phone, repeating the story to different agents, the last one informing me that there was no one else to contact, that he was the only one now, me that these people are independent sellers, and that they couldn't do anything. So literally I'm stuck with a phone, a contract that AT&T refuses to honor when they gave me the wrong phone!! Wished I never switched phone companies. If you are thinking of ever buying anything from an independent seller, particularly from this guy that comes to your house, DO NOT!! And as a general note, AT&T you have people out there misrepresenting you, you are very aware and you don't care about your new customers; what a shame! I'm not really writing the review for the store hearsay, but more for the maintenance man that arrived to my house. I have just recently moved back to the states and decided to go back to AT&T since we had them before and there really wasn't any issue in the past. I called the store on Saturday to set an appointment and they had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday between 11 and 2PM. That Monday I had the movers come to my house and pack in everything from my move from Italy. Well I guess they messed something up because once they left I noticed that my entire garage had no power. I tried checking the switches, checking the main breaker and nothing! I then called around the area for electricians and every single one I stated my issue with was no less that $150, some were even up to $350! I then set an appointment with a guy for $180 for Wednesday morning. I was a little distraught, but hey what could I do! When Tuesday came around I was notified about my appointment and got a call and text stating that they were on their way. Once Alfredo (The Installer) arrived he greeted me with a smile and I showed him the area of where I wanted the boxes. I then later told him my situation and he gladly took the time to check it out himself. He then found the issue (which was just the little button on the outlet to flick on that was behind the wood) and fixed my issue. Something so simple that I was going to pay $180-$300 for out of my pocket! So thank you Alfredo! You truly are a life saver and one awesome AT&T employee!!!! read more

So we chose Direct TV Now I stead of the dish and boy was that a mistake. Nothing more frustrating than you favorite programs glitching half way through or getting a "slower than expected" error 40% of the time. So for Christmas we decided to give our boys phones and gift ourselves DirectTV and it took this store FOUR HOURS to process that simple request. Extremely poor service and unsafe business practices. I ordered a phone and was told it would be delivered. Some person showed at my home to delivery the phone without prior notification. This rep switches my services without disclosing all procedures and issues this would cause. Sadly a month later half our lines do not work properly. When we called this store and they washed their hands. They have no record or way to track down who came to my House. In this day and age with COVID how can you not trace who went to a customer's home. When I questioned this- the cs rep said it is decided by a third part. I have never reviewed a business with 1 star before and I really would prefer not to as I believe in supporting businesses, however my visit to AT&T felt more so like banging my head rather than helpful. Perhaps the reason I switched carriers years ago after being with AT&T was due to their employees, like Jorge. And though I'm extremely frustrated at Jorge's lack of competence, much has to do with the company's training/company morale and perhaps even management style. Back story: was trying to port in an old number from Cricket and literally went to 3 different retail stores and talked to several at&t reps over the phone for a course of a month. No solid information from anyone at AT&T until I visited this store. Was given information that I could do it immediately, 2 weeks, 1 month, and to finally someone telling they couldn't port in the old number due to cricket being prepaid service. At the end, Nick went out of his way to help us out and was able to get our number ported in. Every rep from AT&T prior to Nick was not helpful and he made up for all that within that one visit. If you're looking for rude and unhelpful employees, this is the spot!!! Every employee had no customer service skills what so ever. Not a single person was smiling. They all need to be trained in customer service 101. But at the same time I can see how the employees were the way they were because of the manager onsite. He was standing there like a robot with no emotion in his face and his body language was very defensive. I highly encourage AT&T corporate to send in a mystery shopper and they will see firsthand. She went above and beyond in helping me. I recently bought a Samsung tablet, but when I tried to install a certain application, I wasn't able to locate it in the Samsung store. AT&T is well known for their horrible customer service on the phone or at their storefronts. This location is no exception. Staff can be a mixed bag. Some of the staff are legitimately doing their best, but others are just standing there doing nothing. Some of the people there are pretty rude as well. Having to explain your situation to multiple people SUCK. You explain your situation and after explaining all of this they'll just redirect you to another person where you have to go through the process all over again. Sucks even more if you're already in a hurry. Staff bombard you with other offers to try to get you to their "better" plan. My family signed up for AT&T a while back when unlimited data still existed and they tried to get us off of that. No thank you. What finally did it was that it took me over the course of a little less than an hour with my mom present (an authorized user on the account) to tell me that I wasn't eligible for a phone upgrade until a week later. Total waste of time. I'm not sure where else to go to if you want to get an Android phone, but if you want to get an iPhone just go to an Apple store. Came in to upgrade my dad to an iPhone6+ 128GB and the sales lady was adamant on trying to get us to upgrade using AT&T Next when we specifically came in for the 2-year upgrade option which would also bring my dad from unlimited data to 1GB per month. I love AT&T Wireless mainly due to my Government Reps but I hate going into their core stores and being questioned or really interrogated as to why we don't want to use their Next plan. Seriously?! Give me what I asked for rather than trying to force me on your Next plan to 'save money'!!! Once I sat down with Customer Service Rep, things went really well. Travis was very helpful in ensuring we had the best data package for our current usage. I'm very happy being an ongoing customer of AT&T. The reason for 3 Stars is because of the wait at the AT&T store. There appeared to be more employees than customers in the store, yet I was told there was going to be at least a half hour wait. As I sat and watched a couple of employees talk amongst themselves, I got a little frustrated. Especially when I over heard them talking about me, but still no one called my name.
